There were three stages, technically in different parts of the fairgrounds but close enough that a very determined individual could probably sprint from one to another in a matter of minutes. Someone with superspeed could go a good deal faster, and it was entirely likely that such a thing would happen. Said stages all happened to be identical, so it wasn't as though people would be searching for a particular scenario or anything along those lines. The stages were just decently constructed wood raised a few feet off the ground with stairs leading up to them. A podium stood off center, also made of wood yet fairly sturdy for its quick construction. A few speakers stood against wooden frames in the back, with a curtain stretched between them. Various posters were pinned to the sheet and to the front, all containing "statistics" of each of those offered.
Standing on the center stage was Elsa Bellefonte. The Bellefonte twin's hair had been pulled up and twisted tight, and she wore a sensible dress that left a reasonable amount of tanned flesh bared. She held a clipboard and stood in the dead center, speaking into a headset that had apparently been wired into the speakers behind her.
"Things are going to run a bit smoother this year," she took a quick glance toward a blonde who looked about ready to explode or storm the stage, then looked back. "You all have been divided into three groups, roughly based on age," though there weren't many full on adults to really fill that category: they'd had to pitch in a few teenagers. "You'll be announced at the stage in accordance with the listing," she pointed at the various posters which all had numbers attached, "and a spokesperson, possibly myself, but a volunteer, will offer you up. You will get a chance to sell yourself," she looked at the crowd, "and you should attempt to do so: the money raised here will be going to struggling mutant programs in less developed countries, and last year we raised a considerable amount," mostly due to Drew showboating, but Elsa didn't see a reason to delve into details. "Bidding will begin. It will end when it reaches a lull."
Elsa tapped the clipboard again. "You will have three date packages to choose from: a romantic dinner at a fine restaurant in Kalispell followed by an evening of dancing, a picnic and a horseback ride courtesy of Slepnir Stables, or a private movie screening with hamburgers," Elsa certainly knew which she'd pick. "You can, of course, elect to do a date on your own, but these have all been provided by sponsors and are included in the package. You are expected to attend the date with whomever wins your bid, barring any pressing concern. If you are feeling uncomfortable around your bidder, first you are to try and stick it out. Usually it's just the experience. If it continues, you are welcome to ask for help. I or someone else can step in to intervene. We will not be setting up stories for the papers.
"Now, unless there are any questions, the listing is provided below."

Simply make your thread for your character being bid upon. If you want some extra help, let Fate know and we can get something started (can also probably throw someone out there to bid). Each stage goes at the same time, so Gemma, Lucy, and Bell are all up for bid at the same time, then Karsen, Quinn, and Nate, and so forth. Which means you'll have lots of fun bidding on people at the same time if that's a thing you want.
