WINTER EVENTS"The three grand essentials of happiness are: something to do, someone to love, and something to hope for."HOLIDAY SHOPPING SPREE:Every year at Bellefonte, the school gives the students a day off to go shopping, whether this is for Christmas gifts, or getting your gear together for the annual Ski-Cabin trip. The local Kalispell establishments has made a deal with the school; For one night, and one night only, they'll close themselves off to all patrons except those that come directly from the school. Then they open up a massive sale with limited numbers to get the mutants to really go nuts and go shopping crazy. Since most characters have to buy something for the holidays and this is the best time for most mutants to do it, things may go a little out of hand.
Considering how this is an event for mutants, by mutants, powers are also allowed, as long as no lasting harm is done to anyone.

Date OOC: December 22nd-December 29thSKI-CABIN TRIP:Every year at Bellefonte, the school rents several cabins in Aspen, Colorado. The students are all shipped off (those who sign up, anyways) to a ski-resort. The trip is free of charges, and the students are assigned 4-man cabins.
The trip contains skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiles, spas, bonfires, hot springs and many other activities. There's a curfew of 11PM for those under eighteen, and sex and alcohol is prohibited.

Date OOC: December 28th-January 31stANNUAL SNOW WARS:Every year at the Ski-Cabin trip, the school has an unofficial-official massive snowball fight. Powers are of course allowed (as long as there is no lasting harm done to anyone), and there aren't really any rules. It's a free for all kind of snowball fight that the school has been supervising since the very first time they hosted the ski-cabin trip. Faculty and staff look the other way for a weekend while students essentially go all out and wage snowy war upon one another. People can threads either avoiding the war, engaging it in playfully, or getting way too serious.
