Who didn't wish they were Cash Hunter? Cash was handsome, athletic, rich, and fun to be around. Granted, he can be a slut sometimes but the ladies still loved him. Bucky couldn't remember how many times he wished he was more like his cousin. He knew it was all up to the individual to change but growing up with the always cool and confident Cash, he felt he became more humbled merely to even out that presence. That wasn't a nice feeling.]
Waiting in line, he smirked at Cash's groan. His impatience was one thing Bucky didn't envy--especially if it made him upset. He turned his head as directed and looked at the blonde. She was drinking coffee with another two girls; one of which noticed his staring. She seemed to whisper something to blondie, causing her to look at the boys. She smiled shyly and Bucky returned the gesture, nodding his head to acknowledge her.
He moved his gaze back to the counter as he moved up in line. "Too short," he said simply, over his shoulder to Cash.

Ha. Impatience. Waiting. That was just something that did not normally occur for the boy. He had super speed after all. Things were done quickly and efficiently. There was no point prolonging the inevitable. If it was meant to be done, then might as well complete it instantly. Of course that was easier to say for the nineteen year old since he had the ability to do so. But he guessed waiting in line was just one of the mundane things he had to go through to balance everything else out.
Though that did not mean he was all too happy about it.
So girls were definitely a lovely way to distract and fill their time. As his cousin exchanged a moment with the blonde, Cash Hunter exchanged flirtatious looks with the other two. Cute. His attention returned back to the younger boy beside him when he spoke. Which had the nineteen year old giving him an 'come on, are you serious' look.
"Oh please, you can't tell that. She's sitting down. And plus, what's wrong with short girls? The opposite tall and short thing is pretty adorable if you haven't noticed."

Bucky couldn't help but laugh. He looked at his cousin with a sincere but somewhat sarcastic smile. "Since when did you like adorable, Cashew?" It was a little weird to hear him compliment a girl like that--in a way someone would compliment someone with a potential for a relationship. A serious one; unlike Cash's with his numerous lovers. He was more of a "wham, bam, thank you, ma'am" kind of guy. And Bucky wasn't so sure about the "thank you" part.
"There's nothing wrong with short girls. The problem is I happen to love all that adorable shit and last time I checked, girls don't really want guys who love sappy stuff like that." He lifted his shoulders in a shrug. "My chances were ruled out the moment--" they saw you "--I decided to learn what each flower meant."
Phew, that was a close one. He almost let slip his true feelings and he didn't want Cash to realize it. As far as he was concerned, Bucky's reluctance to flirt was based on disinterest in general. The boy smiled as if this didn't really matter. "Let's face it, I'm almost too gay to function."

The older Hunter rolled his eyes when his cousin laughed at him. Yeah, he saw that coming. He knew those words rarely left his mouth. If ever, at all. "Hey, adorable is cute. Cute girls are adorable. Adorable girls are cute. But I personally blame my date last night where she made us watch Confessions of a Shoppaholic. I mean, I see the general appeal of it. The tall short thing. Though I would mind if the girl is taller than me."
Whilst his ears listened to Bucky, his eyes wandered over to the table from time to time where the girls sat and surprise, surprise, all three were looking looking in the Hunter boys' direction every time. He flashed them the ever gorgeous Cash Hunter smile which had the girls blushing, giggling and tucking a strand of hair behind their ear. The intended effects.
But before he could bring his cousin's attention back to the opposite sex, Bucky was halfway through his little rant. The story about the flowers and his last comment got a chuckle out of the nineteen year old. "W-w-wait. Hold up a sec. I believe I understood that reference. And there's nothing wrong with learning flower definitions. That is if that is your way to woo a gal. I mean, you can't sound hopeless when you do it."
A light bulb then went off his head. He placed his hands on Bucky's shoulder and turned him to face the girls. "You know what. Let's do this. Test run. Social experiment. Whatever you want to call it."

Bucky was getting a little tired of his cousin's pushy attitude. Others might find this forwardness somewhat "charming" or "refreshing". But he had spent way too much time with Cash to enjoy it. Honestly, it felt like he had been this way forever. Where was the character development? From the corner of his eyes, he looked back at the girls who giggling and blushing like this was some TV drama. Probably because of Cash. He had it all. Do you stop developing if you achieve perfection? Was that what Cash was? Perfect?
The boy felt his blood boil. No freaking way. Nobody was perfect. Perfection itself was a flaw.
Bucky sighed and rubbed the back of his neck as he was turned to the group of girls. "Getting real tired of your shit, mate," he muttered through gritted teeth. His eyes caught the blonde's and she looked away quickly. She was kind of cute... Cash's words made his eyes widen though. "Social experi--? I am not your guinea pig! WCKD is not good."
He struggled in his cousin's grip and tried to turn back into the line. But Cash had always been stronger than him. If he was really insistent, Bucky might just cave in... But not without a fight. "I knew going outside was a bad idea." Really, he'd prefer to just go home.

Was Cash Hunter perfect? Yeah, sure. At least that was what he portrayed himself as, even though he was very much likely far from it. But nobody needed to know that. He liked and preferred it that way just fine. Unfortunately, the boy was oblivious to how his cousin felt. As astute as he liked to think he was, Bucky was a Hunter as well and he carefully kept his true feelings to himself.
"Oh come on, buddy," he groaned at the other boy's reluctance. "Where's the spirit?" He gave Bucky's shoulder and quick massage as if to prepare him for a battle. "Don't think of it as if I'm the evil one experimenting on you. Think of it like something you can do for yourself, ya know?" But apparently, Bucky was not caving. His lips thinned and Cash actually loosened his grip and let go of his cousin. A little too easily.
"Alright, fine," he said with a little hint of remorse. He turned himself back around, with his back facing the girls, and looked up to the menu on top; anywhere but Bucky. "So are we going classic pepperoni or would it be something different this time around?" If the younger boy read into it, Cash might or might not have been relating their choice of pizza with the boy's social life. Huh.

The boy refrained himself from breathing a sigh of relief. That would be too obvious. He stumbled a little, the sudden change from strong grip to no grip surprising him. He rubbed his shoulders and eyed Cash suspiciously. It wasn't like him to give in so easily. What did he have planned?
Just as Bucky thought this, he got his answer. That question his cousin posed had a double meaning and he knew it. He meant that Bucky was plain and never tried something new. He frowned. "That's not fair." He tried plenty of different genres of games and book and films. Plus, the fandom life was hardly predictable and plot twists were almost always around the corner.
But he knew Cash was talking about the girls. Of course he would. Sighing, the younger boy tried to smile. "Why do get off on pushing me around?" He started to turn to the group of girls but said over his shoulder. "By the way, pepperoni is a classic for a reason. Don't forget to order something."
He walked towards the girls and smiled pleasantly at each one before focusing on the blonde. "Hi."

Whether he meant it as a double meaning or not, the thought of it certainly had crossed the nineteen year old's mind which brought a small smirk to his face. Whilst his intentions were unclear, Cash Hunter truly honestly did wonder which type of pizza they were going to order and bring back home. On the other hand, relating it to girls was certainly an entertaining thought. Especially his cousin viewed it as well. He stuffed his hands in his pockets and shrugged and smiled innocently.
When Bucky made more comments, the older boy kept his back turned to the girls and his eyes stared forward at the menu and the uninteresting long line from where he stood to the counter. Sometimes he sneaked a peek at his cousin, curious to see how he would react. In the end, the other Hunter actually caved in, despite the inconsistent push from Cash. He gave him a surprised look that quickly followed with a thumbs up and a wink as he watched Bucky approach the ladies.
As cute as the other two was, Cash stayed in line and let the younger boy do his magic. The line began to picked up and soon, he was already at the front of it and ordering the classic pepperoni pizza. Can never go wrong with classic. After paying for it, he took and box and turned around to scan the place for Bucky.

What Bucky considers attractive in a person was different than what others do. A pretty face was never enough, he wanted to take down an evil government, find a legendary cure, destroy a demonic ring, and/or shit like that. But he had been told more than once his requirements were unrealistic. He accepted that but the most intimate he could get with someone was a fondness.
Which was why after the group had made short introductions, the boy was forward with him intentions. It would be unfair to lead anyone on anyway. "Look, you're very pretty but I barely know you. While I would love to, I actually have a favour to ask." He gave them a cute sheepish smile, rubbing the back of his head. The girls looked between each other and shrugged before nodding to him, giggling.
Must be the dimples. Works every time.
"Awesome!" He told them his plan and they set it into motion. With the blonde under his left arm and the two other girls under his right, they sauntered towards the entrance. The timing was perfect because by the time Cash searched for him, Bucky would be walking out with the three girls.
They'll probably just get something to eat (an apology for taking them from the pizza) but Cash can make up his own mind. In any case, Bucky will see him back at the house if he returns there.

Whilst he waited in line, the dark haired boy had not fully seen the exchange between his cousin and the ladies. After showing his support by giving a thumbs up and a wink, he turned his back around, eyes stared forward.
Bucky Hunter might not be a chick magnet but in the end of the day, he was a Hunter. Just like Cash. They always found a way around everything.
So when the nineteen year old boy scanned the room in search of his younger cousin, Cash was impressed to see him sauntering out with not one, not two, but three girls under his arms. "Well would you look at that," he muttered to himself, slight surprised by the turn of events. He gave Bucky an encouraging look, but doubt it was seen since he seemed occupied by the girls he had with him.
Normally, Cash would not mind butting in and "help" his cousin out by taking one of the girls under his wing. But the boy scored three, so he figured Bucky must had done something. Instead, he hung back and watched them leave. "They grow up so fast." Heaving a dramatic sigh, he super sped out of the pizza parlor and back to his cousin's house.
Once inside, he set himself on the couch in front of the television, pizza box and a bottle of Coca Cola opened and ready to be devoured. Then he took his controller and logged into Little Big Planet where his little man dressed in a belly dancer costume and a fez was waving welcome at him.
