>>"Real trouble, huh?... I helped this barista out once. There was a long line and she was working alone. Basically the machine broke down and she couldn't fix it fast enough so a lot of people were angry. There's where I came in. With my speed, I helped her out ya know. Get everyone's orders and all that. The guy wasn't particularly happy when he realized I was a mutant. Strolled out cursing but at least he got his coffee."
Silvia couldn't help but chuckle a little at the story; while it wasn't 'real' trouble in the sense she meant the question, it was none the less a funny story. She could imagine Cash working around a bar with his incredible speed, taking orders and handing out coffee... the mental image was just too amusing not to laugh. Of course the man walking out because a mutant handed him his coffee was a prime example of horrible people...
>>"Ah sorry. I guess I don't have anything tragic. If did land myself into one, I'd probably have just ran away... So what about you? Any real trouble?"
"No" Silvia admitted, turning pink in the cheeks again. She had had a safe and sheltered life; now that she thought of it, her question was kind of insensitive, assuming that others would have experiences that they would be willing to just share with someone like her. "I don't... go out a lot." she added. Ever since her powers manifested, she kept to places and people that were safe. At her admission, some more flowers opened nearby. "My powers are... hard to hide."
