"Is that an offer?" asked Beau, raising his eyebrows a few times. As if he'd ever do that to a girl... okay, he totally would, and he was most definitely thinking about doing it to Liz right now, but not without permission, that much was for darn certain; permission, and a good deal of mutual attraction. So, the way Beau saw it, he was about halfway there.
All for naught though, what with their being seated and all. At least he was in a better position to eat food, which was kinda the main reason they were in Wendy's. Flirting was obviously a close second though. "Like I got anythin' you don't want," he drawled back, sticking out his tongue for a moment before grabbing his own drink. He pulled it to take a good sip, figuring that if he was gonna do the fry dipping thing, he'd do it later. He then set it down, purposefully making sure that the drink was between the two of them, just in case Liz decided that she wanted a little chocolate.
Beau got to work unwrapping his burger, chuckling at Liz's noises of enjoyment. His overexcited mind immediately wondered what other noises of enjoyment she could produce, but Beau, being the polite southern gent that he was, squashed them before they got too far. Instead, he opted for speaking with total sincerity: "I figure that every minute not spent in your time counts as missin' out," he gave her a quick look, a smile, and then took another sip of his drink, moving to scoop his own fries out to ready them for dipping in the burger's spice sauce.
