The sleepover last night had been full of junk food and alcohol, to which Cassidy had piled on the former a little too much. She had taken just a little bit of the alcohol and even then, the headache she got was massive. Every time she hung out with Adrianna, she always promised herself not to drink but her older twin might as well have persuasion as her ability. She always managed to get Cassidy to drink a lot more than she wanted.
Waking up with her hair covering her face, Cassidy realised she was on the floor and her foot tickled from little spurts of warm air. Pushing her hair away, she looked behind her and saw that Adrianna's face was underneath her foot.
Groaning, she pulled her foot and curled up on the carpeted floor, whimpering. "Aidy..." her voice cracked. "Aidy wake up." She toed her older twin's butt and turned to look at her clock. "You have to go to work."

Drinking was only natural for a pair of twenty-three year old twins when they had nothing better to do except have an epic sleepover! Er, in Adrianna's mind anyway. She was very much a social drinker and her sister was not, if anything she was training her sister how to drink enough to have fun but not enough to end up drugged in some random guy's apartment tied to a bed or handcuffed. She had never personally been in the situation herself, but she knew the possibilities when it came to small girls and giant assholes. And Cassidy was a tiny girl, she got that from their father's side, short women. Adrian was the leggier one of the two like their mother.
The night had led to more of Adrian drinking and less of Cassidy, and the aftermath wasn't as pretty as she would have hoped if she cared enough at the moment, which she didn't as she was passed out. She was curled up, her arm draped over her sister's legs. It was so natural sleeping with her twin that even with the young girl's feet in her face, she couldn't be bothered.
However when the younger twin started poking her butt with her foot, Adrianna groaned and mumbled incoherently, curling in on herself further. The word work couldn't even break through the haze. "Five more minutes, mommy." Work would have to wait, and so would classes and the rest of the world. Her exhaustion won over.

She almost fell back to sleep when Adrianna asked for five more minutes. The shorter brunette groaned and poked her twin's butt again. "Why did I think I could make this work?" She sobbed dryly before pushing herself up and concentrating hard enough so she could try to heal the headache still crawling all up her head.
Sniffling, she slid over to Adrianna and tugged at her twin's arm. "Aidy...it's ten in the morning."

Adrianna wouldn't have minded if the little nag had just gone back to sleep already! Just five more minutes was all she'd asked for. Gawsh being a twin sometimes was a pain in the butt quite literally. Sometimes there was no waking the beast, and other times just the right amount of butt poking could get her a little riled. Not enough to move, not enough to even lift her head, but enough to groan and mumble incoherently.
The tugging and the pulling made Adrian's groaning get louder, "Cassieeeee, I don't wanna adultttttt." Ten in the morning meant she had missed at least four calls from her agent about the photo shoot that was coming up at the end of the week, she had to do a fitting to make sure the clothes didn't sag or bunch up in unwanted places. She needed to go over hair and makeup and she needed to start working on the circles that were beginning to form under her eyes.
Drinking did that, but that's what concealer was for. Duh. "You go. We're twins, it could work," She mumbled against her arm, her eyes still closed.

Cassidy was still trying to concentrate on healing herself but with Adrianna there, the effect was not as strong as it should be, causing her headache to throb that much worst. With an annoyed huff, she stopped and crawled over to Adrianna and slid her head under her twin's arm, closing her eyes and admitting defeat.
She giggled lazily when Adrianna suggested Cassidy go in her stead. "I'm four inches shorter than you." She mumbled. "Even in four inch heels, I'd still not pass as your twin."
Yawning, a little squeak came at the end and she sighed. "I am going to miss my ten thirty class. I just..."

"That's...." Adrianna looked for an argument, a way to pass her off as a model. As herself really. "Dumb," she finished with a huff, tucking her twin's hair behind her ear. "We could try platforms?" She smiled and booped the girl's nose in front of her. It was a sad truth though, the two couldn't be more different. Their looks, though similar as far as their features, resembled one parent, making them look related to them but not to each other.
Frowning, the older twin squeezed her sister tight, "Nope. No class for you. Not today. I'm kidnapping you, you don't spend enough time with me." Adrianna peeked up at her twin and batted her eyelashes in hopes of getting her way, as she often did. She felt whole when she was with her sister, something that often made her regret leaving BA, even if she had done it for her own future. She missed the days of waking up to her sister's snoring and falling asleep to her reading lamp on. Every night it had been the same thing until it wasn't anymore.

Wriggling her nose at the boop, Cassidy batted at it half-heartedly. "I can't even walk properly in two inch heels, you want me to walk on platforms? It'd be like walking on stilts." She said, noting the irony of the fact that she had made a career of sliding on ice with paper thin metal blades under her feet.
Cassidy wasn't actually looking at Adrianna so she didn't see the older twin trying to lure her with her eyelash batting. But she did hear the whine and she did feel a little bad that they haven't spent as much time together as they did when they were children. She didn't want to have to choose between her education and her sister but there she was.
Groaning, she finally relented. "Okay," she said in a small voice. She will have to ask her seat partner what she missed. "Just let me sleep for five hours. No noises."

"You could totally manage that. Platforms are platforms. It's not like I suggested stilettos," Adrianna laughed. She too thought it was ironic that her twin was so worried about heels when she was ever the graceful figure skater. Adrianna could skate fine, sure, but she was definitely not as good as her twin. Adrianna was the stiletto walker, Cassidy was the metal blade walker. "It's probably best that we chalk it up to a crazy idea though. You'd haaaaate the caked on makeup and horrible mass of hairspray. Plus, you're much prettier without."
Normally, Adrianna wouldn't have been begging for her sister. Least of all when they both had responsibilities. But Adrianna didn't like distance between her and her sister. Even if they weren't fighting and there wasn't any tension, they were growing up. Risking growing apart was not an option. So she begged and whined because she knew that Cassidy couldn't possibly say no. Not to a pleading twin with a death grip anyway.
"Eee, yay! Thank you, sissy! I'll make it up to you, help you study or anything you want!" Because she did feel bad, and she knew school was much bigger to her sister than it was to her. "Okay! I should probably go for a run or maybe I'll make breakfast. But then I need to shop. We can make it a super fun twin's day!" She hugged her sister again.

Cassidy shuddered at the thought of stilettos. "Don't even joke. I wore one once. Once." She groaned, burying herself closer to her twin and chuckled lightly when Adrianna agreed that they were going to ditch that plan. Her pushing the fact that there would be makeup involved had Cassidy blanching.
Sure, she didn't mind the occasional eyeliner and blush but she was definitely not going to cake it on her face.
Adrianna didn't need to beg, not really. Cassidy was every bit as dependent on Adrianna as she was on Cassidy. She knew it was far from healthy but she couldn't care any less. Having Adrianna around made her feel safe and loved and like she belonged. Nobody else offered her that.
She laughed at Adrianna's offer. "Okay, okay." She smiled and poked Adrianna's taut stomach. She wrapped her arm around her sister's waist and nodded. "Extra bacon please."

Adrianna snorted, "I remember! Gosh that was probably one of the funniest things. You looked like a baby giraffe trying to stand up right after being birthed. S'cute." She stroked her twin's hair as she huddled closer, "Probably looked a lot like me trying to stand up in figure skates for the first time. Unlike you who as just a natural straight out of mom's womb I'll bet." Okay that was a little weird to think about, but it was an attempt to show that her sister that she wasn't trying to make fun of her or pick on her too much. They both had their weaknesses. Adrianna was all too familiar with her own, even if she masked insecurities with an over-powering confidence and ego.
As soon as Cassidy caved, Adrianna squeaked and swatted at her sister's hands while they poked her stomach. She squeezed her twin tight and kissed her cheek, "You got it, baby doll! Pancakes? Waffles? Or French Toast?" Because Adrianna could actually cook! Surprising since she wasn't the housewife type in the slightest. In order to keep a body like the one she had, she had to have some inkling as to what she was putting in her body and what better way than cook for herself?
Adrianna patted her sister's head and then hopped out of bed, wobbling a bit from the massive headache that she was met with. "Mimosas. We're gonna need mimosas." Bloody Mary's were definitely not her cup of tea for a hangover and they didn't go as well with breakfast in her opinion. "Er rather, I'm going to need one. You can have juice since I know you probably don't want alcohol first thing in the morning," She giggled.

Her sister's teasing made Cassidy groan. "No...don't remind me." She said before a small giggle escaped. "I might have been born on ice."
The hug was returned wholeheartedly and she smiled when she was asked what she wanted. "Just bacon. Lotsa grease. Just...grease it up." Cassidy responded. She didn't usually eat that much but hangovers were a beast to her system and grease seemed to be the only cure for it.
Groaning at the mention of more alcohol, she was just glad her sister got the hint. Suddenly Adrianna was gone and Cassidy maybe fell back to sleep.

"Ew, yuck. Gross. No. That would make me born on a catwalk and I'm pretty sure no one needs to see that happen," Adrianna snorted and shuddered at the idea of it. Birth in general made her squeamish, human, animal or otherwise.
Adrianna took her sister's request and after throwing on a pair of sweatpants and a hoody, she grabbed her keys and headed out with one final kiss blown to her sister. This was just like any other morning back when they had been in Bellefonte together, Adrianna hungover and on the move while Cassidy slept it off. One of the twins clearly had more of a tolerance than the other of both alcohol and hangover symptoms.
After about an hour at several different stores (because why just settle on going to one?) Adrian returned with several bags, somehow maneuvering her way back in without making a lot of noise all the while trying not to drop anything as well. She immediately went to the kitchen after checking to see that Cassidy was still curled up in bed. With music playing quietly in the background of the kitchen, she cooked a batch of whole-wheat, blueberry pancakes and a side of egg whites and a pile of thick cut, horribly greasy bacon. She figured if she should at least try to hold back on how much junk she put in her system so soon after drinking that much.
Once she finished making the breakfast, she plated it up on a tray with a glass of orange juice and set it on the bedside table beside her sister. "Sissy, breakfast. Time to wake up, gorgeous girl."

The smell of cooking bacon was what woke Cassidy up. Way before Adrian came in, she was already humming her appreciation of the fried meat. But she didn't get out of bed, even when her sister's voice was right beside her.
She waited for a bit before groaning and flipping on to her back. "Just pour the grease into my mouth." She said, opening her mouth wide in emphasis.

Adrianna snorted at her sister's antics. It wasn't fair sometimes how cute Cassidy was. She could have gotten anything she wanted, much like Adrian did, yet she never tried to. She never used their Carstyn charm to make people do her bidding. Adrian was good at getting what she wanted, and she always did her best to get anything that Cassidy wanted, but sometimes she wished that her sister used her looks better. Though, they were far from being similar in that respect.
"That's not good for you, Cassie. One of these days you're gonna have a heart attack from the junk you eat. I'm telling you, if you just tried these whole wheat pancakes, you might like them," She shrugged and picked up a slice of the bacon before placing it in her sister's wide open trap. "It's a wonder you're not fat with big ol greasy pimples all over that pretty face of yours." With as active as they both were though, both of the Carstyns could afford to eat some serious junk food.
She tapped her twin's nose and sprawled out across her, "So what are we gonna get into today CC? Hitting up a club? Dancing? Skating? What what what?"

When Adrianna commented on her eating habits, Cassidy pulled a face before letting the bacon into her mouth, chewing happily. "I was blessed with dad's genes. Have you seen any of his pictures where he's at all bloated or breaking out?" If it was true that she did have more of her dad's genes beyond the way they looked...well she would have a pretty good time living.
She scrunched up her nose when Adrianna tapped on it. Almost immediately, the smaller Carstyn twin snuggled up against her big sister. "Club. Psht. No. Dancing maybe. There's a new salsa club downtown we could go. Let's act like a couple of noobs."
