Ben was currently seeing how long it would take his skateboard to roll from under him and hit a car. Which would result in him of course taking his skateboard and running for the hills. In the mean time of course, he was practicing all the tricks and attempting new ones, which landed him on the ground only half of the time. Of course, his original meant that he would want to fall of his skateboard, only he was obviously too awesome to have such an accident.
It wasn't his fault, it was the rocks fault. It had came out of nowhere and his wheel caught on it. Sending Ben backwards and his skateboard hurling towards some stupid unimportant car. The alarm went off and instead of running like he was planning too he started laughing. Like hysterically laughing because he hadn't expected for it to happen.
He had just assumed he'd get bored and kick his skateboard to a random car, only someone was coming and he wasn't moving. Only when they had gotten close enough to make out his face did he run over and get his skateboard. Instead of running he started skateboarding again, trying to see if he could make another alarm go off.

Pausing, Evelyn stood completely still as she watched the little monkey laugh at the car alarm, and clearly, he wasn't smart enough to actually run away either. Thankfully, he hadn't made her car's alarm go of, and if he'd even come close to touching her car, she'd make sure the boy would never, ever see the light of the day every again.
Still, Evelyn couldn't help but be annoyed at the simple childish display the boy showed. She knew who he was too, and the behavior didn't at all surprise her, considering who this little thing was related to.
"Seems like idiocy runs in your family," she commented dryly. Evelyn's dislike for Ellen Banks was no huge secret. Ellen was prideful and delusional. That was a fact very many people already knew. She also happened to be as insecure as they got, which showcased in everything the blonde did. Now, she wasn't ignorant to point out that Ellen's little brother was as obviously flawed, but from what she could see right now...
...he clearly wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Ben was stopped from his game when someone talked to him. Normally he would be all smiles and goofy but obviously she was blind. "My family is none of concern and you might wanna do you research before you judge my intelligence level. Not caring is different from being stupid." They wouldn't go into how him being stupid was a very unlikely possibility. He didn't even know her name, okay that was a lie but he forgot it. Its not like she was important.
"Anyways, you know what you need? a smile, you'd come off less like the wicked stepmother that way" He said smiling brightly and skating around making sure to keep in hearing distance. Only his skateboard caught again and went zooming towards another car. It but the tires making another alarm go off. Thankfully he managed to keep him s balance this time. He ran to get his skateboard and got back on it rolling over to were the lady was.
"Hey lady was one of those your car?" He asked tilting his head to the side. He hoped she wasn't trying to get a reaction out of him. That wasn't the way it worked, the boy wasn't an idiot, he was going to care what people did or said.

"Actually, you might want to do the research here, as the definitions of an idiot is not based on someone's intelligence. It's a word you use for someone who act foolishly or stupidly," she replied, her head shaking slightly. "And whatever I make my concern, is my concern. Are you going to make an argument about how I cannot have a free will and the ability to speak my opinions either?" she asked, tossing the boy a quick glance. If it was a battle of wits he wanted, she was all for fighting it, but somehow, she doubted this boy would come out the victor.
"I could care less how I come across," she pointed out as she continued walking onward. "Though, somehow that seems to have gotten lost in translation, so there you go." She had very little interest in running around, bickering with Ellen Banks' baby brother. If history had taught Eve anything, it was that the Banks family was so low on the food chain, she was honestly wasting her time here. She didn't even bother looking as another alarm went off. Instead, the brunette sighed, her head shaking once more as she continued, only to have the boy draw closer.
"No," she replied simply. She was tempted to wait for the boy to leave before walking up to her car, but that would require her to actually spend time here, which honestly, was out of the question. Walking up to her car, she pressed the small button on the key to unlock it. Pulling the door open, she reached in, put her keys in the ignite and started it. She lowered all the windows to air out the overly warm car and leaned against the side of it.

Ben stopped what he was doing and looked at her strangely. He was pretty sure she could have her own opinion "Nah, you can have an opinion. Your attitude just screams I don't care, however, my family is your concern?" Of course Ben didn't care either way, he was his own person. He liked to think that he was different and nicer mostly because he was all that worried about his. He also didn't want anything to do with the man, he had his own dreams and scheme.
"Are you sure?" Ben said skating around and pulling more tricks before he watched her go to her car. He was getting an idea, he would obviously bother he because Ellen was busy. That and his game wasn't fun anymore, nope she seemed infinitely more fun. Plus she reminded him of Ellen...a lot.
Hey, are you sure you don't care? Haven't you heard the saying you'll catch more flies with honey than vinegar?" He stopped his skateboard and picked it up walking excitedly over to eve. He studied her and then tilted his head to the side. "Think about, you'll get way more victims if you smile" he said smiling at her.

A smirk was all the boy got in response to that; she saw little need in dignifying it with words. After all, this little kid didn't matter. Nor did his sister, but at the very least she made up some interesting conversations, as opposed to her little brother, who was nothing more than "teehee, look at me, I'm so mischievous and cute", and to be perfectly honest, his personality was already boring her.
"I am," she replied, sighing. She didn't bother turning to look at the boy, but she could hear him skating about. Hopefully he'd leave her alone, as it was clear she wanted very little to do with him...
...sadly, that didn't seem to be the case. She half-turned to look at the boy as he spoke. "If I wanted victims, I'd already have a whole line of them lined up," she said, her head shaking. "Unlike your sister, I have little interest in torturing people for fun." She turned her attention back to her car, her hand reaching into it to test the temperature. "I don't know what kind of sick ideology she has put in your head, but there's more to life than torturing people."
After all, Ellen Banks was a moron down to the very last cell. She was prideful when she had no reason to be. Her father was a bigshot lawyer, sure, but that was also all he was. A lawyer. Nothing more, nothing less. Nothing that would raise any eyebrows or make anyone think that Ellen Banks was at all powerful. The only power she had, was the little kids she scared by tossing them a mean glare. To everyone else, Ellen Banks was as insignificant as a mosquito; annoying and in the way, and sucked people's blood for sport, but easy to ignore.

Ben shrugged his shoulders he wondered if she thought he cared about her attitude. He couldnt care less that she thought she was all important. He had no wish to play monopoly without scoping out the competition. Which is why he still bugged her, he knew what peoole thought when they met him. He was more than happy to let them keep their assumptions.
"So are you into stocks and stuff like you brother?" Ben asked curiously. He was hoping she would see it as him just bothering her. He wanted to know exactly what her position in all this is. He knew that the real way to win any game is to strategize. Not that he was playing a game, no matter what Ben still believed that he wanted no part in this whole my family does this war. Fuck he just wanted to he Ben, not his last name.
"Yes and there is more to life than just getting ahead. I swear people these days. Chasing money and stepping on people, what goes up must come down. I find people who think they're important and have it all figured out funny." He obviously meant her and everyone else whonplayed the stupid game. Not him, he wanted to live his life and have fun. He was too young to try and take over. Still he made it sem more like a rant than his opinion about her and all the other rich kid, holier than though people.

"I don't see how that's any of your business," she replied absentmindedly as she turned to check the mirror inside the car. She was hardly about to start discussing the stock market with someone who'd barely reached puberty. No, Evelyn had far better things to do with her time, and hanging around this boy was not one of those. He was far too curious and carefree for his own good.
"Mmmhm," she replied absentmindedly as she took a seat in the car. She closed the doors and the windows, 'cept for the one by the driver's side. She put her hands on the steering wheel and turned to look at the boy for a moment. "Are you done now?" she asked. She really, truly didn't care about his opinions. He was nothing more than an ignorant young boy who didn't know any better, and truthfully, Evelyn wasn't in the mindset to deal with it.
...then again, she rarely was in the mindset to deal with anything, or anyone for that matter. Thankfully, her brother was the sociable twin, so at the end of the day, all Evelyn had to worry about was the numbers. And that suited her just fine.
