Well, he did look like his brother though not quite as... friendly. That might be the circumstances, what with Zoe holding the phone and all. She even started to extend it to him at the demand, only to pull it back. She didn't even flinch when Casper showed up: he should be following her, after all.
"Did you ask them for their permission for these?" she asked, holding up the phone. "That's what you're supposed to do, especially if you're going to do anything with them," she should know: that had always been the most terrifying part. Though Zoe didn't always do that herself: she also wasn't taking photographs anywhere that was... naughty. Plus she didn't do anything with most of what she took.
Taking a deep breath, Zoe turned to the locker room. "Did anyone here give this boy permission to take pictures of them?" she asked, pointing back toward Jasper. As expected, that certainly got a reaction, with several girls moving to look as a wave of murmuring and a few shouts rippled throughout the group.

Jasper reached out to take his phone when she was extending it, but then she pulled it back. His level of anger was already starting to build now. It was his phone, with his hard work on it, and if she thought she was going to get away with keeping it; then she was doomed. Jasper could care less about someone’s gender; unless he was making fun of them, but in general that meant that he would punch a girl or guy without a care. Depending on how pissed off he was, would affect the level of the punch and it didn’t matter if they were a weak girl, buff guy, or vice versa.
His brother walked in, someone who could back him up. He gave his brother a look, silently asking ‘who the hell this girl was’. She was asking a dumb question, one she should have just known the answer too since he was in fact hiding. “Well I’m not going to be posting them up on the internet or anything like that. Now, hand it over or else.” Jasper said, holding out his hand. He was giving her one more warning, for the sake that his brother seemed okay with her. He did have plans for the photos, one bit that she didn’t need to know and the other was because he wanted to share with his brother the pretty pictures of the hot ladies.
Zoe was then talking to everyone in the locker room and Jasper was moving forward to try and grab his phone out of her hand. He didn’t care about this whole permission thing and if he could just grab a hold of his phone he could pull a magic trick and show there was no photos on his phone. That make her a liar, embarrasses her, he could leave with his brother, and he would still have his photos. Grabbing the phone was the main adjectives and he was not afraid to tackle her or have his brother help out. Would Casper help out? “Just give him his phone back, Zoe. We don’t want to cause too big of a scene.” Casper whispered to Zoe, not wanting this to become a huge deal.

Not going to be posting them up? That still sounded somewhat nefarious, and there was the fact that he'd sneaked in here. Somehow, Zoe doubted that he was hoping to make an artful collage to decorate the student lounge or write a poem. She could hear the warning but, well, what could he do? if he lunged for her, he'd find quite the surprise when her numbness spread through him. That should suck a good deal of the fight out.
Zoe heard the other brother, the one she'd been with, the one who seemed decidedly more charming than his twin. She still took a step away from them, looking at Casper as he whispered. "He's been taking pictures of half-dressed girls," she whispered back, looking back at Jasper. "it's not right," she felt a little more anger flaring. Too many people took advantage of others, and to have something she loved, something like photography used. She pulled up the phone, moving quickly, figuring out how to delete an entire album. That would stop things, and it certainly wouldn't make "too big of a scene."
"I wouldn't touch me if I were you," she said, looking over at Jasper, swallowing. "it won't go well," for once, she was thankful for her power, not to mention her experience in deleting photos from phones.

Jasper did feel where he had touched her skin start to feel numb, which was why he pulled his hand back for a moment. He first looked over his hand, seeing that it was not changing colors, that it did not hurt, and now that he was not touching her the numb feeling was going away. That was something he could deal with, so long as he had the right idea about it. Jasper's eyes were already going to his brother to confirm if his idea was right. While Zoe might have liked that her power would have gotten rid of the fight in Jasper, it didn't. He could care less what her stupid ability did, she had his phone and if she didn't give it back he was going to do something about it.
"Kind of assumed that when you found him in here." Casper pointed out and then shrugged. "Eh, it’s not a big deal." Casper said, not really seeing the big deal in it. His brother would show him all of the photos he had taken and Casper would make sure his brother didn't like post them up anywhere. They were all just to look at and enjoy what the mutant females had to offer. Jasper saw her intent when she pulled back the phone and start to run her fingers across it. She gave him a warning about how he should not touch her, but he didn't care. She was touching his stuff, and deleting his hard work, and he was not going to accept that.
"Your life is about to not go well, bitch." Jasper said as he reached out to grab a hold of Zoe's shirt. He even used his power to allow him to move forward faster, tapping into his reaction time so he would less likely miss grabbing a hold of her. He already had a fist formed, pulling it back and then going ahead to punch the girl. He didn't care that she was a girl, didn't care that she was smaller than him, and didn't care that her power numbed him. He was going to make her pay. "Not the face!" Casper yelled at his brother, just in time for Jasper to aim his punch at Zoe's stomach.
Jasper also made sure to not use his power when going to punch her, he wanted to hurt her but more so on the level to knock the wind out of her and make her regret trying to 'go up against him'. Casper didn't bother to stop his brother, it would just make his drive to hit Zoe all the worse and well he had warned her and she choose to not listen. So Casper only felt half bad.

Casper might not see a big deal, but Zoe certainly did. Thankfully, her quick work was going to be deleting that album very soon. She heard the comment, and some part of her grew afraid. That part grew more intense as Jasper pulled her up, causing her to go up on her toes. She could feel him lifting up, then felt a hot lance of pain hit her stomach.
Naturally tears came, but Zoe also looked Jasper in the eye, her own hard. "Feel better now?" she asked, her voice warbling and strained. People were gathering, and it would be a matter of seconds until a staff member came in here. Zoe stared Jasper in the eyes, remembering all the people who mocked her, remembering the SPECTRE agent she'd killed, the one who'd shot her. This boy? This frustrated boy? was nothing in comparison.
Zoe held the phone up, raising her arm to the side. She looked Jasper in the eye, and then quite purposefully dropped it.
After all, she'd already deleted the most recent album.

Jasper punched her, as expected her eyes did start to go watery because even a punch without his powers was still going to hurt in a place like the stomach on such a small girl compared to him. He didn't feel bad, not in the slightest. He felt that she had brought it on herself, and while Casper half agreed with his brother on that he did feel a little bad. He was all for being fair when it came to dishing out the pain to any gender to not be sexiest or whatever was the reasoning behind it, but he still didn't like to see a girl cry.
While when they cried a lot it could have been annoying, such a reaction did make his heart string tug a little in Zoe's favor. "I would feel a lot better if I punched you in that smug little face of yours and if you were not such a bitch." Jasper said, already getting ready to hit her again but Casper stopped him this time. "Enough, brother. She dropped your phone so let her go so we can be done with this. I'm sleepy." Casper said to his brother as he tugged on the arm that would have been controlling the fist that had wanted to hit Zoe again. Jasper was pissed that she dropped his phone but it seemed to have handled it without anything super damaged.
Jasper glared at Zoe for a moment before he let her gone and went to pick up his phone. He instantly could tell that she had deleted all of his hard work. He wanted to kick her so bad but his brother had told him to leave it so she was going to. She was luck his brother was here or else he would have hit her until staff showed up to stop him. "I'll meet you at the office, since I bet someone is probably going to tell on us." Jasper said as he tucked his phone away and went to leave the bathroom. He said us because while it was his fault he knew his brother would take the blame as well.
"Do you need to be taken to the infirmary?" Casper asked after watching his brother head out. He didn't think she was hurt that bad that she needed to see a doctor but if she felt like she did he would have offered to take her there and then head to the office.

Smug? Zoe nearly cried just from that. No one had ever called her that before, nor had they ever called her a bitch. She figured that he was upset, but this struck her as being quite the overreaction. At least Casper stepped up and said something, though he seemed to have waited until after Zoe had taken that first painful hit to do so. She had dropped the phone, and she still looked down Jasper, actually starting to feel sorry for him. Who got that upset over some pictures on a phone? Especially photos such as this? The poor boy must be in just an awful place to be reacting like that.
Zoe waited until Jasper released her, brushing herself off and wincing slightly as her hand touched the area recently punched. She could feel the pain radiating from that, and she suspected that she might bruise. And yet he was just worried about getting in trouble? Yes, his priorities were most definitely out of order.
"I'll live," she said, blinking back more tears. "It seems as though your brother is far worse off than me," she looked in that direction, an expression of concern on her face. She winced again, remembering the yogurt she'd just had in her stomach. She waved Casper off. "I'll just go have a lie down. Not a problem at all," she forced another smile, even while her eyes watered further, the liquid starting to splash off. "I'm glad you found your brother," she nodded, already starting to move away.

Yes, Jasper thought she was a smug little bitch with how she was looking at him and how she had dared to take his phone and delete his stuff. It was his and if he wanted to have snuck photos of girls in the locker room and risk getting caught, then that was his deal. He didn't like people getting involved in his or his brothers business. That and he didn't like the way she acted as if she was wearing some kind of armor just because her power would numb him so long as he was touching her skin. That was not going to protect her from being hit wherever her clothing was covering her and not going to protect her from quick contact against her skin.
Jasper left, not caring about any of it and just heading off to the office. It was to be expected that all he cared about was getting into trouble. He knew he didn't do anything that was going to kill her so there was no need to worry about her in his opinion. He didn't actually go all the way to the office, but merely waited outside of the gym so he could walk and vent to his brother. Zoe said that she would live, yes Casper had figured as much. "Yeah, I'm sorry about that. He has a short fuse. That is why I wanted you to just give him the phone. Still, kudos for you for standing up for what you think it right. He might have punched you and not been so nice but he actually respects you for that." Casper informed her.
He and his sibling both liked it when someone stuck to their guns, even if it was something that ended up getting them mad, they still respected it. Just in that moment rage and anger ruled over any other emotion and they; usually Jasper, reacted badly. Still, Casper was confident if Zoe was willing to ever risk being around him again his brother would apologize and hint to her 'having balls' as he would put it. Zoe waved him off, saying she was just going to go lie down, and adding that she was happy he found his brother. Casper smiled at her for that.
"Thanks for helping me out with that Zoe. I definitely like you. Sorry that things turned out the way they did, but I'll...we will try and make it up to you." Casper said as he gave her space and started to move to go meet up with his brother.

Zoe's gut hurt, it hurt something fierce. But she already knew this would be a wound she'd just keep to herself. She still felt far worse for the poor young man who had left instead of her. His twin stayed behind, looking to Zoe, looking abashed.
"You know you can stop him," she said softly, blinking. "Everyone has someone who can stop them." She offered a slight smile and nodded. sure, Zoe had stood up to him. She wasn't even sure where she kept getting that strength but... well, she supposed with everything she'd been through, it was either grow strong or break and collapse. It seemed as though she was doing the latter. Though she still wanted to be off, to be laying down somewhere.
Zoe nodded as Casper continued, feeling another spike in her gut. She offered a weak smile: "It's no trouble, really. You showed me some magic, remember?" she reached over and gave him a quick squeeze. "Just remember what I said: you can balance him, really," Zoe smiled again, then nodded, turning to go, heading the opposite direction of the twins.
