Friends

Akeem loves to be surrounded by people, to talk and to talk of himself, but he’s not the one you might consider the most friendly nor would you think of him as a friend. He can be pleasant to hang out around but I see more acquaintances than actual friends.

Enemies

Akeem is not afraid to destroy what- or who-ever is standing in his way. Or, to be exact, use his power to make them out of the way. He doesn’t care whether something is morally right or wrong (that is the difference between amoral and immoral where they know it’s wrong and still do it). That can make him unliked by a lot of people.

Lovers

Note that he isn’t against using his power to make a girl want to sleep with him. You are warned. He generally doesn’t need that however, as his baby face gets him a lot. He isn’t really thinking in the long term but I am not against changing that for the right person. He will not fall in love easily however.

Other

Open to everything, whether it is a mentor, teacher, relative or anything else. He’s to be watched with his attitude so we can play on that.

Considering his nature, I think he should have quite a few of those. He gives his trust pretty easily. But he can feel when you're a phony so watch out. For girls, he can be your fashionable gay friend. He just wants to help everyone so he's up to anything.

Enemies

Sadly for him, I think that too he could get easily. Because he can tell what people really are inside which could annoy some people. But he's not violent so if you annoy him, he'll try to get away of the situation, or talk it through, or just spread words about you if you really don't want to get off his back.

Lovers

Everyone wants those, right? He's gay so forget the girls. Got nothing thought much about this, except that I gave him two old crushes that didn't end up so well because they preferred to stay in the closet when he is more open about this. Being a hopeless romantic, I can see him having lots of little one-sided crushes. He won't be rude to girls fancying him but he'll try to make them see it will never happen. He's pretty quick at giving his heart and can go out of his character to please someone. It is kind of what he is doing right now but I'm not against him fancying someone else too.

Other

Again, I’m open to pretty much anything. Mentors, family, teachers... Made a wanted for his dad.

Being quiet, doing his things and rarely going out, he might not be the one you notice at first. And he doesn’t always have the time for his friends. But he tries to find it. He's rather serious so he might bore a few people. Unless you want your wild character to get him out of his comfort zone.

Enemies

Not sure how many of those he’d have but he might piss some people off with his research or make people think he’s just one of those scientists taking the gifted people for lab rats when he isn’t.

Lovers

Everything is open there. I haven’t thought much about it to be quite honest. But if you do, feel free to share your ideas! He wouldn't mind a physical-only relationship or a more romantic one. But I'd say for serious stuff that he might need a motherly woman. He does seem the kind that needs to be cared for. At least to be reminded to feed himself.

Other

Other than that, and again, open to anything. He came back about a year or so ago but he was born here, so old residents would know him. And as both a doctor and a mutant with a power of healing, he looks after those like him, should you be interested in some care. I have an open for his brother (same link as Franck's dad). He is important to Jason's plot so I will love you forever for taking him.

I honestly have no idea how many he would have. Probably not a lot considering his cloudy disposition (as opposed to the usual sunny one). If someone wants to try and show him life is not all grey, go all out but it will take time for him to see a bit of light or trust your character enough to do that with them.

Enemies

I might not say enemy but he would surely piss a few people off. He’s the kind that make you feel depressive simply by standing close to them.

Lovers

Again, not sure who wants to try that. I doubt he’s ever been in a relationship and your girl better be very patient with him since he has trust issues. But I think he can get over it, with time. I see his more crushing on people without admitting it though so if you want that, it’s more than possible.

Again, I’m open to everything and anything. You should know by now my love of torturing my characters.

Tam is not one to make friends easily. She is sociable but she will let others talk of their life more than she will share. That said, I’m sure she’ll have quite a few acquaintances for being here roughly around five years already. She just isn’t necessarily the one you think of first when you want to share your problems with someone. But she's always here if you want a drinking buddy.

Enemies

Her tongue probably pissed off a few people. She has a habit of speaking her mind out even if that might hurt others. She might also get a few women and girls jealous of her as she is sexy and uses it to get what she wants. And she doesn’t like people trying to get above her head so anyone who technically has more authority than her might be a little annoyed by her attitude sometimes.

Lovers

She will open her legs long before she opens her heart. So bedmates are more likely than a long-term boyfriend. She is the dominant kind so she hates when guys try to act like they own her, this will make her run away. Sex is just a way for her to show she’s the one in control as this happens when she wants it, the way she wants it, or at least in her mind that is how it works. That said, I am open for developing a relationship.

Other

She probably knows most students considering her job. And the teachers too, of course. She could definitely use some calmer tempers to show her it is okay to be vulnerable at times and that she doesn’t need to fight off anytime someone gets above her head. And, again, if you have any idea not fitting in the categories above, feel free to mention it anyway.

Elise & Franck - Does Franck need a motherly figure in his life? Or someone older to befriend? Well, in that case I was thinking we could try mashing him and Elise together. Elise is a bubbly, sometimes childish and overprotective mama-bear kind of person. She owns her own club, The Silverlight and plays music on the side. (Singing and piano) I am however open for other ideas if you have any ^^

This could be interesting. He's never had a mother figure accepting who he was. And I doubt he's the kind of person to be bothered about the age difference. I can't really think of a plot in particular but that still could be interesting. He'll defnitely like an older, more mature person than all the students trying to control their power and all. We can rp them, see how it turns

Howdy Bobby, I think I've got some potential plottage for ya!

Francois & Frank - well, c'mon, just look at their names; clearly they are meant to be friends. More seriously though, Frank just transferred from the English school, and she happens to speak fairly decent French (enough to pass for a French person to the French teacher, at least for a while). She also reads about as friendly as Francois, so I can see the two of them getting on like gangbusters. Given that Frank will probably make sure this happens, it's pretty well a solid possibility.

Francois & Guy - you had mentioned the possibility of a mentor figure of some kind, and I offer Guy for that sort of position. He's gruff and a little rough around the edges, but if Francois needs help honing his ability, Guy's definitely available for it. He's also available for other type of advice as well, if you'd want to go that route.

I've also got two other characters, but I couldn't think of immediate plottage for them. I've got some opens drifting about if you wanna hit those up. I'm willing to roll with ideas though, since I'm totally psyched to plot with ya.

Franck&&Frank: François being kind of a people pleaser, and also liking to have fun once in a while, I'm sure he'd love Frank's energy and be ready to join her in whatever mischief she's up to at the moment. As long as he doesn't get detention

Franck&&Guy: Considering Guy is probably the only person Franck may not always read the feelings of, I'd say he'd like the man just for that. That and the fact he says what he thinks.

I can make one for Frank if you want.

But wait!

I just made another character, Jason, and he would know Guy. He's a doctor and 33 so their first meeting dates a while back. Jason is also doing a lot of research on their gifts, how it works and all so I can see him gathering information from Guy. Plus he's not all so great with people so someone like Guy would not rub him off actually, no matter how crude he may act.

I'm actually looking forward to the possibility of putting Jason & Guy together. I saw the app and thought that they could at least know each other, possibly get to know each other. There is a chance that Guy trained Jason, though poor Jason would have been among Guy's earliest trainees (he's been at it for twenty some years though), so we could do that. Lemme know how much backstory you wanna load them with, and we can figure out which direction to take 'em from there.

As for Jason an Guy, I think Guy could've taught him in his earlier years. Jason preferred his father but he would've known Guy from school. But I'm sure their relationship now as adults is far different from the one they had back then. We should definitely have a thread for these two and see how it goes.

Okay, I got a Jason and Guy set up, but I have to admit, I was kinda making a few assumptions when I put it together. For example, it's set at the clinic, though we could move it to the hospital and lose pretty well nothing, if need be. I also figured that Jason is the type to try and work through lunch, which I assume is a safe assertion based on, like, all the medical television shows I've watched (Scrubs, yo). But, yeah, if something needs tweaked, feel free to let me know.

Marissa/Francois: I can see the two getting along really well. Their powers are kind of similar (Francois feels emotions of everyone while Marissa can concentrate on one person and see what they see/feel what they feel.) Maybe that could have been their connection? We could pre-establish a friendship or have them meet now. Whatever you prefer, or if you have other ideas for the two!

Look, it's me, actually posting in your plot page instead of just signing you up for plots!

Frank & Franck - obviously we need another one with these two. Franck can join Frank on her epic mission to lighten things up for the entire academy by any means necessary (or possibly talk her down, since she's getting crazier with each thread). or we could do something else; not like Frank threads aren't pretty much the stuff random is made of.

Zoe & Jason - I'd actually really like to do a sort of follow-up between Zoe and Jason. Zoe really respects both the doctors now, and I could see her both wanting to offer her thanks and ask for some help with something (which I'd like to leave for PM or what have you, if you're game for it). If Jason's researching mutants, which I think he is, then Zoe might actually be able to help some with that too, maybe.

Jason and Devyn:

He saved her life, of course she is going to want to meet him! Give her thanks and the whole 'life for a life' deal and possibly other things. (never know with Devyn). Not sure how it will go but Devyn pretty much cant sleep well until she thanks him and the other doc.

This needs to happen at some point. I see this either being incredibly awkward and hilarious or... Well, just awkward. Luxanna is one of my less dramatic and sweeter characters. She has a heart of gold, and even if she can be both timid and awkward, she isn't afraid to speak up (In most cases anyways. It depends on how badly her blush is) if she feels someone's being wronged.

Frank && Franck: I totally agree, they could use more time together. He would like to spread some joy around but if Frank is also into this, he'll spend more time calming her down than cheering people up. Still, that would be fun.

Zoe && Jason: Jason will probably don't think he needs any more thanks from her but he will not turn her down. If you've got an idea, feel free to PM it. And yes he is researching mutants and ways to help with their powers so I'd say he is intrigued by Zoe now that he had a look at her power.
