Simon Laffont

Face Claim: This is Vincent Pérez but he is totally open. Rob Lowe might also fit or any other face that could vaguely resemble Franck’s (although I would like to discuss it first if you want to change the face).
Age: 44 +
Relationship: Franck’s father
Power: I would prefer him not to have one as I never mentioned it and it could be hard to fit in the story, however he may have a power if you like. He would have kept it hidden from his wife and told Franck only after the boy discovered about his own ability. Franck being an empath, Simon’s power would have to be some sort of mental one to fit.
Occupation: totally open. He would be a local so working in town but other than that I never really thought about his job so it can be whatever you want.
Personality: Simon is very protective of his son. He will be religious (catholic) but not to the point of being a fanatic. He should also accept Franck’s homosexuality. Other than that, he’s fairly open to be whoever you want him to be. He doesn't have much of an eye for fashion and style.
History: First of all, they are French. I didn't write it in Franck's application but I decided later on that they were from Tonnerre in Bourgogne, France. It's a relatively small town, check maps if you want to see where it is exactly (somewhere like southeast of Paris). He is or was married to Adeline Perrault, a very religious God-fearing woman (think Bree Van de Kamp at her worse). After Franck discovered his power, his mother was very scared and tried to perform an exorcism on him with members of their religious community. Simon walked in on them and took the boy away. Since then, he is very protective of his son and after meeting with a recruiter, he decided to move in to Kalispell with him to watch over him. I would say Franck broke the news of his homosexuality about a year or two later. Any further questions you might have, feel free to send them my way and I will answer them.

Boyfriend Material

Face Claim: This is Jamie Elman. I picked him because he isn't an obvious FC so no one should snatch him before you do and also because I wanted to show the kind of look Franck could definitely fall for. And because I've been re-watching Student Bodies lately and it reminded me of my crush for Cody Miller.
Age: I’d like him to be older than Franck, preferably 5-10 years older, so that would make him 23-28
Relationship: Franck’s lover
Power: any, however I would prefer not something that amplifies another mutant’s power, for Franck’s sake, otherwise he wouldn’t be able to touch him without feelings getting overwhelming. Could also have none if you want to.
Occupation: Pornstar. Just kidding. I don't mind any job that you want. I'd prefer an adult, either working at the school (though that put his job at risk) or a local. He could also be a college students but probably in his last year or so.
Personality: I’d like him to be more mature and experienced in the relationship field than Franck (which wouldn’t be hard since the few relationships Franck had been in so far were rather innocent and didn't last very long). Also, I’d prefer him to be gay and not bisexual. Whether he is open or not, that is not a problem to Franck, as long as he gets some love in private.
History: Whatever happened before now is all up to you. I just want some love for my little gay boy. He could think of Franck only as a little candy after a breakup and soon let it develop into something more, or have him think Franck is actually older and freak out a bit when he finds out he is still a high school student or think this is only casual and will never get serious. We can discuss that. Franck falls in love way too fast, he is a hopeless romantic who will do pretty much anything and allow almost any behaviour from him as long as he can feel the other one loves him. Note that due to his power, emotions are very important to Franck. He is sentimental, cuddly and a bit clingy. He could also get a tad jealous. But he is also very loyal and, like I said, will do anything for him, even keep their relation a secret from anyone if asked.

Raphael Campbell

Face Claim: Aidan Turner. Would prefer him, really. If not, he must have a resemblance with Jason
Age: 25
Relationship: Jason’s younger brother
Power: previously, he had adoptive muscle memory. If you prefer something else, their father Charles was a healer like Jason and their mother Jennifer was a folding woman (basically she could modify the density of her bones to fold in any way she wanted). It would be logical that Raphael do not share the same ability as his father and brother (unless he can only heal himself).
Occupation: he is a vet but that is totally open if you prefer another occupation
Personality: I just love how he used to be played, so you can look at the app to have an idea or you can make him the way you want. However, what cannot change is that Raphael has been the left out child and is still suffering from it. He would be strongly independent. He is also kind of a contrast with Jason, whether it’s coincidental or done on purpose.
History: Eight years separates the two boys so they were never really close brothers. They were born and raised in Kalispell. Jason was their father’s pride while Raphael was more mama’s little boy. He was eleven when she died but she had been sick for years because of her power, making it impossible for her husband to heal her for good. Jason never told him he refused to heal her because she asked him, the only thing Raphael knows is that after the funeral Jason had a fight with their father and left for med school. Their father never recovered from the loss and Raphael was pretty much left on his own. He was also compared to his overachiever of a brother. Jason wrote a few letters over the years but never visited or called. Last year, Raphael called Jason because their father was dying. Jason came back but did not heal their father and the man died. Jason then chose to remain here in town and to try and rebuild his relationship with Raphael but it had yet worked. He is either too busy or say things the wrong way and the two brothers end up fighting. I do seek reconciliation sometime in the future.

Mikael Sulik (pronounced Me-Kah-El)

Face Claim: This is Dylan Schmid. Not an obligation. If I remember right, there is a rule that says your face claim cannot be under 13 (or other sites add that rule). Either way, I played it safe and picked one who was thirteen. If you want to change either pick someone else of that age, ask an admin to be sure or pick someone older with lots of pictures of them looking 10.
Age: 10-11. Since Tam is turning 32 in November, he can be 11 already or turning 11
Relationship: Tam’s son
Power: Obviously, his power has not shown yet considering his age. You can come out with one if you want (in case you ever want to play future Mika or something). He could also be powerless.
Occupation: his job is to be a boy. And to go to school.
Personality: Personality up to you. I've been thinking that he might think sometimes that his mother doesn't like him for sending him away from her. But they talk a lot through webcams and she kept promising that one day they would be together again, once she fixed everything. She tries to keep whatever problem she may have to herself so he wouldn’t know about them. Of course, considering his age, his personality can develop a lot. Just go typical 10 year old boy for now.
History: He doesn't know who his father is. I never wrote his name, he was Tam's lover in Las Vegas, she never saw the man again, didn't even tell him she was pregnant. We can come out with some back story for him if you want. He also doesn't know of Tam's husband unless his grandparents told him about the man (they never met him). You can read her story to understand all this better but mainly she was a mail order bride. She had left Vegas already by the time she found out she was pregnant and she raised Mika on her own. For the first five years, she did all kinds of odd jobs, working in a diner, maid in a motel, some bartending and even some stripping. Then her husband found her. They talked (and that's as much Mika knows of the man) and after that she sent him to her parents in Serbia. I never mentioned the town (because that would be asking me too much to know the small towns and villages of Serbia) but it is a small rural town where her parents own an inn/restaurant/bar like establishment. Mika would have spent the past 5-6 years there while Tam worked at Bellefonte. As soon as I get Mika, it means she paid back her husband the money he spent to bring her to the States and marry her and that she got herself a little house for the two of them. Until then, she stays at Bellefonte.

Loverboy

Face Claim: Anthony Lemke. Not an obligation but I do like the cockiness he shows often in his roles. And I want to eat his face. And I don’t want someone who is too sexy. And I liked his interaction with Anna Silk's character in Lost Girl (if you've watched it).
Age: I'd say anything between the age of 35 and 41
Relationship: Tam’s lover. Wish for long-term but that will take a while before she trusts him enough to consider them serious and everything
Power: Power entirely up to you, really have no limitations there, have fun and be creative.
Occupation: I’d prefer if he either works at school so they can see often but he can be a local too without problem.
Personality: Personality up to you. Tam wants someone but she is also fiercely independent so he will have to know how to play with that. To some extent, he must be fine with kids. Doesn't need to be ready to be the father Mika never had (especially since he isn't around for now) but I must point out that a long-term relationship with Tam means one with her son. For now, it will probably just be the whole chase and a love/hate kind of relationship, getting used to each other and all. Since she might have a hard time trusting him enough for it to be serious, he could just be a caring bedmate she will slowly, or not so slowly, fall for.
History: History up to you. Unless he went to Saint Cadou in Romania or travelled a lot in the past ten years, they would have met only in the five years she's been to Kalispell so far. They could have slept together in the past before. We can discuss through PM anything else you might want to add to that.

Face Claim: This is Rufus Sewell because I needed a face to put up there but it is open. I'd like if they had the same eyes since that's Quinn's only facial feature that he likes and I wrote he resembles his mother a lot (so mister here doesn't have to look too much like Quinn if you don't want to)
Age: 46
Relationship: Quinn’s father
Power: Power of your choice. Quinn had no idea his father had any. Since Quinn can breathe fire, you might want something similar or not it's really up to you.
Occupation: Alfried was a businessman who created a Ponzi scheme and ran awy with most of the money. He would technically still be a wanted man if people remember who he is. You can decide that it wasn't him but someone else if you want one big drama to unfurl around it, not like it would change much what Quinn thinks of him.
Personality: Personality up to you. I'd say he's a bit of an asshole for running away like this without taking his wife and child.
History: Quinn also had no contact with the man in the past ten years. He could have heard about his wife's death. His wife's family never liked him and ahted him even more after her suicide. Quinn has grown to hate his family when they are trying to help him while liking his father who abandoned him. So we can play on that.
