The moment the alarm rang at four in the morning, the brunette's eyes opened and she immediately turned it off. She let out a breath of relief when she saw none of her cabin mates had awoken as well. Quietly, Poppy Lockwood slipped out of bed and threw on a hoodie over herself. She took her sneakers, her bag of necessary items and tiptoed as stealthily as she could towards the door.
However, the floorboards still managed to creek. Realizing she might not be as quiet as she liked to be, Poppy used her power on herself; turned off her gravity and navigated herself out of the cabin. Once outside, she sat on the cabin steps and laced her sneakers together before breaking off into a run heading for the hiking and jogging trails.
Once there, she sat her bag down and got ready to work. But before she could even start, she heard a sound cutting through the silent morning. Poppy zipped her bag and scanned her surrounding. "I know you're there..." Waiting to see who or what was out there.
