Everything Jaxon did nowadays was either for school or therapy. This was one of his favorite requirements which was obviously the most physical. Apparently he had anger management issues and he needed to get the pent up stress and anxiety out of his system somehow. How he chose to do it was his choice completely.Jaxon always had a knack for boxing and martial arts. Of course, kicking someone's ass and actually usually a form of self defense were completely different. One took grit and balls, the other took skill and know how. Anyways, he had been hitting the bag for a couple weeks now just punching on it as hard as he could bare for as long as he could bare it. It did work for his stress relief after about an half and hour straight of just continuous punches. A workout is necessity for a guy like Jaxon that's built and quite the natural athlete. He came into the guy that morning with some an upset stomach. He was never open in any way about it but he was homesick. Ever since settling down, his old life called out to him in everything that was different or worse about Kalispell. Times like these struck once in awhile and they started as loneliness but as he thought deeper, turned into anger as he realized that now he had no where to go back to.He threw his bag onto the ground next to an open punching bag and started off with light taps. As the thoughts dug deeper, the punches got harder. Images of his mothers new life and thoughts of her betrayal just pushed him harder. He kept going only growing in pace. Everything faded way as Jaxon focused on punching the bag. It got to a point where people started to stare at the amount of sweat the number of power punches he was throwing. He was too deep in his mind to notice or care.Eventaully, his arms started to give out. His mind wanted to keep going but his body was responding. They quickly became weaker and out of frustration, Jaxon grunted and sent a burst of telekinetic energy straight onto the bag. It swung up and smack against the ceiling which really put all the eyes on him. He caught it on the way down the ignored everything staring as he walked over to his bag and wipe himself down wit the spare towel.
