I should have known this was going to happen at some point in my time living here. Roxana thought to herself, unable to talk at the moment with all of the coughing that she was doing. In short, she was sick. Long version was that there were certain things about Roxana's body that caused this sort of thing to happen from time to time. While the thing itself normally would not be seen as a big deal, the way it affect Roxana made her completely...useless to say the least. Roxana didn't really get sick; she tended to have a pretty strong immune system after years of being exposed to certain things in order for it to improve. However; that did not stop that when she did get sick, she got seriously sick.
While she did get sort of ill on those times when she would lose her power, how she was now was far worse than that kind of illness. She had not stopped coughing since she woke up in the middle of the night having hot flashes. This was dreadfully awful timing, especially with the Security Squad underway with training and a cookout in the works to happen at some point to wrap up the summer with a party of sorts. details were still being worked out and it was not in Rox's department to be concerned about the planning so much as to just make sure thing were okay security wise.
Rox sent the text to her closest friend; the one that she figured could accomplish this task without too much difficulty or ask any questions. She could have asked Vera to increase the likelihood of no question being asked, but Vera had been busy at the moment and she didn't want to add to the girl's workload. While she didn't want to add to Elsa's either, she was certain the other girl was not too busy today to do a simple pick up and slide things under a door task. Rox had asked for them to be slid under the door because her door was lock; she didn't want anyone coming in on her curled up in her bed, and also because she didn't really like people in one of the few places she could have some level of privacy.

Elsa, can you please slide the papers on my desk in the security office under my bedroom door?
