Summers Not Over Yet

School would be around the corner, but the brother's refused to believe it. This was actually their first time actually having a summer and it had been...well not the best for their first time. Part of them missed being busy with performances and shows, things that they actually enjoyed compared to getting in trouble and pretty much being stuck in one state. It was awful. However; the twins refused to let their summer come to an end on a bad note and that was why they were going to make the remainder of their time as fun as they possibly could. For them.

The only problem was they knew people were going to likely damper their moods; as most of the stupid toys...people did. There, they had even gotten better at not seeing people as their toys but that also meant that they had not actually really dealt with anyone outside of Franck. Still nothing from Alex, but they did figure she still hated them so it made sense why she would not have come around or why they had not really seen her around. Such thoughts were quickly gone after the twins located a stash from a dear friend of the past. Alcohol hidden in the floor boards of the little lake shed place, put their buy a girl who they honestly did miss.

It was in her memory that they pretty much drank everything in her hidden stash, figuring that she would not be back anytime soon to claim it; that and they needed a lot of it to actually be effected by it. The Emory's did forget that their friend like to drink some pretty powerful stuff so by this point the brothers were sort of out of it as they sat up in a tree with water balloons. They had just a few minutes ago dropped water balloons on people passing by while yelling out things like a bird to make people think they just got popped on by a bird. Then there was Lucy, and Jasper honestly could not help himself.

As she came sort of near the tree he tossed a blue balloon, his aim slightly off because of the drinking, but he was also using his power so he was licking to hit. Either way, when they heard the sound of the balloon bursting the two of them were laughing. "Duuuude, why would you do that? You know she is going to kill you. I'm not saving you." Casper responded, laughing the whole time. "Woo, woo me?" Jasper said, imitating and owl. That had the two of them laughing even harder, with Casper falling out of the tree and landing relatively near Lucy.

It had been a relatively normal day. Lucy had somehow managed to be left completely alone. Well, at least she thought that this would be a normal day. She'd managed to stick to herself and truth be told, it had been incredibly enjoyable. But no, her fun wasn't long lasting.

Instead, as she walked past some of the trees in the courtyard, she suddenly found herself being hit by something that felt like a slap to the top of her head. And then, cool water quickly burst and trickled down her face in a steady steam. Stopping short, the brunette's blue eyes blinked in confusion. Then, she heard the sound of someone laughing and her eyes immediately snapped upwards - only to drop again at the sound of a body thumping against the ground.

The confused expression immediately turned into a scowl. She didn't say anything, though. She was still shocked by suddenly being hit by the water. She didn't really know what to say, or how to react. For a few seconds, the brunette just stood there as her scowl darkened.

Jasper. And Casper. Of course. Who else could possibly be this foolish?

"You," she began in a low hiss. "You're. So. Fucking. Dead," she snarled as she leapt forward.

The brothers did not notice Lucy's confused expression or they likely would have taken advantage of it and made a mad dash for it. Instead they were too busy laughing it up at the whole situations and just having too much fun. That was the only thing the brothers really liked about drinking, was that if they drank enough they were able to get drunk. For the two of them, they lucked out for being the happy and silly drunks; which was something they really needed at the moment. Had they not been drunk Jasper would have likely been fussing about how things at the auction turned out and Casper would have likely just stayed away.

It had only hurt just a little when Casper fell out of the tree and landed on the ground. Not much thanks to his ability and the fact that when he was like this he hardly felt anything. He was just having too much of a good time. They both heard Lucy and managed to at least stop laughing but still had the hugest grins on their faces. Oh crap, Lucy was looking for blood. "Wait! I'm Casper, Jasper did it!" Casper said as he stumbled to try and get off the ground. That proved to be a little difficulty as the world would not really deciding to hold still, but he was trying and was also going to try and run.

However; Casper still had a huge smile on his face as he spoke and tried to get away. "You better run bro! She going to get you and rip you apart!" Jasper yelled down at his brother, still laughing. He was up in the tree where he felt that he was nice and safe from being destroyed by Lucy. To even add a bit more fun and a level of challenge to it, he started to toss down some more water balloons, aimed at both Lucy and his brother. He was so thankful that their garbage bag full of water balloons had made it up safe into the tree when they had planned this.

Gritting her teeth, her blue eyes moved between the two brothers, as if she couldn't quite make up her mind of who she wanted to kill first. She hadn't particularly enjoyed the cold shower she'd gotten so suddenly, but Casper did make a very valid point. Now, there was hardly any need in killing the twin she actually liked. Especially not when he'd done nothing. Well, if you didn't count the fact that he was laughing and wearing this grin that made him look even more stupid than what he usually did.

She ignored Jasper's outburst and a sudden amusement swept over her face as she looked down at Casper trying his best to get back on his feet. "Wait," she began, holding back a chuckle. "Are you drunk?" She looked between the two brothers again, the amusement obvious against her pale, freckled features now.

Well, wasn't this an interesting turn of events, or what? She didn't know if she'd ever seen the two of them drunk before. Now, she hardly cared much for Jasper - as long as he stayed out of her way, of course. Casper she'd... Grown fond of. In a sense. The immediate thoughts of killing them both completely vanished. "Wow," she laughed. "You're horrible drunks."

It was hard not to laugh and just grin at the moment, both the siblings had a lot to drink and it was really affecting their system. Nothing really seemed bad anymore, they were not upset; even with the possibility of Lucy ripping him a new one, Casper could not help but to grin. He did still like the girl, even if he was upset that she kicked him out of the auction when he and his brother had not even beat up the other guy she liked; and that had been for her sake even. Not that any of that was on Casper or Jasper's minds at the moment.

It was why they were drinking in the first place, to get it all off their mind and just have a few good days for once in their; now year, of being at the school. "Nah, no. Nope. So not drunk. Okay, we are. Just a little bit. A tiny bit. Like this much." Casper responded as he tried to make a very small space between the palms of his hands to show that they were only a little drunk. They were so more than just a little drunk and would be feeling this later. For now, everything was perfect, right, and dandy in their world. "OMG! She laughed! Cas! Cas! You heard it right? I'm not hearing things am I?!" Jasper was quickly yelling out as soon as he heard Lucy laugh.

He was practically leaning halfway out of the tree, kept from falling because of his legs were wrapped around it. His bag full of water balloons was not so lucky and ended up falling to the ground. The landing broke most of what remained of the balloons inside of it and left a small puddle in their place. "I did. It was so cute, but she is so cute. So I expected as much." Casper said as he struggled to get up and just went for sort of half crawling closer to Lucy. "We are great drunks. Want to join?" Casper asked as she started to search himself to see where he had put the bottle. Of course it was nowhere on his person, but up in the tree.

Lucy's head shook in faint amusement. She still couldn't get over the fact that these two were actually drunk. Now, she could only hope that they were much easier to be around when they were, and that they didn't act like complete and utter idiots. Though, she wasn't about to place any bets on that quite yet. "Uh, huh," she replied. Her attention was then brought back to Jasper as he spoke. She had to resist the urge to roll her eyes, and instead, the blue eyed brunette stuck her tongue out at him. Pfft, she didn't laugh that rare... Did she? Of course not. She was nothing bun sunshine and joy. Obviously.

And hey, she could always hope that he'd fall down from that tree and hit his head. Maybe she wouldn't have to deal with him anymore if he got a really bad head injury and ended up getting paralyzed or something. Although, then she probably had to listen to his brother whine about it endlessly. Man, she really didn't want to deal with that. And then he fell. Which caused the brunette to smirk. Wide.

"I am very cute," she agreed with a nod, eyes gleaming with amusement. "And no, not particularly. I have a feeling this is going to be a lot more fun if I stay sober." If she did, she could take as many pictures and film them and still remember doing so the day after. Hey, she might have been amused, but she was still a bitch to the bone. She couldn't really help it.

It probably was really weird to see the siblings like this, since it was not something they were able to do very often and it did take a lot to actually get them drunk. It was because of their power and the fact they were both pretty tall boys who could handle their drinks decent enough. All that mattered to them right now was having some fun and water balloons were innocent. They had debated feeling them with ketchup or something sticky but went with water. It was probably the best decision they made or Casper would have been dead already and Jasper well on the way of ending up in the grave; from Lucy's doing of course.

"It's trueeee. It didn't really taste all the good. Burned even but well worth it. Worth it. For sure." Casper responded to Lucy's 'uh-huh' to him. He was still giggling a little as he tried to explain or more so say all of this to her. She just kept moving around and at some points it looked like there was two of her. Why would she not hold still? Granted had Casper been sober he would have realized that he was the one that was doing all the moving and Lucy was being basically perfectly still. Jasper ended up falling out of the tree soon, landing in the puddle that had formed from the dropped water balloons.

Now he was even wet and possibly got a little mud on him, but he didn't care. They were both wearing all black and the mud would only stand out on their pale skin or blonde hair. "You are. Sexy too. Like super sexy cause like your body is so soft, and the right curves for my hands to get a good grip on you. Jasper stop checking her out!" Casper started to talk, moving his hands around to try and gestured what he was talking about. He then yelled out his brother a little who had remained where he had fallen but was staring at Lucy super hard.

"What? You were making me daydream about it. It's not illegal to look." Jasper responded to his brother, and then the two were laughing again. It sucked that Lucy was not going to join in the drinking with them, but they were not going to make her. "Psst, hey. Hey Lucy, come closer. I want to tell you a secret." Casper whispered, motioning for her to come closer like a little kid would when they wanted to tell you something.

Lucy couldn't do much else than shake her head at the two. Even as Jasper fell down, Lucy remained silent, watching them both with amusement. She couldn't really help herself. It wasn't often she got to see someone else drunk. Usually because she was the one being drunk, or high, or both. Maybe she had to hold back on that for a while and go people-watching all the drunkards instead. Although, she had a feeling they wouldn't be nearly as amusing as these two were.

Casper continued then, and Lucy raised her eyebrows at him. The amused smile remained on her lips as she nodded slowly. "Riiiight," she let out, chuckling softly. She then turned her attention to Jasper, who apparently, was staring. Why, she didn't know. Not that she really cared either. He was likely trying to figure out a way to kill her before his brother could stop him.

...Or not. "Okay then. Jasper, don't you have a boyfriend or something?" It wasn't like she would touch him with a ten foot pole anyways. No, she wouldn't go further than one of the twins... Maybe. She had to remind herself that despite the boys looking the same, Jasper was despicable. Her attention on the subject was pulled aside as Casper told her to come closer and immediately, the usual distrusting expression returned to her features and instead of stepping closer, she took a step back and crossed her arms over her chest. "Nope," she said. "Not gonna fall for that."

The brothers were not aware of just how entertaining they were to Lucy, but if they did know they would have been really happy. Right now they were just really happy because of the effect the drinking had on them and the fact that Lucy had actually smiled and laughed a little bit. Two things they thought they would have been dead before they saw or heard actually come from the other girl. Or at least that she had to not be around them in order for her to do those things; something along those lines. She was giving a raised eyebrow look but still had an amused smile on her face which helped keep the goofy and slightly 'omg hot girl' look on Casper's face as he looked at her.

"Right! Right! You are! You can't lie and say you are not because so many guys have been into you. Some a-holes, but you can't help that you are hot and people want on that." Casper pointed out, talking with his hands as he started to get confused a little bit along the way. She had to know what he meant, he didn't know what he meant at the moment, other than he was into her. She knew that, he was pretty sure he told her that. Right? Jasper was then speaking up and Lucy was shooting him down and pointing out that he had a boyfriend or something. "I do. His name is Franck, but it's an open relationship so me and you can fuck if you want." Jasper responded as he nodded and gestured between him and Lucy.

"Plus even if it was not an open one, no one can stop me from appreciating a body! I can damn well check out any body I want." Jasper pointed out, yelling there for a moment before chuckling once he was done saying his piece. Casper was more so focused on getting Lucy to come closer, but she would not, and he should have guessed as much. He made a puppy face for a moment before he crawled over closer to her since she would not come closer to him. "It’s gooood. I swears. Come here. Or just stay still." Casper said as he worked on standing up, reaching out to use as support for a little bit before he would lean in and try to give her a kiss.

Raising her hands in mock defense, the brunette shook her head. "They're not into me. They just like what they can't have." No, Lucy didn't seriously believe that people actually liked her, and it had nothing to do with self-esteem issues. In fact, she was rather confident with certain things. No, this came purely based off her negative attitude towards everyone. They either the liked the idea of having what was hard to obtain, or simply wanted to be self-destructive. Clearly, she wasn't exactly the kind of girl you fell in love with, married and had kids with. Thank god. Laughing at Jasper, Lucy tilted her head to the side. "No thank you."

"Thanks for the offer, bro, but I think I'll manage without. Don't worry, I'll try not to weep." If her relationship with Jasper hadn't already been as tense as it was, she might have actually considered it. Instead, she figured that was one problem she'd much rather stay the hell away from. Lucy remained still as she watched Casper come closer, her expression both amused and curious, although as he rose to his feet and leaned in, her expression turned somewhat guarded and she lifted her hand to cover his lips. "Oh no, you don't," she said, cocking her eyebrow.

Stepping to Casper's side instead and turning him around, Lucy wrapped her arm around his shoulder in an attempt to keep him steady. "You're such a sappy little thing, aren't you?" she asked Casper, the amused expression returning to her face.

Casper and Jasper could not both help but to laugh at Lucy’s words about how people didn’t want her and that they just wanted what they could not have. While that was true, that could only go so far and work as an explanation for the few that did want her. “I’ll admit that was part of what attracted me and my bro man dude to you first but it’s not what has kept Cas interested in you.” Jasper said as he chuckled a little bit; messing with his wet hair and styling it a little bit for the fun of it. “I mean like, I only stopped likening you that way cause I don’t want to chase forever when there is no pay off.” Jasper admitted as he nodded his head several times.

“I like you as a whole. Like all of you. Body, mind, soul; if those things are real, but yup. All of it.” Casper spoke up, nodding his head a lot as well, matching the rate of which his tin was nodding his head up and down. The two were then giggling again, enjoying themselves even if they were revealing personal stuff they probably didn’t actually want anyone to know. Oh well, they were in a good mood, and Lucy was being nice to them. They loved it. Lucy said no thank you, which just got some more nods from Jasper as he was not going to push the matter and was moving right along. “Alright, but if you change your mind, let me know.” Jasper said, sort of singing it out as he started to hum a tune that he had just sort of song his words to.

Casper pouted slightly for a small moment when Lucy prevented him from giving her a kiss. Darn it all. Well, at least he tried and she did not slap or kicked him in his gonads because that would have sucked. He wobbled a little bit but the support that Lucy gave him helped out a good bit and kept him from falling to the ground. “A little bit, but can you blame me? My brother has a boyfriend that no doubt likes him and he can have sex with anytime he wants. Franck won’t even let me join in either and likely going to put Jas on a leash soon so I won’t even get any leftovers.” Casper said as he let out a heavy sigh and then just sort of slumped of fto the side so he could lean on Lucy.

“Hah! No one is putting me on a leash! I will sleep with who I want, when I want, where I want, and however long I want to.” Jasper spoke up as he pointed up into the air as if he was making some sort of declaration. Then the two of them were snickering again.
