For once, Oliver could actually honestly admit to making a mistake. Standing stark naked, much thanks to his power not allowing his clothes to turn invisible, Oliver was standing in the middle of someone's bedroom - and sadly, it wasn't someone he knew. Now, this would have been a lot more simple hadn't the inhabitant of the room, some random girl he'd never seen before, been standing in the room with him.
He hadn't planned on going into a room he didn't know. No. That had never been his intention. Instead, he'd been planning on surprising a certain friend of his, and well, things had gotten a little complicated from there on and out.
Thankfully, Oliver wasn't ashamed of his body. He didn't have a reason to. He kept himself fit and worked out enough that his body was toned. Now, he was no supermodel nor a bodybuilder. But he did like his body. It did look good.
So of course, Oliver made no attempt to hide anything.
Instead, he just stood there, staring at the unfamiliar girl with a stoic expression on his face. "Allow me to point out the obvious here," he started, his head tilting. "Clearly, I have the wrong room."

Cara stepped out of the shower and found herself naked in front of the mirror. She studied herself and touched the skin under her left eye. It was slightly swollen and yellowish purple. She flinched as her fingers pressed upon the sort spot, and she studied the bruise further. She had already tried to speed the healing process on it last night when she got it. Anyone who might see it might think it was a four-day-old bruise instead of something she got last night. Her head was slightly dizzy from the energy she had used, but she still wanted it be hit with something so as to speed up the healing process some more.
Cara quickly dried herself off and put on a pair of seamed logo, grey hip-hugger panties and a long, white, sleeveless t-shirt. There were still a few prickling drops of water on her slightly tanned skin, and her hair was still a dripping mess. She rubbed the towel over her short hair as she exited the small bathroom into her new room. She recently changed dorms due to disturbance with her neighbours. Cara thought the whole thing was incredibly stupid. It was not her goddamn fault that her previous roommate was such a stuck up bitch, and that Cara had simply not tolerated that. In Cara’s eyes she hadn’t really done anything wrong, she had simply verbally acknowledged how incredibly stuck up said bitch was, and so that person had complained to the administration. Of course they had sided with said bitch, and asked Cara to move or get lost. Troublemaker was the word they had used. Cara scoffed and rolled her eyes internally. Well, seeing as she didn’t know anyone in this school, moving completely away was not an option. Reluctantly she had been forced to move out. In retrospective, moving out was not such a bad idea. Perhaps her new roommates would be better, although frankly, Cara didn’t really care as long as they didn’t bother her.
Cara ruffled through her hair with the towel once more and flung herself on top of her bed. The light was shining through the window and the flicked the curtain a little as to gain some privacy. She was just about to toss away the towel and grab one of her mangas when a vision appeared in front of her and a naked boy stood right in front of her. Cara’s mouth dropped open a little, and she blinked, trying to comprehend what was happening. Her eyes wandered over the boy, and she felt her cheeks burn a little at how incredibly naked he was. He didn’t even try to cover himself! She wasn’t embarrassed per say, but his nakedness had come so suddenly that she was unprepared for the vision. Quite frankly, she wasn’t quite sure if she should laugh or scream by his intrusion. Instead a frown appeared on her face, as she looked him in the eye. “Clearly,” she said slowly at his comment, a slight touch of sarcasm coloured her reply. His nakedness made her temporarily forget that she herself was casually dressed in nothing but panties and a t-shirt. She shook her head. “Wait, what the fuck?” she stated, getting back to her brass self. “Who the hell are you, and why are you doing here?” she asked, now a little bit angrier. There was, after all, an attractive, very naked boy in her room. So yeah, of course anger was the appropriate response.

Giving the girl a once over, Oliver nodded - more so to himself than the girl. Sure, he might have ended up in the wrong room, but even he couldn't complain about the sight it offered. After all, he might have been some kind of prodigy, but he was still just a seventeen year old boy, after all. And like any other seventeen year old boys, he too, had hormones running through his system.
Now, he was hardly one of those awkward boys that got random boners or started stuttering in the presence of a half naked, pretty young girl, but his brown eyes did linger perhaps a little too long along the lines of the girl's toned body.
She offered him a sarcastic reply, which had Oliver smirking. Then, another moment seemed to pass and the girl seemed as if she finally took in the situation. Shrugging his shoulders, Oliver's gaze moved about the room. He saw little need in justifying himself. It wasn't as if he'd actually done anything towards the girl and if there was anything here she didn't wish to look at, she could always look away. "What I'm doing here is rather obvious, no? Save for the fact that I already told you I've got the wrong room." His gaze returned to the girl and he offered her a quirked brow. Surely, it was all very obvious, no? He didn't need to spell it out, did he? Ah, well, he supposed he was far too used to people being less... Well, less of him.
"If you don't already know my name, I don't think learning it now holds any value to either of us." Now, he hardly needed to linger around more than what he was doing already. Unless the girl was game for getting naked and making his trip less wasteful, though, given her personality, he somehow doubted she was the cheap kind. What a shame.

Cara struggled for a moment to comprehend the situation. She was not often put off like that, but the whole situation was just so bizarre. She wasn’t quite sure how to react. She didn’t care about what the proper way to react was, she just wanted to know how her own reaction should be. Supposed this was it. She: feeling awkward in the first time in forever. Him: cockily standing there with that foolish, annoying grin on his face. He thought he was so smug, so happy with himself, such a smart mouth. She shook her head at his first reply. Stupid. She had been stupid to have said that she had said. But then again, she had been rather flabbergasted. “Whatever, you just took me by surprise, that’s all,” she replied, looking away. He was making her feel uncomfortable. Just standing there like that, naked like that, was not normal. “I’m pretty sure you’d be a little surprised if a guy showed up naked in your room,” she said with a slight amused smile. He wasn’t all that bad to look at, but she was pretty sure she was the one who would get in trouble if he was caught there.
She rolled her eyes at his response about his name. Why was it that attractive guys like that had to be so cocky. She raised her eyebrow slightly, trying to relax a little by putting up her mental wall of aloofness again. “Aaanyway,” she said, fumbling a bit with the towel in her hands. She tossed it at him. Perfect aim. “You should probably, erhm, cover yourself up a bit,” she said, raising her eyebrows slightly. She’d just moved in, she didn’t need to give the administration another reason to kick her out. “so that you don’t give my roomie a heart attack on your way out…” she smirked. Then added, “unless you can just disappear again and exit like you entered,”

His shark-like smirk widened further as she replied. Took her by surprise? He could see that. He didn't think it was overly common to have naked boys suddenly appear in your line of sight. Then again, he'd seen crazier stuff happen around the school, so it wasn't as if he'd be surprised. "Mmmhm," he replied. "So, being surprised makes your common sense drop? I have to remember that for the next time I happen upon you in such... Controversial ways." He grinned at her; a shit-eating and overly arrogant grin at that.
He fully expected to be slapped or punched in the face at some point. Whether it was this girl or the next didn't matter. One day, it would happen.
She continued; but of course she did. And then she tossed a towel in his direction. Grabbing it with one hand, Oliver looked at it for a moment. Clearly, this girl wasn't nearly as much fun as some of the other girls around the school. Ah well, at least now he knew where not to go if he ever wanted some casual fun that didn't mean something the morning after. "Why, does my nakedness make you feel awkward?" He looked back up at the girl again and offered her a playful stare. "Your roomie, eh?" He looked at the door for a moment, as if considering doing just that.
She did however bring something else to his attention which had Oliver looking back at the girl. For a moment, he remained quiet as he contemplated her words. He almost let out another sarcastic, yet painfully obvious remark, but instead, simply shrugged his shoulders as if aloof. "Maybe I can, maybe I can't. Maybe you're stuck with me." He did however tie the towel around his waist.

Cara rolled her eyes at his reply. She was getting more relaxed, easing more into the situation, dealing with it, accepting it. Sometimes you just got to roll with the punches. In her graduate acceptance of this bizarre event, she thought the boy was an amusingly arrogant smart ass. However, despite his arrogance, charm or the fact that he was despite it all a bit of an amusing character, Cara still wanted him to cover up, at least a little. She didn’t really mind the whole nakedness, but it did make her feel awkward. It might be because she had never really gone that far with a boy, or maybe because like most people, seeing penises in their bedrooms usually freaked them out. Maybe it was a combination of both. “Well,” Cara said, gazing out the window for a second. It was still light shining through, which meant that any person walking by her room or looking in might get a real hard look at the sight in her bedroom, and probably get some weird ideas. “It’s not so much that you’re naked, but more so that you’re naked in my room,” she stated with a shrug.
As he wondered about her roomie she looked at him. Well, if he did decide to pop out of her room and into her new roomie’s room, at least that would be one of the more amusing things she’d ever seen. She briefly considered it, but quickly put it aside if it meant being kicked out again.
Cara considered his words. She didn’t know how his abilities worked, if they needed “rebooting” or whatever. She hardly knew anyone and was still new in the whole mutant deal. People here confused her as much as they intrigued her, but what she had gathered from the time spent here was the there seemed to be some limitations and stuff to what people could do. Like her own limitations and side effects from overusing her powers. Cara shrugged. “Well, if you are going to stay, I’d rather you find some shorts or something" she motioned for a pile of clothes on the floor. She had some larger shorts that she used when kickboxing lying around somewhere in that pile, "and maybe tell me who you are?” she asked, trying yet again to identify this dude. Hopefully with some better luck than before.
"What's the difference?" he asked, head tilting. "Would you have been less awkward had this been anywhere else?" He supposed not. It was rather obvious that the girl either wasn't overly used to seeing guys naked, or she simply felt uncomfortable around them when they were. It was fair enough. He couldn't blame her for that. Not really. But hey, at the very least she got to look at him. He might not have been one of those guys girl fanned themselves over, but he could have looked worse.
At least she had that going for her.
He looked over at the pile of clothes she gestured at. For a moment, he actually contemplated taking her offer, but he saw little need to do so, seeing as how he'd unlikely stay for that long. She'd already proved she wasn't going to be a whole lot of fun for him to stick around, so really, what was the point? He wasn't about to waste his time with a stick in the mud. He had far better things to do. Looking back at the girl, Oliver quirked his eyebrow. "Pass," he said casually. "And we already went over that, unless you have a bad memory too." He furrowed his brows for a moment, wondering if that just might have been the case.
Thankfully, Oliver didn't care. There was nothing about the girl or this situation that was interesting. At least not anymore. She was just another awkward girl hiding behind a sassy image. It was the same old thing all over again, and he had no time for such trivial matters.
