Normally Ellen would be far more selective in where she actually let her hair down, normally saving it for a special occasion.
But when in Rome…Or at least Mexico.
She simply couldn’t resist the temptation of going out and letting off some much needed steam, which she unfortunately hasn’t done in quite some time and even Ellen Bank needed to do that otherwise she might be likely to snap one of these days, and really? Why the hell shouldn’t she? After all she was on vacation she was due to have a wild night out and she made a personal promise to make sure she crawled back to her dorm room.
And she had made a pretty good start at it too, she had spent the last few hours drinking at several different bars before finding a nearby nightclub where she was more then happy to spend her time. This was the life to her, she was drunk off her ass, in the middle of a dance floor dancing quickly but expertly, enjoying feeling the stress melt off her and yes maybe a little of the attention it was bringing her too…
At this rate she was less likely to go back to her dorm and more likely passing out in the bed of some attractive stranger

Roxana didn't even have to be looking after Ellen; she didn't have to be looking after any of her targets. She was on a break; she had been approved of the break without even having gotten her usual letter from SIGUARD. They just informed her over the phone and since then she had been trying to take it easy while someone else looked after her targets. Of course Roxana still bothered the guy looking after her targets, purely out of worry, and still used to looking after the people she was being paid to look after.
She would be returning home soon, but a problem came up that was something that Rox could not ignore. It was not really a problem, but more of a concern when Rox heard that Ellen was off the boat and at a club. "I understand. I'm going to go pick her up now." Roxana said on the phone, hanging it up after a small nod. It was the person that was assigned to watch Ellen in her place. Ellen was drunk, partying in a club, and around people that she didn't even know. Why did Ellen think that was a good idea?
Rox just hoped that no one realized or figured out that Ellen came from wealth. In any case she made her way to where Ellen was, not having any issue spotting the blonde out in the crowed. "Ellen." Roxana called out Ellen's name as she moved over towards the girl, reaching out to touch the other girl's shoulder. "It's late. We should return back to the ship." Roxana added after a moment after she would attempt to at least turn Ellen to face her.

Certainly Ellen was feeling just a tad tipsy at the moment, and seemingly with every passing moments it was beginning to show, One thing that was quite apparent about Ellen was that she could not hold her liquor. Not by any stretch of the imagination, it was like the entirety of one drink just collected itself in her head nicely numbing all the pesky “Sensible” thoughts that might tell her that what she was doing wasn’t exactly the best possible way to go about things, no more then that actually. What she was doing was down right stupidity and that was the nice way of putting it and more or less causing her inhibitions to plummet as if they were just thrown out of a skyscraper
Obviously not the best possible combination to have on a night like this.
But concerns about doing the right thing was something to be worried about in the morning (Along with a raging hangover of course)But tonight belonged to drinking and dancing and Ellen was currently doing plenty of that.
At the sensation of being touched Ellen whirled around and a look of drunken delight registered on her face once she figured it out “Rox!” She cried overjoyed “I didn’t know this was your type of thing” Ellen slurred pretty much ignoring what she had said “Oh, come on let me buy you a drink, ooh we should go dancing! Do you dance? You should really dance”

Roxana looked at Ellen as the other girl quickly turned around and looked at her like she was having the greatest night of her life. Rox never understood how people could allow themselves to get to the point in where they were so drunk they acted out of their usual behavior. Rox had only been drunk a few times in her life; three times, to be accurate. The first time was when she was younger and it was at a party for her older brother. The other two times was because it was a part of her test to see if she was a risk to her organization when drunk; they concluded that she was not.
The last was because something had been slipped into her drink, but that too had been part of a job she had to do. Other than that Roxana had not been drunk, since she tended to not really drink around others and if she did she only had one drink. She didn't want to run the risk of doing something that would come back to bite her if she had drank too much. "It's not." Roxana said in a simple tone as Elsa brought up not thinking that this sort of thing was not Roxana's thing. It was not, unless it was a job to be and it currently was not.
"A drink would be fine and while I know how to dance, the probably is not a good idea. I'm just here to pick you up and make sure you get back to the boat safe." Roxana informed Elsa. She would not mind one drink, it would not hurt. As for the dancing, it was something she only did when she had to or was sort of 'made' to.

And in turn Ellen had her own questions for Roxanna, namely how exactly could one person be so focused all day every day. Of course Ellen wasn’t one to talk of course considering she often looked down at people for acting like absolute morons in everyway shape or form (-Cough- Frank Cox –Cough-) but everyone needed some kind of release in some way or another, Ellen, Erika even Elsa Bellefonte needed it in order to regain some form of sanity. No one could be “On” on a constant basic…
Or so Ellen thought but that was before she met Miss Roxanna Strix.
“Oh come on!” Ellen sighed in exasperation pushing against Roxanna “It’s only like…2 in the morning! Come on live a little huh?” Ellen slurred “Hey, I never thank you for that painting of me and Neptune. It’s soooooo pretty. I love it” and at this point yes she was leaning against Roxanna some what.”

It was true that Roxana had a high level of focus, even when she was doing something that she enjoyed. Even when she was doing something that didn't seem like it required focus, it was normally her putting on an act, which then was still a certain level of focus. It was not like she didn't know how to relax; she just didn't relax how many around her seemed to. Parties, drinking, and laughing were just never really things she had been able to see as fun. Everything was always either for the act, the job, or formal appearances.
Nothings was ever by choice and for the sake of...fun. Ellen was pushing on her then, complaining, and stating that it was only two in the morning; which Roxana was well aware of. "It is late, regardless. You are really going to feel this in the morning." Roxana informed Ellen. She could already tell by how Ellen was behaving that she was going to have a pretty bad hangover. She didn't fully get what Ellen wanted her to do when she told her to 'live a little'. Did she want her to break out in song and dance as if she had no commonsense or like they were in a musical?
Roxana did start to feel a little strange when Ellen brought up the painting and how it was so pretty. The word 'loved it' was practically enough to make a small blush just lightly touch Roxana's face for a moment. She loved getting praised, especially when it was for her art work, which she only ever got praise from people outside her family and organization. "I am...pleased that you liked it. What about the bracelet?" Roxana asked, part of her wanting to step back with Ellen leaning on her but she didn’t want the other girl to fall. Yet, it was not helping get rid of that odd feeling within her.

“Ohhh” Ellen slurred rocking back and forward in place rolling her eyes “Oh, well I’m so sorry Mom. I wasn’t aware I was under curfew!” Ellen said with a giggle not caring about the hour it was, she had miles and miles worth of drunken energy to go on and really if left to her own devices she would have stayed out all night [until the sun came up she would have only managed to stumble out then. “Not that a curfew would particularly matter anyway”
Yeah, now why would Ellen want to do a stupid thing like that, especially when she was having so much fun. Which is something she didn’t have the opportunity to say very much of. Why didn’t she go bother Elsa, she was never any fun either.
At Rox question Ellen couldn’t help but smirk raising her hand in the air to display the fact that she was wearing it this very moment “Isn’t it obvious?”

"If I was your mother you would not be out here by yourself and drunk." Roxana pointed out, as she looked at Ellen, unfazed. She would have made sure that Ellen had someone with her if she was going to go out to the club and would have made sure that Ellen was brought back at least by now to make sure she was safe and didn't end up at some stranger's house and in their bed. Especially because they were in Mexico and that was just not a place you wanted to get lost in. Really you didn't want to get lost in any place that was not the place you were from for a lot of reasons.
"It should matter when you are well beyond drunk and it’s not safe for a young lady with your social standing to be out here so late. Really Roxana did not think it was safe for any lady when it comes to the 'party' scene." Roxana said as she looked around. She didn't trust a single person in the room, that was a lie. She trusted Ellen in another way and the person that had been watching Ellen for her, she trusted them as well. Worse case, if Ellen was going to be stubborn about this as well she would leave them to watch Ellen and make sure she got back safe.
"You should not be wearing something so expensive when someone could easily steal it off of you." Roxana pointed out as she reached up to take Ellen's hand and bring it back down. If she was able to bring Ellen's hand back down she would let it go, already feeling a little odd from just having touched Ellen. "If I have a drink with you, will you leave with me?" Roxana asked, figuring if she made a deal she would have better success at getting Ellen to work with her.

“If you were my mother, I doubt I could ever get away with half the things I got up to…things would be a LOT stricter in my house” Ellen nodded considering that bizarre little alternative universe that Roxanna created “I would have turned out a LOT differently” Ellen puffed out her cheeks, and really Ellen didn’t feel any need whatsoever to be weary or anything of the sort
Was Roxanna born? She probably was made in a factory or something like that?
Ellen just let Roxanna go on and on and on again being ever so dull and boring indeed like anyone would bother stealing anyone of her belongings, after all they wouldn’t live the tell the tale of it if Ellen had anything to say about it, even when drunk she had quite a bit of a temper. She wasn’t afraid.
“I’d like to see them try” Ellen smirked tittering just a little bit
Ellen’s head tilted just a little at the offer clasping her hands behind her back smiling a little at the unexpected deal “Now you’re talking…”

"You would be surprised what I would let you get away with if you were my child. Then again, it would depend on who your father was and if I was raising you by myself or not. Also if I still had my line of work, that would play a part in how I would raise you." Roxana pointed out and now she was looking away, thinking about it. It was pretty odd to now start thinking of someone as if you had popped them out yourself and it was especially odd considering the mixed feelings Rox was well aware she had towards Ellen.
Not that she still understood what those feelings were other then she just had to be careful about Ellen being too close to her. She still didn't know how Ellen would turn out and thus was stuck on that topic for a moment but let it go when Ellen seemed not at all worried about the fact that someone could steal from her. Roxana just let out a sigh, since Ellen was drunk and even if she thought she would make someone pay if they stole from her, Rox doubted she would be able to even remember it until it was too late or just would not be able to do anything about it in general.
Rox would make sure that no one stole from Ellen, but that was only for while she was around the girl, which was for just this once night. Ellen seemed pleased at the deal Rox offered up, which did make thing easy and she should have guess a deal was all that she needed. "I will even let you pick the drink. I'll drink all of it, and then we will go home. Deal?" Roxana asked after laying out the terms of the deal. She was already reaching out to grab a hold of Ellen's hand to give it a small tug so they could head over to the bar to get a drink. She didn't plan on holding that hand long because she still felt odd just touching the girl now.

And of course Roxanna choose to take Ellen’s hypocritical situation and take it the most literal way possible. If Roxanna had a weak point then that would how literal she was, which was really quite amusing actually thinking about that, that was one of her more endearing qualities that made her who she was. “Well, if it helps you’re probably my dads type and with that hair you’ll fit into the family” Ellen nodded as she swayed back forward drunkenly.
Ellen had to be honest, until Roxanna made her deal Ellen was planning to ditch Roxanna as soon as she could possible do so after all she was being such a drraggg at the moment but then she made that deal and…well..
Even though she was drunk Ellen was as devious as ever,
“Tequila, sharing a bottle” Ellen said with a small evil twinkle fluttering in her eyes “Never make a deal with a Bank”
Post by Roxana Strix on Apr 18, 2015 12:57:59 GMT -6
Roxana could not help but to make a discontent face for a moment when Ellen pointed out that she would probably be Ellen's father's type. Rox didn't want to think about that, especially because she already felt weird just thinking about if she was Ellen's mother. If she had been Ellen's mother, well she had to have Ellen at an impossible age, and he conflicted feeling for the girl would have been wrong. So many moral issues with the whole subject and Rox were refocusing on other things now. Like the surroundings, how Ellen was moving, and how Ellen actually looked pretty nice for her current drunken appearance and state.
I didn't bring my sketch book. Rox thought to herself as the urge to drawn Ellen in this moment. Small beads of sweat dripping down from the other girl's body, the way her hair moved, and just the way the light hit her just a little bit in the club environment. After she gave Ellen her condition it seemed like Ellen was in agreement to it. That and like she had some evil plan in mind, which was soon revealed by the words that left Ellen's lips. "You want to two of us to share a whole bottle of Tequila? You are aware that we are both going to be sick later, right?" Roxana asked, just making sure that Ellen was sure.
Rox could handle her alcohol, but tequila was strong, if you made sure to get the real stuff that was not cheap. It had a powerful kick and...well it would be an interesting result to see if Ellen could make it with her through a full bottle. "I accept the challenge Ellen. Think you can out drink me?" Rox asked. A small smile on her face as she sat down and ordered the best Tequila the place had.

Needless to say that if Rox did have the forethought to bring her painting equipment with them today, once Ellen sobered up then any evidence of the night’s festivities would be hidden so no one could possibly remember this date or what she managed to get up today.
You would think that Roxanna of all people would know never make a deal with a Banks considering their family history of twisting everything to their favour but even Roxanna had their weak moments so it seemed. That was something that would no doubt compliment Ellen’s already substantial ego.
“Piisss, I’ll let sober Ellen worry about that later, Now I want some fun” Ellen said with a fair amount of relish standing behind Roxanna practically jumping up and down in place like an excited child “I’m already drunk as hell, in for a penny and all that…”

Roxana knew of the Banks family, how they were, and how Ellen was as well. That did not deter her from accepting the challenge with the girl. There was not much that would make her shy away from a challenge that she decided to take on by choice. It was all for the sake of getting Ellen to return with her, that was all. If she had to drink a bit in order for that to happen, then she could do that with no problem. She just hoped that she didn't end up getting drunk and Elsa would see her in a different light.
"Sober Ellen is going to not be pleased by tonight's events I imagine." Roxana said, a small smile spreading across her lips. She didn't know why but she was slightly looking forwards to this little challenge. It was a game, right? Or was it the fact that it was just the fact that she was getting to spend time with Ellen for reasons other than work. Roxana moved away slightly from Ellen as the girl jumped up and down behind her and grabbed a seat. Their cups were filled and placed down on the counter in front of them.
Rox waited for Ellen to join her before she picked up her glass and tossed her drink back. "I think you should just lose this bet with me and return back to the ship now." Roxana said, already pouring herself another glass and was ready to keep going if Ellen was not going to simply give in.

In Ellen’s drunken mind she had gotten one over on Roxanna. Even if she ended up losing this little contest and Roxanna had to physically carry her back to the boat she wouldn’t care. She just was glad that she had bragging rights that she managed to trick Roxanna into staying out with her. Even though odds are she probably won’t remember what happened here anyway.
She bet Elsa could never do that…
“Noppe” Ellen said with a little flourish knowing full well that she won’t be happy in the morning but not caring in the morning “But that just means you get to tell me I told you so in the morning “ Ellen nodded as she poured her own shot downing it shuddering just a little as it’s effects took hold
“You do know you can very easily knock me out or fling over your shoulder and drag me back to the boat right?”
