"We should so go up to like where they stir the ship and see if they let us in." Jasper said as he messed with his cap a little bit. Both the brothers were matching in every aspect of their little uniform that they had decided to wear on the ship. They felt that it was an appropriate thing to wear when they were sailing on open water and on their way to Mexico. In truth the twins were as hyper as all could be. They never been on actual bat before and while they had traveled around the USA, they had never left it. This was a chance to see more of the world and possibly see if they could pick up any foreign magic tricks.

"I'm pretty sure that they would not be fooled into thinking that we are the new captains of the ship." Casper responded back to his brother, chuckling a little. Casper messed with his silver chain necklace as his tongue ideally played with his lip piercing. They both thought they looked particularly good, they were even standing like they were some kind of models. "I know but still! Damn we look good." Jasper said, looking at his brother. He didn't need a mirror when he had a twin brother that looked just like him. He was already pulling out his phone to take a picture of his brother so he could save it to his phone and of course send it to Casper as well.

"Does this count as a selfie since you are my twin and looked just like me?" Jasper asked. The question had Casper stumped to for a moment. Whenever they didn't know something that meant it was time for outside help. Jasper was already moving and going to poke a girl in her back, a girl that looked really familiar but it didn't click right away until Casper said something. "Oh, hello again. Zoe." Casper spoke up to the girl his brother had poked when he got closer to the two of them.

There was something exhilarating in just standing near the railing and looking out at the sea. She was fairly certain she'd nearly exhausted even Alice's patience with her tendency to just sort of stare at it. Zoe couldn't help it though: there was just something about staring at the gentle waves and the flowing tides and not seeing anything but the wide expanse stretching out in all directions. It had this relaxing appeal.

That and normally Zoe would be people watching and all the bikinis still made her fidgety.

The fidgeting which did not help when someone poked her in the back. Zoe instinctively moved to cover up her arms with the light shawl she wore, which was really more of a breezy wrap that would just dim her power than anything. She turned to look, an apology already ready on her lips.

Then she stopped as she saw who it was. "Casper," she said, nodding a little curtly, smiling. It wavered slightly as she looked over at the twin. "Jasper," she added a little belatedly.

The brothers were not surprised at seeing how Zoe reacted. Casper had filled his brother in on what he had learned and figured out about the girl back when they were in detention together. So nothing new really happened, other than the fact that Jasper was a little surprised that Zoe was not running away from seeing them after what happened last time. Admittedly, it could have gone a lot worse if Casper had not been there to sort of stop his brother. Jasper was likely to really beat the other girl up for what she had done, but by now he had forgiven her. Mostly.

They were not sure if Zoe had somehow figured out the difference between the two of them, had a lucky guess, or were just basing it off of how they were looking at her. They would think about it later, since now was the time for talking. "Hey." The brothers said in unison. Jasper then moved already to start move a little closer to get a better look at her. She was pretty cute, too bad she was gay, and also deleted his hard earned photos. Again, he was mostly over what she had done to him back in the girl's locker room.

"Your stomach okay since then?" Casper asked, referring to when they last met the other girl. Since then Casper had made sure that Jasper had stayed away from the older girl. He didn't want Jasper trying to get a larger form of payback at the girl for what happened and had managed to get Jasper to see to reason on the matter.

Zoe returned the hey with another nod, her eyes focused on both of them. Her stomach tightened a little in memory of what happened last time, then churned as she remembered what happened after. Alice had most certainly not been happy about the circumstances, and Zoe certainly didn't want to go through that again. Though warning the twins of what Alice was likely to do should they attempt violence again probably wasn't the best way to handle the conversation.

Instead Zoe turned to Casper as he asked. "It's quite fine, thank you," she said, sounding polite and pleasant, even nodding. "I went to the nurse and a healer took care of me: no issues at all," her eyes flicked to Casper, then back to Jasper. "Your outfits are quite fetching," she said, gesturing toward them with one hand, "though I don't think anyone would think that you're captaining the ship."

And it looked a bit like some of those silly music videos that Zoe had seen from time to time. But she was trying to be nice and polite, which definitely meant not comparing them to silly music videos.

"That is good to hear." Casper said as he gave a small smile at Zoe. "Pfft, I barley hit her." Jasper muttered out, only to get hit in the back of his head by his brother. Jasper rubbed at his head, muttering more things under his breath before he turned to give Zoe his back. He still remained standing next to his brother but he didn't want to look at Zoe. Clearly he was still not pleased with her so needed to calm himself down. That was best achieved by ignoring the words someone was saying and not bothering to look at them.

Casper didn't stop his brother; in fact his brother was doing something good so there was no reason to say anything on the matter. "Thank you." Casper said, Jasper had almost gone to turn around to thank her for what she had said. The way to the brother’s hearts was to make them feel good, stroke their egos, and be entertainment. Zoe had stroked their egos, but then that last bit had Jasper letting out a 'humpf' and not turning around. Casper just glanced at his brother before giving his attention back to Zoe. "What are you currently up to?" Casper asked, changing the subject away from clothing completely. He would complement what Zoe was wearing later.

Zoe nodded at Casper's comment, fighting off the urge to flush again. Her eyes flicked to Jasper for a moment, noting his own... frustration? He looked put out and slightly pouty. The jab from his twin made Zoe smile, though she lowered her head to attempt to hide it. After all, she didn't want to hurt their feelings.

It appeared as though her comments regarding their uniforms were taken as the compliments thy were meant. She nodded at the thanks, offering a "your welcome" in return. The followup question had her flushing. Zoe wound her hands together behind her back, shifting her stance to lean more on one leg, her gaze going down and away.

"I, well, you're not, um, going to think it's very... exciting. I was, ah," her eyes flicked toward the ocean, then back at the twins. "I was looking at the ocean. Just... admiring the waves and the breadth of it all and how we're completely surrounded by it, with land far enough away that we can't even see it..."

Zoe trailed off, knowing she was starting to wax poetic and knowing that most people didn't really follow that. She flushed, shifting back to look at the twins. "What of you two? Were you going to see if the ship required extra sailors?" It was a light tease, and she smiled shyly as she said it. It was especially light as Zoe was curious and really couldn't think of another answer, well, besides more ludicrous ones, which, admittedly, were fairly common amongst the students here.

Casper still planned on calling her out on looking pretty cute, but it had to wait. Had to wait until his brother settled down some more before he could be completely nice to Zoe. Once they both were in a good mood it was a bit easier to be nice for the both of them. Casper would not deny that while he had a pretty good control on not getting upset quickly, he was still affected by his brother's mood. His brother was all he had in the world and he figured that was how it was going to be in the end.

Casper figured people would only be able to handle the two of them so much and in the end they would just have each other. They were both okay and in fact happy with that, because all they needed was one another in the end. She pointed out that they were not going to think that it was very exciting before she gave them her answer. She was right; they didn't find it exciting at all. Perhaps if it was for a little bit; or if they were thinking, then it would be fine. But just standing there and staring at it, pretty boring. "Take a picture, it will last longer. That’s something you do, right?" Jasper asked, after making sort of a half joke.

Jasper only looked over his shoulder to speak to her before looking away again. Jasper did fully turn around then however when Zoe asked what they planned on doing. "Well, I was thinking that we should try to go in there and get some like captain photos. Or just do a sexy as hell photo-shoot. I mean come one, we are so damn sexy right now." Jasper said, practically in love with himself. Well not really, but he just thought they looked good at the moment. "She only likes girls." Casper pointed out. "Oh right, darn." Jasper said as he pouted when Casper reminded him. The brother just assumed she would not understand their good looks because she only liked girls.

Zoe's eyes narrowed slightly at Jasper's comment. She was sorely tempted to tell him off for it, or possibly to do something even more drastic, but she figured that he was just attempting to make a joke. He certainly did so in poor taste, extremely poor, given the circumstances, but Zoe didn't want to push him. He at least wasn't attempting to hit her again.

Captain photos? Or a sexy photoshoot? Yes, he was definitely teasing her now, and not in a way that Zoe appreciated. She could feel the color rising on her cheeks, making the freckles that had popped up thanks to the sun all the more noticeable. Casper didn't reprimand him for the teasing so much as remind him that she probably wasn't interested.

Which was something of an understatement. "Well, I'm glad to hear that you two are enjoying yourselves," she said, trying not to sound too arch, "so I should probably leave you to it," she started edging to move around them, not particularly thrilled by the prospect of engaging in anything resembling conversation, not if they were going to spend it teasing and belittling her.

The brother's both saw that Zoe's eyes narrowed, which made Jasper look at his brother but he didn't say anything. He was making a joke but again he was also being serious that she took photos. He was pretty sure it was her name that he had saw involving a photo show or something. Maybe he guessed wrong, or maybe she didn't like photo jokes. Jasper didn't know and he also quickly stopped caring because he was at least trying to be nice now. The other teasing of course was to get a reaction out of her, because that was what the brother's did.

They got reactions out of people and enjoyed seeing most of them. Jasper was smiling now as he saw start to blush. Yes, he could easily turn into a good mood just by seeing her flush a shade of red across her face. Casper didn't think his brother was going too far for the teasing, so was not going to say anything about it. However, he also didn't think that Zoe really wanted to deal with them and he was being nice due to what happened last time. If she didn't want them around then he would behave and get his brother to leave with him.

After that, then she was completely fair game for them to have their entertainment. For now, Zoe seemed like she wanted to get away and Casper was going to let her, but Jasper didn’t seem ready yet. "Aww come on. Don't run away. Stay and hang with us a bit. I will only bite you if you want me to and wherever you want me to." Jasper said as he moved closer to her, winking. Yes, he was flirting and he felt it was fine because she liked girls so there should not have been a problem with him just flirting with her for some fun, right?

Now Jasper moved in her way. Zoe looked up at him, wondering just what he was thinking or planning. Obviously he found himself to be quite charming, and Zoe had to admit that were this a year or two ago, she might have actually fallen for it. He was sort of like the type of people she'd been dating back then, right down to having a penis and everything.

Now? Now he was just someone who seemed to be teasing her for no reason, and that made Zoe lower her eyes and want to get away all the more desperately. Or maybe she should just play along?

"The last time your idea of hanging involved punching me," she reminded him, looking up, "and that was after I caught you doing quite naughty things with a camera," her eyes flicked to where his phone probably was, before coming back up to him. "So how do I know that you're not going to do that or worse to me this time?"

Because Zoe definitely didn't want to have to face Alice if she was going to have another DL entry written about her...

Of course Jasper thought he was charming, his brother thought the same of themselves as well. They had an ego and a ton of confidence but that should have been expected with the past they came from. They had to be able to show those who looked at them that they were worth looking at, they had to be the center of attention, and they had to get a reaction out of people. That was what they were taught and that was what they fully believed. The brothers didn’t want to be forgotten and they didn’t simply want to blend into the background.

“No, we were not hanging out. You were being a bi-you did not hand over my phone and then did something rude so I retaliated.” Jasper corrected her. There, he had made even a second attempt to be nice to her by not calling her a female dog again. If she had not deleted the photos on his phone then he would not have hit her. She could have easily handed his phone back to him and they could have gotten along potentially well. He waved off her concern with his hand as if there was a fly buzzing a little too close to him.

“I don’t just think I want to punch someone right away. You have to upset me and right now we are still cool.” Jasper said as he gave her a sort of friendly smile that was mixed with a bit of playfulness. “Basically, if you are nice to us. We are nice in return…for the most part.” Casper added. They really could be nice to people and they were compared to how they could be. It just depended on how a person would react them that would affect how the brothers would react back. Simple as that.

Zoe's eyes widened for a moment as Jasper continued. soon her lips pursed and she was looking back at Casper again. Honestly, you'd think he'd learn to control his brother. It wasn't as though she had been the one who'd been caught somewhere she wasn't supposed to be, taking inappropriate photos of members of the opposite sex.

Oh, and he didn't want to punch someone right away? Zoe gave him another look that clearly indicated that she didn't think there really was a good reason to want to punch someone. As for their being cool...

Casper continued, and she looked at him. "By that logic," she said, looking over, "I shouldn't want to 'hang out' with you," she pointed at Jasper, "as you've been nothing but mean to me since we've met. Casper, on the other hand," she smiled and nodded at the other brother, "has been quite charming."

Casper knew how to control his brother; he was actually pretty good at it. There was just nothing to pull his brother back from doing. Jasper was not hurting Zoe and didn't look like he was about to hurt the girl in anyways. He was just talking to her and actually trying to be at least sort of friendly. If anything Casper was thinking that Zoe was the one that was being a little on the mean side since she was not even giving his brother a chance.

He didn't say anything for the moment however, leaving the talking to his brother as he did in most situations. "I don't." Jasper added when Zoe gave him the look. The really were not ready to fight someone right off the bat, the other person had to do something. Jasper did have a short fuse but he didn't walk around wanting to punch everyone. The brother's enjoyed playing and having fun more than they did getting into fights with people. "No, by that logic you should try and give me a chance." Jasper pointed out. Casper gave a slight nod to that.

"You were mean to me too! I can be nice as my brother! You just have to be nice to me as well!" Jasper could not help but to yell a little. It was not out of anger, but more a defensive yell. She was not even giving him a chance and that was quickly making him upset. "Why don't you come with us to get a drink Zoe? Let Jasper prove that he can be a nice guy if you are a nice person to him back." Casper suggested to her. He didn’t comment on how she had said that he was nice, he knew he had been and he wanted Zoe to give his brother at least one chance.

Don't? Zoe couldn't help but feel like she should be slapping him or something. That was definitely what Alice would do. She could practically see it happening now. It only worsened as Jasper continued, insisting that Zoe had been mean to him. How? By preventing him from taking naughty pictures? Zoe could almost feel her hand rising for the slap already.

Only to pause as Casper asked his question. She looked over at him, listening. Zoe hesitated, licking her lips, clearly considering. Her eyes flicked to Jasper for a moment. "I suppose I should give you another chance," she admitted, the doubt evident in every word. "And I wouldn't mind a drink."

She didn't even specify that it had to be nonalcoholic. Zoe could certainly handle one or two drinks with some alcohol in them, after all, particularly if they were low alcohol. She was only a few years from being able to drink legally even in the states... and she was fairly certain the twins weren't...

It was a good thing that Zoe didn't let her desire to slap Jasper come out. If she did, well there would have been a high chance that Jasper would have retaliated physically. Then they would have had a repeat of last time. Casper would have possibly been less likely to stop it then, since Zoe would have struck his brother and that was just summing a problem on herself by her choice. Still, that was all a possibility that thankfully didn't come true.

Even better, Zoe seemed to be considering the offer that Casper had made. There was hope that they could end up being friends with Zoe, a small hope. The brothers were well aware that not everyone could handle their special brand of attention. They had their own way of interacting with people that worked just fine for them. It ended up giving them a lot more enemies then friends, but they really didn't care at the end of the day. They were still set in the mindset that people were toys for them to be played with in whatever way they felt like playing with them at the moment.

"Awesome. I'll prove to you I can be nice. Tag team?" Jasper asked as he looked to his brother. Casper smirked and held his hand out to his brother, the two giving one another a high five and then switching the side they were standing on. "Shall we go?" Casper asked as he gave Zoe a friendly smile. The brothers were already moving to start walking, but waited for Zoe, planning on walking on either side of her like they did most of the time when they were around someone. "Anything in particular you are thinking about getting?" Jasper asked.
