A quiet night in the woods..

Skylar stretched her arms to the sky with a yawn as she finished unpacking, "Whew.." she mumbled to herself as she wiped her forehead. She looked around her room, making sure everything was ideal then began to think what she wanted to do since she had been gone.. "Hmm.." Skylar pretty much knew exactly what she wanted to do fairly quickly, she definitely needed some time with Devyn to catch up with her and see how things are going. She reached over to her desk and picked up her phone that had been charging since she started to unpack and sent Devyn a text message...

"Hey there! Woods? 11:00?"

Skylar tapped the send button and checked the clock, it was almost 10:30ish she she might as well start to get ready. Skylar had sent the message more question like, but she felt like Deyvn would show up, though that didn't really matter because if Deyvn wouldn't come to her, she'd go and find Devyn. Skylar threw on a loose hoodie and some long grey sweats and made her way outside, being careful to avoid all guards possible because she had no idea what the curfew was for he or if she even had one, Better to be safe than sorry. she thought to herself, chuckling a bit. 

Soon Skylar had arrived and decided to sit down against a tree by the treeline of the girl's dorms to wait. She figured Devyn would probably be able to find her since she was already close to the dorms, or Skylar would hear Devyn and find her, assuming Devyn decided to show and Skylar didn't have to go and hunt her down.

Devyn was angry, so very, very angry. She had her little pathetic crying done and now she was just mad. Mad at every single thing in her life and she knew it was just nonsense. All these feelings were not new to Devyn; she had felt them all before and knew that she was going to go through it all in stages like she did the past three times she had gotten to this point. The first being the breakup with her first real love and pretty much first everything. The second being her father's death and the last being a breakup with a guy that she knew she loved as well. Every one of them were gone now, her dad being gone in a literally sense and the loss of him was nothing compared to the other two losses. Maybe this was all just a sign that her mother was right all along. It was all her fault, her shadow power that could be considered dark, evil.

Her father called her the shadow prince who took away nightmares but her mother always said she was destined to be the lonely 'prince' who only caused pain and would always loses those they deeply loved. Looks like she is right for the fourth time...that witch. Devyn thought to herself as she wrapped her bleeding hand, self-caused because she ended up punching and breaking her bathroom mirror. Mirrors tended to break when you could not stand looking at anything, including yourself most of all. The cut was not horrible, she probably should end up getting stiches for it, but she would deal with it later and instead just used her first aid kit to clean the wound up and wrap it up. Just then feeling her phone buzz in her pocket and ignoring it for a moment or two before going to check it. That smallest amount of hope that maybe it was Zoe, but that hoped was dashed when she saw who it was from. Someone who had just up and disappeared on her, just great.

Devyn let out a deep sigh as she debated if she even wanted to go see this person after they had just up and left her. Sure they probably had something of a good excuse, but she and Devyn were friends, probably best of friends but Devyn didn't know anything anymore. "The woods would do me some good." Devyn told herself out loud as the shadow smoke had still been lingering around her and her room, the shadows all still pulling to be one with her but she kept them at bay, not wanting to rip her room or anyone to shreds yet but she would get there soon enough. Due to how late it was she opted for the window for her mode of travel, having some difficulties because of her hand, but she made do and made it to the bottom without snapping a neck. Bummer, too much will to live that keeps me from dying. Devyn thought to herself as she looked around and started to head for the woods, ready to doge out of sigh if she needed to, the familiar scent hitting her nose and her green eyes soon looking over to the one who sent her the text.

"Pretty sure outside the girls dorm is not the woods Skylar. Or has your time away caused you to forget things?" Devyn asked, her tone a mix of pissed off yet with a small hint of teasing. Devyn did smile a little bit, for a moment because deep down it was good to see the other girl again. Either way, Devyn still kept moving for the woods, not wanting to stand around and chat here and end up getting caught.

Skylar shifted a bit as she laid against the tree, "Oh I hope I don't have to go breaking any doors down, I don't know if I'd like to start things off that way.." she said with a sigh and a small laugh. She kept her eyes closed and sat in the quietness listening for any guards that decided to come around. Skylar smiled a bit as Devyn's familiar scent came into range... mixed with... Blood? she questioned herself, she shook her head a bit and decided she'd ask when they got to the woods. Skylar flashed Devyn a grin as she stood up and began to make her way to the woods with her, "Yeah well, in the case that you decided not to show, and I had to come hunting for you, it would've been a longer walk from the woods." she said with a small chuckle, doing her best to keep her voice down. 

Not after long the two reached the woods edge line within a few minutes and Skylar slowed to slower jog/walk type of thing. She wasn't really surprised Deyvn had seemed angry at her, she did kind of  up and vanish. Skylar had her reasons and Devyn was probably going to ask about them, but she thought it would be easier, less tears and whatnot... Skylar sighed a bit, now that she was reflecting on it, that reason for not saying 'Bye' kind of sucked but unfortunately it was the truth. The scent she had caught earlier and pulled her from her thoughts, "So.. how have you been doing?" she asks curiously, kind of hoping Devyn would mention why there was blood on her that wasn't another animal's.

Devyn's cut on her hand was still bleeding, just not as bad as it had been and she had it wrapped up tight enough that she figured it would not be a big deal, not that she cared. She did forget for a moment that Skylar did have a sensitive nose like she did, but didn't think too much on it. She was more concerned with getting to the woods to get some fresh air, but being outside when it was dark was just begging for her shadow beast form to try and take over her. Still, she was doing well at keeping it at bay for now and the shadow smoke was even gone for the most part but Devyn still felt cold. "I suppose that is a good enough reason, but are you saying that you think you could actually make me go out to the woods with you if I didn't want to?" Devyn asked with a raise of her eyebrow as she glanced back at the other girl. A challenging look in Devyn's green eyes that were darker than normal, but she was angry and still working on keeping her emotions controlled enough so she would not lose herself.

The walk for the most part was silent with the two of them heading for the words, avoiding getting caught and quickly vanishing among the tree. Thank the dark and being able to see with ease. Devyn's mind was full of so many thoughts from what she was currently dealing with and as well the fact that Skylar had up and left and now she was back. Did she expect Devyn to be super happy and welcome her back with open arms when the other girl did not even say good bye to her? The last time they spent with one another had been with their messy ice cream sleepover. Just as Devyn was about to ask, Skylar beat her to it. Devyn letting out a deep breath and then shrugged her shoulder. "I...just a lot of stuff happened. Thought things were going to get better but they in fact have gotten as worse as they possible could get. Then my so called friend just appears back after leaving without even saying anything." Devyn said with a growl behind her words, stopping to lean against a tree and slide down until she was sitting on the ground.

"Where the hell where you and why didn't you at least say something to me?" Devyn asked with her green eyes glaring daggers at Skylar, not moving from where she was sitting. The dull pain in her hand made her shift it to put it in her pockets as she took a deep breath to keep the shadows off of her but they still pulled in her direction.

Skylar shrugged at the question, noticing the challenging look but not really saying/going anything about it,"I would hope so, but if worse came to worse, I'd just stay in your room." Skylar didn't know if she actually would be able to force Devyn to come, they hadn't really sparred much before she left and she wasn't sure how much training Devyn had done while she was away, considering it had been the summer months and a little bit of the start of year. Skylar had been training the whole summer, improving her control and how long she could last once shifted. That, and her combat skills both shifted and not shifted; Skylar would like to brag and say she's pretty good, but she hasn't really sparred with many people if any not including her trainer. She continued on their stealth walk to the woods without much more conversing.

Skylar grinned to herself as she breathed in the woodland air, the other school was in a more populated area, and didn't really have their own forest to prowl around in and just hang out. So you could say, it was definitely one of the things she missed the most. Skylar frowned and sighed a bit at Devyn's response to her question, though she half expected something of the sort though she couldn't help but stare back at Devyn, a little frustrated that Devyn was being so harsh about it. "Hey. Look." she says flatly, "This, 'so-called friend', came to see you first when she got back. I didn't say bye because... well, because I didn't want you to be mad at me while I was gone. Now I am here and I can actually do something about you being upset with me." Skylar sighs as she sits down across from her, "Look... I understand you have it rough, I do. I don't know what you're going through but I can tell it's taken a toll on you...but really?..." she trails off, not really sure what else to say while still managing to keep herself as calm as possible.

Skylar didn't pay much attention to the shadows, she kept her head down as she drew circles in the dirt, wondering what she could do to help... She looks back to Deyvn to find her still staring, "What?" she questions, "Are you really that upset with me?" she says, trying to hide the annoyance in her voice.. Skylar suddenly came up with a very bad plan in that moment but hey, recently bad ideas had been what Skylar was best at.

Devyn let out a small scoff at Skylar's words about how she would hope so but then added that she would just end up staying in Devyn's room. At least she had a backup plan, Devyn would give her that much. "My room is the least safe place at the moment; you don't want to be in there." Devyn said in a quick and short tone, but she was just being honest. She kept having an issue with her power ever since this whole thing happened because her emotions were so out of control and all over the place. At this rate she felt like the school was going to have to lock her up somewhere for a little until she got it back together. Her darn emotions being all over the place always caused her to lose control over her power and while she tended to have ways of keeping herself in check she was not perfect. She just honestly knew someone being trapped in her room with her and the possibility of using her power could end up really bad.

The woods did actually ease a little bit of Devyn's anger, as if her inner beast was pleased to be out in a place where it could lose control and have nothing to stop it. To go off and hunt some animals, dig some holes, and just stare at the lake while she stood in the darkness. Devyn made herself comfy on the ground, leaning against the tree and just feeling the cold ground underneath her. Devyn just stared right back at Skylar as she could tell the other girl was probably a little frustrated with her for being like this but Devyn was pissed. She did ease up a little bit at hearing that Skylar had come to her first but didn't like her little reasoning behind why she didn't say good bye. "Yeah, because you not saying good bye was the perfect idea for keeping me not mad at you for disappearing, but instead worried about what happened to you." Devyn responded with a growl, her green eyes still glaring at the other girl, unable to fully calm her anger. Skylar had left, out of the blue, without a word, and now she was back pretty much the same way she left.

She could have at least texted if she didn't want to outright say goodbye to me. Devyn thought to herself as she took a deep breath when she felt the shadows crawling up her body, making them drop back down and willing them to return back to just shadows. Devyn could not help but to roll her eyes at Skylar's words of 'knowing' Devyn had it rough but at least she admitted to not knowing what Devyn was going through. "But really what? You expect me to be jumping for joy now that you are back? To just forget everything and be a happy go lucky school girl?" Devyn asked, practically barking it out but then took several deep breath, unable to break her glare from the other girl until Skylar's question. Letting out a sigh and shaking her head no a little. "I just...I don't like being left. Plus just...shi-stuff has just been hitting the fan for me so I'm not in the best of moods in general." Devyn admitted as she messed with her hair with her unhurt hand.

Skylar shrugged, she didn’t really care if Devyn’s room was safe or not, if things had come to that, she would’ve stayed, or done everything she possibly could have to stay. Skylar frowned at the next bit, she knew it was a lame excuse but she didn’t really have anything better. She let out a sigh, doing her best to ignore the glares, growls, and grunts. Skylar stared blankly at the ground, letting her mind develop a plan that she’d probably regret the next day but oh well, that wouldn’t stop her. She looked around the forest, mostly for somewhere to run off to and hide but still be able to see Devyn. Skylar was mostly going off her own experiences here, and at this point in time, she had realized that she was once upset like Devyn, and the only thing that helped was letting all those frustrations out… She looked back to Devyn, “Alright I get it, I’m sorry I didn’t say bye, I don’t know any time travelers to take me back and fix it so…” she says, acting annoyed now.

Skylar shrugged again as she looked back to the ground and scouted spots from the corner of her eyes, “Well, I mean… that would’ve been nice…” she mumbles, though she pretty much expected the way Devyn was acting now. Once she found a suitable spot to hide, and a route to try and throw Devyn off, she looked to Devyn’s hurt hand… I could probably hold my own since she is hurt.. she thought to herself, not really knowing if that would transfer over to her wolf form like it did with Skylar’s own shifting powers. What Devyn said last kind of threw Skylar off, making her feel a little unsure about the plan. Let us remember that Skylar is not a good plan maker, and is really not great at this stuff unless she has experienced it to so, Skylar still decided to go with her plan of action.

Skylar huffed, doing her best to sound angry even though she wasn’t really that upset about the reaction. She shot her own dagger-like glare at Devyn before hopping to a stand. She takes a few sprinting steps off to her left and shifts, running into the forest to her hiding spot. She never really thought about Devyn still being able to smell her but it was too late to rethink such a flawless plan. She gazed to the Sky and then began her route that would totally throw Devyn off her trail so she could safely get to her hiding spot. Left.. Right… Right… Left.. Right.. Left.. Left.. she grunted to herself as she dashed around the forest.

Skylar’s hiding spot would be concealed, but close to where they had been sitting so she could see Devyn’s reaction, assuming Devyn had stayed in that general area..

Devyn honestly didn't want to hurt her friends, not matter how angry she was she didn't want to do that sort of thing but in her other form she was likely to do anything if she was not careful. While she would have found it nice of Skylar to want to stay in her room with her no matter what, she would not allow it. Even if she had to piss Skylar off to get the other girl to leave, she really didn't want to hurt anyone. Yet, at the same time she wanted to hurt everyone, make them all feel pain like she was feeling and not just on the whole physical sense. Devyn had no clue what Skylar was planning since she was no mind reader and she was more concerned with keeping her power under control and letting Skylar know why she was upset. It pissed her off that Skylar was acting like she was when it should have been known by jus throw Devyn was acting that she was not in the best of moods. Yet, Skylar was Skylar and the other girl tended to stay true to who she was even if other people didn't like it and Devyn respected that.

"Just don't do it again." Devyn responded back with a small huff as she messed with her father's ring with her good hand that she had to switch the ring over to. Since Devyn was right handed she ended up hurting her right hand when she punched the mirror and now had to deal with the whole using her left hand for everything at the moment. She could still use her right hand, it just hurt and she know moving it too much would cause it to likely bleed a little more than it already was. "Well, I'm sorry I'm not in the nicest of moods still. See me in about a week and then maybe I'll be all sunshine and rainbows." Devyn said in a grumbled tone as her green eyes looked down at the ground. Knowing she should calm down a little more and not take out her anger so much on the other girl. She was just about to give Skylar yet another apology but Skylar stood up with a huff and then suddenly was running off after giving Devyn a dagger filled glare. The glare just caused Devyn to growl but she didn't actually move from her spot as Skylar ran off and out of sight.

Devyn's power was not like Skylar's. She could be injured, bleeding, and missing a chunk out of her but when she used her power she was all whole. Sure the blood would end up seeping through the shadow form at one point or another but it likely come from the beast stomach area then its paws since Devyn was always at the center of her 'wolf armor'. "Just great...pissed her off to and now she is gone." Devyn said after a moment of sitting there and not seeing Skylar come back. Closing her eyes and resting her head against the trunk of the tree. She was debating on waiting here for a while to see if Skylar would come back or going off to find the other girl who was likely in her other form and apologize to her. For the moment however, she remained seated, feeling the cold shadows crawl over her, just ready to consume her and make her take on her other form.

At this moment in the conversation, Skylar's mind was set in stone. She honestly wasn't expecting the apology though, and really appreciated it but it was something that wasn't really needed. It kind of made her feel a little bad at what she was trying to do, but hopefully if all went well, Devyn would feel a little better and nobody would be severely hurt. It would really suck if some random student talked to Devyn at just the wrong moment and they felt her anger.

Skylar sat in the bushes off to the side peering at Devyn. She frowned that Devyn didn't even move, she had hoped that Devyn would get upset that Skylar, had been upset even though there was really no reason to be, she did just disappear with a goodbye to her best friend. She began to pad around the area, doing her best to stay as concealed as possible. Every so often she'd purposely step on a twig, making a loud snapping noise. If she could at least get her to shift, then the rest would pretty much snowball from there and hopefully Skylar would be able to keep things relatively under control. Skylar didn't really know what she was doing at this point she she did her best to improvise, hoping she'd get angry at the thought of being watched like prey.

Skylar padded around for a while then stopped across from Devyn, still doing her best to keep her white fur hidden as she stared at Deyvn for some kind of reaction before she would give up and then try to just go and lay onto of Deyvn, cause that was always fun.

Devyn sat there in the silence, still wondering if she should go after Skylar or not and certainly knew that she wanted to apologize to the other girl. She didn't want to lose any friends as well after having lost a girlfriend. Even if she had not lost Zoe, she didn't really like losing people and always felt like there was a small hole left in her and she was always trying to fill it with things. Sleeping was what she discovered worked best for feeling the holes, even if it was only temporary. It still worked, but now that she was trying to not sleep around and do other activities that were not right for her to be a good girlfriend the holes were back and she had no way to fill them. At least she did not know how to fill the holes yet but she would work on figuring out how to do just that. "Come on Skylar...please don't be mad at me." Devyn said, not outright yelling but she did speak up in hopes that Skylar didn't run off to far away from her.

She could have shifted into her other form and gone after the other girl, tracked her down, but she didn't want to do that. Not yet. She just wanted to sit there, feel the shadows trying to consume her but battle at keeping them just at bay. Part of her liking the pain of them tugging at her when she would force them off of her while the other didn't feel like being lost in the darkness with those whispers. Her head did snap in the directions of where she heard the twig snaps. Sniffing at the air and could at least tell Skylar was nearby. So she is hiding then. Devyn thought to herself, feeling like she might have hurt Skylar's feelings or something and it just made her feel bad. At least her anger was going down, so there was a positive in it all in a way. "Skylar, come back please. I'm sorry I was being a jerk. I should not take my anger out on you." Devyn apologized, speaking up loud enough and looking in the direction she last her the twig snap.

She lifted up both her arms then and just sort of gestured for Skylar to come closer to her, not sure if Skylar would even see the gesture but she did it anyways. Devyn just wanted physical contact at the moment, to hold someone.

Skylar sat there in the darkness, feeling bad. She hadn't meant to make Deyvn upset, more than she already was, well, not more sad. She let out a quiet, sad noise as she padded up to Devyn from the shadows. She sat down in front of her and looked at her for a moment, trying to figure out what she could do to make her know everything was okay. Suddenly she got an idea, it wasn't exactly cat-like but, she could only hope it would get the job done. She moved close to Devyn to lick her face then lay down against her, remaining as a leopard since she actually had no idea what to say, and for the moment blame not being able to talk as a reason for her not saying anything.

She laid there, her head on her paws, assuming Deyvn had accepted her and let her lay down. Regardless, she was semi-distracted. Skylar's thoughts were racing, Would it be a good idea to tell her what your plan was?? This thought was one that seemed dominant over the others, she didn't want to make Devyn more sad, far from that, but she wondered if she would get mad at the fact that Skylar kind of sort of tried to make her mad, even if it was for good intentions. She let out a huff and put her paws over face, all these were such tough choices. Skylar decided to just remain quiet about it and apologize or something later.

After lying there for a while, Skylar began to give in to her more feline nature and absent mindedly began lick herself clean. This was something she did to busy herself, there wasn't a whole lot she could do in this form but it was a lot cozier and she didn't feel like she had a need to shift back anyways, so for now she would just remain as is, hopefully curled up against Devyn.

Devyn smiled a little as she saw Skylar come out of hiding and head over to her, that other girl still in her other form. Devyn didn't have a problem with that at all and actually wanted to just hold Skylar no matter what form she was in. welcoming the other girl with open arms that went around the snow leopard after Skylar looked like she was comfortable. Devyn's left hand stroking the soft fur and scratching at the places she knew Skylar would enjoy having scratched. This was nice, having someone so warm in her arms and just sitting there for a moment in silence. It made Devyn not feel so lonely for a moment to the point that her power was kept in check. The shadows going back to normal shadows and Devyn no longer having to feel them tugging at her. "You are so soft and warm." Devyn said with a small snickered as she stoked Skylar, moving a little so she could rest her head on the feline. Breathing in the scent she was just happy that Skylar was back, that her friend was back.

"I missed you Pretty Eyes. Next time make sure you at least say by to me." Devyn pointed out as she sort of rubbed her face into Skylar's fur because she felt her eyes getting a little watery for a moment. She fell into silence then for a moment, just taking in and enjoying the moment. It certainly helped her calm down and feel a little less angry then she had been feeling when she first left her room. She figured she had the woods and Skylar to thank for that and was happy that Skylar had texted her. She could not help to start chuckling when Skylar started to lick at her fur. "One, you are going to get a fur bar. Two, when you licked my face, you were so kissing me." Devyn pointed out with a small snicker as she smirked a little, feeling just a tiny bit of her old self, and patted Skylar to get her to get up so she could get to her feet and get moving before she started to get all sappy or something.

"Let go for a run." Devyn said as she rolled her shoulders, checking the condition of her hand for a moment before taking a deep breath. A run with Skylar in her other form would probably do her some good and it would not be as depressing as sitting around feeling sorry for herself. She then willing pulled the shadows to her, letting them cover her up and taking on her shadow beast form, making sure to go with her smaller size so she would not be towering over Skylar too much. Her two tails moving a little as she jumped at Skylar to get the girl moving.

Skylar began to purr as Devyn began to pet her fur, there was something about being petted that was unexplainably joyful. She simply nodded her head a bit as Devyn told her to at least say something next time, that was definitely something she could do. She paused a moment from cleaning herself to look at Devyn, she rolled her eyes at the fur ball thing but internally laughed at the whole kiss thing, giving her another one just cause it seemed humorous to Skylar. She would definitely try mess with Devyn about how she kissed a leopard, even if she wasn't really the one doing the kiss it was at least worth the shot.

Skylar watched Devyn stand and did the same, stretching without moving much from her spot. After stretching she moved barely a few inches and laid back down, Ugghh.... she groaned to herself, she didn't really want to go running right now....or ever really. Even though Skylar could run fast and for a great while, it didn't mean she had to enjoy it. Skylar watched Devyn shift and could help but grumble a bit; they were going running, and she didn't have a choice. She let out a long groan as she was jumped on, rolling over and hopping to her feet. She padded around a bit before stopping and looking to Devyn, making sure she was somewhat ready. She figured she would get a head start, and took off running through the forest.

She had no idea where she was going, or if Devyn had somewhere she was running to. That didn't stop her from dashing through the forest foliage. If Devyn wants to go somewhere, she's going to have to run faster. she thought to herself, not really paying much awareness to where Devyn was already, if she was beside her or not.

The sound of Skylar purring made Devyn chuckle, just finding the fact that felines did that to be funny. Devyn certainly enjoyed being petted as well, but in her other form her tails would just wag maybe but mostly she would just be silent and just lean into the pets and scratches. While in her current form she would probably let out an 'mmm' but other than that she would not really make a sound. Her brain would have been more focused on enjoying it and likely following asleep. So it was just good that this all was the other way around or else Devyn would have likely started to fall asleep right here out in the woods. Granted, that didn't sound like a bad idea and she was already starting to consider it. "Making my face cold after." Devyn snickered as she pushed at Skylar's muzzle when the leopard licked at her face again after Devyn pointed out how she was basically kissing her. It was not too weird to think about...well not unless Devyn really thought about it, which she was not.

"Aww come one, don't be lazy on me. We can lie down and snuggle together after if you want." Devyn said when she saw Skylar lay back down after having got up. Such a lazy feline. After shifting Devyn was ready, already taking things in and looking around with unblinking and pupils eyes that whereas white as the moon up in the sky. Her black cold fur standing up for a moment before it settled. Ears flicking and her two tails moving around a little bit, all the movement just seemed to be Devyn checking to make sure everything went over right with her whole using her power and 'shifting'. Devyn just snapped her jaws in response to the sound that left Skylar and bounded after her when the other girl started to move. It felt nice to be moving like this and well to have someone else that she could do this with, even if Skylar was not fully up for it.

They were both moving and Devyn made sure to keep up with Skylar, not having a huge problem with it since she was larger and therefore had longer legs then the snow leopard girl. She used her size to her advantaged and speed up, leaving Skylar's side to go around some trees in order to get in front of Skylar. Leaping out to pounce on the other girl carefully and trying to grab a hold of Skylar's oh so fluffy tail.

Skylar was running along, thanking someone for having such a large forest. She had been here many times and for all different kinds of situations and it always seemed to help. She enjoyed to quietness when she wanted alone time, or the fact, like now, that she could just run around and pretty much do whatever she wanted. Every so often she got a glimpse of the wolf beside her/slightly behind her so she didn't really pay much mind to when she lost vision of Devyn again. She just kept running along, wondering how long this would go on until one of them decided to stop or go somewhere instead of just running about. Skylar tilted her head slightly backwards since she hadn't seen Devyn in a bit, if only she had decided to check sooner...

She heard some rustling over from the bushes next to her and she briefly glanced in that direction, trying to see what it could be... Her eyes widened a bit as the black wolf emerged through the darkness and bushes, unfortunately she was focused on trying not to run into anything, rather than where er, whom Devyn was jumping at. Inside, she couldn't help but laugh, the whole scene just seemed funny to her, the black wolf jumping through the air. This distracted her enough to slow down as Devyn jumped onto her, knocking them both over as Devyn grabbed the leopard's soft tail. Skylar began shouting at Devyn, moaning and groaning about how her doggy slobber was going to mess it all up and then how she would have to take forever getting it clean and soft. Unfortunately all the shouting, moaning, and groaning only came out as an awkward growl.

Skylar began pawing at Devyn to let go, she wasn't being hurt, she just didn't want to get more wolf slobber on it. She didn't exactly know how Devyn's wolf slobber thing went, but she was pretty sure there was going to be some kind of slobber, maybe even more slobbery or whatever. This thought made her let out another groan, she immediately began to plot ways to get the other girl back. She tried flicking her tail in Devyn's face, though wasn't sure how well that would go over. She continued to think of more ways to get back at her, Oooh she is going to pay if it gets all slobbery!
