It wasnt often the Austrian let his soft side out. But when he did, it was mostly around his son. Rosa had to work during the day, so Josef decided it would be best to bring Otto to work with him. He had just finished his first lesson, and Otto had been a little restless.
The large man carefully moved to his bag, reaching in an pulling out his 3 year old son's collection of toy animals. Josef settled on the floor, beconing over to Otto. Papa! The boy giggled, plonking in the mans lap and picking up a lion toy. Rawr rawr! The Austrian laughed hartily. Ja, Rawr Rawr. He mimiced, picking up another toy and making strange animal noises.

Back from his recruiting trip, a low-key telekinetic who had a knack for stealing things, Dean had been trying to make up for the lost time away from his family. Sam and Ella were off doing trainer things, so Dean had picked up Avery from school and brought her back to Bellefonte while he caught up on paperwork. The six year old girl was clutching to him, her eyes wide as she glanced around the hallways, her little voice running a mile a minute, "Daddy, am I gonna come here? Is that where the mutants do mutanty things? Where's Mommy and Lella? Are they down here?"
Dean was attempting to keep up with her questions, but also had the urge to knock her butt out so that she slept while he finished his paperwork. She was very much like her mother in the fact that she could talk about anything for hours at a time. Walking past one of the classrooms, Ava was momentarily distracted by the man and boy inside making noises. She pointed and looked up at her father, "Who are they? Is he a mutant? Does he turn into a bear? Daddy, look!"
With a sigh, he turned his head and offered the man a wave while Ava tugged at his other hand and pulled him into the class, "Kid duty huh?" Dean asked with a friendly smile. He wasn't familiar with the man, but he'd seen him around a time or two.

The big Austrian ruffled his sons hair, smiling as the boy picked up various toy animals and mimicked their noises. He looked up quickly to see the young girl asking many questions of what was her father. He smiled gently at her (children were always his soft spot) before lookking to Dean. Ja. 'is Mama had to work.
The man slid Otto off his lap, carefully standing. Papa! The toddler exclaimed, pressing his face against his fathers leg. I am Dr Josef Eisenheim. And zis is Otto. He indicated his son before extending a hand. It iz a pleasure to meet you. He said, stroking his sons hair gently.

Avery waved excitedly at the man as he smiled at her. Always the outgoing little thing, he saw her turning into her mother and Ella both, with no hope of any similarities to him. Dean placed a hand on her head and she wiggled around, trying to break free of him, "Oh yeah, me too. Except my wife is lingering about the school as well. She's a trainer here." Dean shrugged and noticed he'd delved into his personal life a bit more than was probably necessary, but it didn't really matter. It wasn't like he had to worry about this guy pulling one over on him or something.
"Dean Walker," He answered, extending his own hand and shaking the larger man's hand firmly. That was what he was supposed to do right? To show a sense of strength and dominance? Dean had always been really terrible at the manly displays, which was often why Sam and Ella gave him such a hard time. "This chick is-"
"Avery! I'm Avery, but Daddy calls me Ava like my aunt, but she's not around anymore and I never met her. That's who I'm named after! How old is Otto? Is he old enough to manifest? My daddy is a recruiter, I bet he'd be the one to recruit him! I'm not old enough to manifest yet, but I'm going to. I'm gonna be a butterfly transformer!" Avery cut Dean off and went on one of her little tangents while Dean promptly slid his hand from the top of her head over her mouth.
He laughed and cleared his throat, "Sorry about that. She's a bit of a talker. It's nice to meet you, too, man."
