Oh the library, really who needed a social life when Bell could happily surround herself with all manner of books and literature, really she felt at peace here wherever she was in the library, it was her fortress no matter how life stressed her out nothing could hurt her here.
The moment she stepped foot into the library she took a deep breath and it was like a weight shifted off her shoulders as she followed her normal path through the library God only knows how long she spent going through her favorite place before she bumped into quite a tall person
“Oh do excuse me, wasn’t watching where I was going”

Victor was very much a predatory creature that felt the need to find things to become his prey. He wasn't one to cause physical harm to the average person, though victims of his interigation were often not so fortunate. He usually checked certainly places to find hapless little bunnies ripe to be cultivated for delicious depravities. While asthetics were not a factor in choice of victim he always appreciates it when they are pretty. Makes the degredation of their mind much more pleasant to watch.
He had noticed some people were potentially good choices as he had been in two a few weeks. He went to one of his favorite places at last, the library. On a saturday afternoon when only the most dire of shy nerds would make an appearance. He had been looking around and didn't notice anyone of particular interest. Then entered a mousy little girl with a sweet smile and vibrant orange hair. Almost like she was painting a target on herself. He watched her for a few minutes and based on body language he observed he decided on an approach.
He moved in a way that when she came out of an aisle she ran into him. His hands shot out to help balance her after "Oh are you alright Miss?" he asked with a well faked sense of concern to his tone. His smile was small and his eyebrows arched in a sense of concern as he looked into her eyes directly. It made it easier to lock in his power but it also made it easier to fake sincerity as he understood most people had trouble staring someone in the eye as they lied. Not something he ever had trouble doing that was for certain. Was what made his manipulations and deceptions all the more convincing.
"I should have kepts my eyes in front of me instead of daydreaming there." he said as he softly released her from his attempt to stabalize her but didn't break eye contact. He had already pressed into her mind making a link but wasn't effecting her yet.

“Oh, no no I’m totally fine” Bell said shaking her head somewhat embarrassed at the impromptu meeting, tutting at her own flatfootedness “Trust me, it happens all the time, one of these days I’m going to kill someone” she sighed slightly and smiled nervously but once her great green eyes looked up to meet his...all of a sudden she felt dizzy, the world spun ever so slightly and her knees buckled slightly and she swayed weakly on her feet...but at quick as it came the moment passed and she felt fine once again blinking rapidly wondering what just happened….
….Probably just been out in the sun for far too long….
She clutched her hand to her throat with typical pose hoping to steady herself and was equally hopeful that the moment wasn’t noticed by the man looking up her eyes naturally drawn to his eyes. They were kind, warm. She always thought the most attractive aspect of a person.
“Well, if you can’t day dream in a library where can you right?” She nodded believing every word already moving passed the man “Well, I’ve already taken so much of your time, enjoy your time in the library”

"Oh wonderful I hate to think I hurt you in anyways." he said with that sweet smile reflecting back at her. He laugh slightly loud for a library at her joke about killing someone. He didn't really find it amusing but he had to fake he found it surprising and amusing enough to bolt a laugh like that. He put his hand over his mouth "Oh goodness me so sorry that was really bad." he said in a hushed tone. He nodded at her comment about day dreaming "To true. So many wonderful subject to let the imagination run wild on." he said that as he reached out and stroked the book bindings right next to her face.
He didn't make it easy as he shifted to the side with her he began to lower her sensitivity to fear bow ever so slowly. She was delightful and he had a feel fearlessness, like most little toys he found in the library was the game of choice. "Oh no I am so sorry to have taken your time." he was where she was trying to move then chuckles shaking his head "I am so sorry again." he said softly and then as she tried to move to the side again so did he. He laughed softly seeming out of nerves "Oh goodness I keep trying to let your past but I guess I am just more clumsy that I thought oh gosh." he rubbed the back of his neck as he seemed to fret a bit.
"Oh my here I am so rude blind siding you like that and didn't even tell you my name. I am Victor Reynolds." he said extending his hand out to her.

“No really, it’s fine” Bell insisted “I’m made of stronger stuff...just a tad bit clumsy” She admitted her self-deprivation attitude showing, and she liked to believe she was stronger, ever with her poor self-esteem she could hope that she wasn’t bad enough that she’d shatter into a million pieces like she was made of glass. She blinks a little in surprise slightly taken aback by the man’s reaction. It wasn’t...That funny was it? But the moment passed once they got to talking about Bell’s favorite place: The Library blinking at the man’s her almost brushing against her “Yes, um. I couldn’t agree more. I spent most of my teen years here so I would know…” She chuckled a little looking around her
She went to move pass him, but he was there to block him out.but every which way Bell was blocked off, causing her to giggle a little at the ridiculousness of the situation “We really have to stop meeting like this she smiled brightly her vibrant green eyes shining as she did, enjoying her time here.
“Wait...I know that name…” She frowned a little as she tried to place where she heard that last name “Reynolds...Reynolds, you wouldn’t know Lister Reynolds do you? He’s in my class...bright child terrible stutter though. I’m a English teacher you see..Oh I’m Bell. Bell Connelly” She said enthusiastically taking the hand

Of yes self deprivation and slight shyness she was a prime target to him. Of course she was also a pretty woman and her little smile was "Well good to hear you are sturdy and not a little tea cup." he said off handed without hearing her name yet. He of course was intentional with his almost brushing her face with his gesture to the books. She was giggling in the 'accidental' little dance the two of them hard. She was falling into the illusion that his was indeed what it was not a crafted back and forth.
That was what he had to do though pretend to be like the rest of the people so they wouldn't notice he wasn't. As much as he didn't care if people were afraid of him he preferred them be unsuspecting of his true nature till the little flies were wrapped up in his web. "Oh I don't know might not to be unpleasant to meet you any which way." he said looking away for a moment.
He smiled nodding as she said she recognized the name "Oh do you?" he asked knowing it was a common name. "Oh yes Lister is my little brother. He is a sweet boy but terribly shy. I took him out for his birthday after I got to town. Oh Bell how nice to meet you." he said as she took his hand he shook then together.
