The library sounded like a safe space for her powers. Other than potted plants, they rarely had any foliage that could react to her, and they were generally quiet and comfortable spaces where one could get lost in her studies and not be bothered by others. Silvia had been to the Bellefonte library once or twice, but she always dashed in and out fast. Today, she decided, she would stay, and try her luck. She needed a change of scenery for her studies, and she needed to step out of her comfort zone. And the library was as close to comfort as she was willing to risk today.
Walking into the library, the blonde girl paused and looked around, checking for possible potted plants or other things that could spring to life. She was, once again, grateful to the Heavens above that her powers did not seem to affect fungi. Molding everything in her immediate vicinity would have been a disaster. After taking stock of possible plant life, she hesitantly walked forward, pausing again to try to locate a place where she could sit and blend into the background.
((OOC: If there are any plants around in the library, let me know ))

The library did have plants in it but because it was hard for Kennedy to maintain them as many plants unless they were flowers gave off no scent or similar scents to the point where she knew where they were but did not know whether they had been watered or no because others worked in the library as well. So all the plants in the library were fake. Except.
There was a delivery at the side door. Kenny heard the knock and got up from the main front desk and allowed her flowing hair to guide her to the door then she opened the door. She was given a bundle of flowers. She got a confused look on her face and one of her hands came up to cover her smile. The delivery person asked for her by name. Then handed her the flowers. The first thing she could think of was who might have sent them. That terrified her.
"Is th...th..there a c..c..c..card?"
The delivery person did not notice that she was blind at first and thought she was just trolling to be like "Oh I got flowers read the card out loud so everyone knows". But then he looked at her for a second and saw that her eyes were not focused on anything then he waved his hand in front of her face.
"Thats r..r...r..rude I can st..st..still feel th..th...the air and wind c..c..caused by the waving in m..m..m..my face.."
The guy then promptly apologized and Kennedy did not hold a grudge she was fine with it. But then the delivery person read the card to her and it said. "I know its not Happily Ever After, but a Princess should have flowers" and it was signed "Masquerade". no name nothing just a pseudonym of Masquerade.
She smelled the flowers and then signed for them and walked back into the library her hand was firmly over her mouth covering her smile that she could not seem to shake.

The delivery guy bumped into Silvia on the way out. The blonde girl stumbled and then stepped to the side, hands holding her books to her chest.
"Oops, excuse me..."
She caught herself too late, being startled by somebody actually bumping into her. When she glanced over at the librarian, she could see all the flowers in her arms opening up at once, unfurling their buds and half-closed petals as if they were trying to look their best. Uh-oh. Silvia ducked her head in embarrassment as she shuffled towards the nearest reading table. Did she just ruin the librarian's Valentine or something?... She felt like she had to apologize, but it was hard to do so without making the situation any worse.
