”I really am a sucker for sunlight aren’t I?”
Lynette had to wonder her thoughts aloud as she sat right in the spot of the sun’s rays filtering in through the window. She had papers to grade, and normally she’d be back inside her own office instead to get her work done. However, the sunlight had rendered her practically immobile to go anywhere else. She knew it was due to her connection with plants that she enjoyed it so much. The warmth combined with the all around happy “feeling” she was getting from the vegetation within her room made Lynette hesitant to leave.
”I’m sure it’ll be fine staying in here.”
Of course, this was the typical thing Lynette always said when it came to getting more sunlight. However as usually she began to gradually feel more and more groggy the longer she stayed within the light. it didn’t help that her plants were already starting to respond to her mood, growing out to almost cover her like a blanket. Lynette herself was hardly aware of the fact as her head finally met her desk and she dozed off with a small smile on her face. While to her it would’ve looked relatively normal, to anyone else it would’ve seemed like the plant had fallen on her. A sight likely to be seen considering the last student out had left the door slightly ajar.
