Nickname: Evie, Eve, some may call her by her last name only. However, regardless of the ones people do or don't come up with for her, she prefers to go by Evie. 

POWER: Water Manipulation.
Evie has the ability to control water and morph it into sphere like shapes, throwing it at a maximum speed of 17 miles per hour. (27kph) This is enough speed to knock someone down, or perhaps break a average sized tree limb or two. 


LIMITATIONS:
•Evangaline has to have a water source, and this can not come from the atmosphere, so the girl must need to be near a pipeline of sorts. Other sources include ponds, puddles, lakes, oceans, etc. 
•She can only control up to 100 gallons (378.5 liters) of water at a time.
•After controlling her power, she can get small headaches, therefor she can almost always be seen taking Ibuprofen or Aspirin. 
•Evie also has problems with keeping herself hydrated. This means that she can constantly be seen drinking fluids.
•The girl has a 'bubbly' personality, to be elaborated on later in the Personality section.

SIDE-EFFECTS:
Evangaline does her hardest not to overuse the power, does to the fact that it makes her sleep for hours at a time as well as when she is done with her overuse, it becomes hard for her to concentrate on things, even speaking. 


HEIGHT: 5' 5" (1.67 meters.)
HAIR COLOR: Strawberry Blonde.
EYE COLOR: A very light hazel, often confused with gray. 

MISC: Standing at 5 foot, 7 inches, Evie is what is considered tall for a female. Not exactly Taylor Swift tall, but tall. With a body shape of a thin hourglass shape weighing in at a total of 127 pounds. Evangaline considers herself to be a strawberry blonde, having hair that falls to the small of her back in natural waves. Her eyes are a very light hazel, often confused with gray. Her skin is a very light ivory color, her face stuck between the shape of round and heart like. With light pink lips and almost perfectly straight teeth, the girl looks like she could be a model.

Evangaline dresses in a variety of clothing, mainly short denim shorts, her black leather jacket and tank-tops or band t-shirts. She is also very fond of her knee high black lace up boots, and skinny jeans. Other footwear would include her black combat boots. Around her neck you can find her silver rope necklace falling halfway down her chest with a infinity charm upon it as well as a second necklace made of silver with an eagle charm upon it. 

As for tattoos, Evangaline has a arrow between her shoulderblades like this as well as a dream catcher doing down her right right leg like this.

PERSONALITY: Evie is one of the most courageous and determined people that you could ever meet. However, she also has a kind side to her tough-girl persona. If you come to her with a problem, no matter how big or small, she will do her best to help you. She stares at people all the time, sizing them up and doing her best to find their weak spots; Call it a survival tactic if you wish. She always has a smart a** comeback for everything; Call it inventive thinking with a hint of goofy snarkiness. Her brain is constantly going oh-eight-hundred, leaving her to talk to herself the majority of the time about elaborate plans or spewing random facts, perhaps even just stringing random words together. Evangaline is a very smart person, both book and street smart on what could be considered an above average level when it comes to the book part.

When she says book smart, she doesn’t mean on the basis of reading, but that of school books such as science and english. She also always says the craziest and most random things, leaving you to think "What the heck does that mean" or "Is she mentally unstable?" Her energy levels are through the roof. Imagine you took a squirrel, gave it a jumbo sized can of Monster energy drink and then put it into a very small place so it's constantly bouncing up and down trying to get out. Due to the whole side-affects-from-powers thing, Evie is also a very happy girl, always doing her best to look on the bright side of things.

SECRET(S): •Her parents are divorced, though they still act as if nothing is wrong when attending school events and what-not, acting as if they are still married. 
•Speaking of parents, she was never a wanted child and the only reason her mother ever gave birth to the girl was in attempt to save the marriage.

CHILDHOOD: Born to her mother and father in Albion, Idaho USA, her parents didn't really didn't want her. At first everything was great. Her parents loved her, took great care of her, all of the things that a normal family did and does. Her grandfather was really the only one ever there for her, her mother braiding her hair when needed, her father helping with her homework. Her mother a lawyer, the woman was never at home all that much and her father spent his days at the company. 

Just like any other child at the age of 5, Evie started school and instantly had a knack for it. Her mother ushered her into dancing lessons, something that she still does to this day and around the age of 8 her grandfather began teaching her how to play the piano. She quickly dropped the later hobby at the age of nine.

ADOLESCENCE: Needless to say, the child's greatest friend in her life was her grandfather until the age of 11 when he passed away from cancer. On his deathbed, the man would give his grand daughter the two necklaces that she still wears. "The infinity charm for my eternal love for you and a eagle for the free spirit that you do and always have," he would say. Closing his eyes, the next thing the girl knew, she would be clothed in black at the funeral, the faces around her full of mourning. 

Back at home, a wall had been knocked down to form one larger room, the floors turned to hard wood and mirrors placed along the walls as a personal dance studio. The only thing that kept her going was school and her dancing, the grief of her loss trying to surface through as her parents went through a divorce all at the same time. Learning of her powers at the age of 14, Evie was collected and sent to Bellefonte to learn how to control herself and her powers.

Finding her place at the school almost right away, she graduated from the high school life and is now beginning college. 



ADULTHOOD: Finishing her time at BA highschool, Evie was asked if she wanted to stay and study at the college as well, and the girl quickly obliged, her major being in Criminal Psychology. 


SAMPLE: (This is copied and pasted from a usage of another character of mine, Lilith, in a Royalty RP on another site that I am the member of.) 

Lilith woke up this morning, stretching in her large canopy bed. For the last week she had been rushing about helping her mother and father tell their court what to do in order to get ready for this day. The day that she would meet the supposed love of her life, the day in which she would meet part of her future family. The day in which, well, was going to come sooner or later rather she liked the fact or not. Climbing out of her bed, she would glance in her closet. Most royal children would have their clothing set out for them, but Lilith had made a major fuss at the age of ten, stating that she could dress herself just fine with no help. Turned out all people in the royal palace agreed with their Princesses wishes.

She needed something... elegant, classy, and yet simple. And, of course, in her Kingdoms colors. Choosing her favorite black, white and red dress, she would lay it on the bed before going to take a shower and brush her teeth. She took her time in the bathroom, trying to sooth her nerves that were currently going haywire with excitement, anticipation and nervousness. Being the Princess of the most well known kingdom in all of the land, you would think to yourself that the girl would have nothing to worry about at all, but, it was a lot of pressure. You had to look your best, act your best, be the best. She took a deep breath and looked at her complexion in the mirror. Brown, wavy hair, beautiful hazel eyes, yet still plain. Lilith shook her head at the thought before walking back into her room and slipping into the dress. Then, she would complete her outfit with red wedges. Perfect, she thought. Walking over to her dresser, she would then brush her hair, leaving it to do its own thing, add mascara to her face, as well as clear lipgloss. One last glance in the mirror and she would be set for the day.

Walking out of her bedroom and closing the door behind her with a soft click she would bump into something. No, somone. With a light gasp she would turn to see the royal butler, Mr. Benjamin Clarke. However, Lilith as well as her parents called him Ben, others referred to him as Mr. Clarke. "Ben," she said, slightly startled.

"Ah, no worries, your Majesty," the man would reply. "The King and Queen sent me to fetch and bring you to the dinning hall. Worried you had cold feet about the whole ordeal, I do believe," he added jokingly and holding out his arm for her to take.

Taking Ben's arm and beginning their way down the stairs, she would smile at the man. "Well, I do admit that there is a bit more pressure than on the day to day basis. Meeting the other royal families, my future husband... you get the idea."

"Why of course, I do, Miss Ginny," he would reply. Though Ginny was Lilith's least used nickname, Ben was very close to his Princess, always calling her by the name. Finishing their long walk through the corridors of the castle, the pair would come to a stop in the vast dinning room, her father at one end, her mother to the right and a chair empty for Lilith herself on the left.

"My darling," said her mother with an startled gasp, "You look so..."

"Stunning, and so grown up," said her father, finishing the woman's though. Lilith felt her face go red while walking over and taking her place at the table.

"What are you both doing here," she asked. She had been told that breakfast was not to be served until all the guests was to arrive in just under two hours.

"No worries, darling, just the morning coffee," said Lucian.

"Well," the girl said, clearing her throat, "Do you both mind if I chose a book and go to the balcony for the ceremony?"

"Of course not Lil." Alice this time. Getting up from the table she would give a slight smile to her parents before walking back up the stairs, waving to Ben, choosing Pride and Prejudice from the shelf of books in her room, and then out to the main balcony where she would stay until the guests arrived.
