"Dude, I've been one of the people calling you that," Tim had to point out, though through a smile. When he did so, he generally meant it as something of a compliment too. Mad scientists were pretty cool, and Karsen had a tendency to be on that side. Besides, Tim was clearly the one beside him helping out and stuff.
The bits about the robot apocalypse had Tim chuckling. "Yep, that's her," he had to agree, nodding slightly. Erin was the sort to worry more about machines taking over than a math test or something normal. Hence why Tim was on board for this.
Also on board for the hi-five. He lowered his hand, considering. "Won't take me long to get the sticks. Bit longer for some of the parts. Depends on what you need," he reached up to adjust his glasses. "Stuff we have on hand? Could be as little as a week. Stuff we're going to have to ask for or fix? Longer," he added a slight shrug before considering. "Shouldn't be more than a few weeks though, month tops, and that's if, like, you need Japanese parts or something."
Because everyone knew the Japanese built the best robots.

Karsen rolled his eyes “Whatever man” maybe Tim was calling him that. It wasn’t all that important to him, it was a term of endearment if anything because he liked it. Mad scientist meant that he was doing things others were scared to do simple because he could. Granted that’s how a bunch of super villains because supervillains...he was okay with that. He was more likely to become a villain than anything, and he would achieve world domination not fail like most bad guys.
“I uh..have a lot of the stuff I need but uhm if you get the GPS stuff, then it would go a lot faster than if I had to build it from parts in my room or things I take apart.” It was definitely much better to fix an old something than to make something from scratch. He was starting to see that putting the strain on his powers wasn’t worth it if he could avoid it.
“Nah, but we need to get a mad in china sticker just to freak her out more. I don’t know why but i wouldn’t be surprised if she thought our dependency on china for technological manufacturing would be a factor in the apocalypse” He was starting to get that evil look on his face as he picture her trying to take down the robots as they followed her and only her. Yeah he definitely had problems,

As usual, Tim took the whatever in stride. That was pretty well how he and Karsen talked to one another after all. Besides, they had the whole gathering parts thing to figure out. Tim was already taking out his phone to make a list of what all he needed to do on his end.
"No problem," he said, nodding. "Can probably get that inside of a week. Pretty sure I know where to find some extras. You cool with something you got to repair or you need it all ready?" Tim knew that Karsen could, as he said, build something like that from spare parts. It would take a bit, GPS units being fairly complicated bits of machinery, but it would definitely be doable. Still, Tim needed to know what he needed to do on his end.
"And I can definitely get one of those stickers. Hell," Tim grinned a little impishly himself, "I can probably get a mold to brand the robots if you really wanted. I got people," he had to wink at that. Thanks to his videos and his relative fame, he had become the most interconnected nerd. Definitely had its props, and he was willing to use it for evil as well as good.

“I can repair it, so if you can get it faster broken...get the broken parts.” Karsen said confidently, even if it didn’t run on electricity he was sure he could download a manual or something. That or build and electrically version, it was simple as that. Okay maybe it was more complicated but that didn’t really matter all that much.
Karsen couldn’t help the laugh at that ‘Molds would be great, make it authentic as possible, your gonna record it right...or should I install a camera?” He wasn’t sure how much responsibility he actually wanted to take just in case Erin got even. Which he could totally see happening because it was going to be hilarious.
”Oh man I kinda wanna get started right now, is there anything else we had to go over?” This was the start to beautiful project and organization. Not only could they perfect stalking robots, but they could prank also. He hadn’t really thought about what could wrong when doing stupid things like that. Besides it’s not like anybody but the school was going to see Tim’s upload.

"Broken it is," Tim replied. He knew just where to get the parts and it wouldn't take him long at all to find them. He'd probably get them to Karsen by the weekend, and he was tempted to say so, but didn't want to quite promise himself yet. Plus, he could see that Karsen was starting to get into it, and there was no telling if anything Tim said would actually land.
"I'll get molds. take a bit. And install a camera on at least one: more footage," you'd think that Karsen would know that by now. Tim again didn't push: he was already getting robots and another stupid mutant trick out of this one. He couldn't help but grin just thinking about it.
"Naw, man," Tim said with a wave. "I'll just get the stuff to you ASAP and we'll be set," he clicked his tongue and gave Karsen the finger guns before adjusting the watch. "You need anything back? Or should I just mosey on outta here?"

Karsen nodded, mentally going over in his mind exactly how much time he had to spare before he had to actually do school things. It was easy to forget he was going to an actual school when he was doing things like this. It didn't help that TIm fueled is mad scientist tendencies...it didn't help at all. To be honest he'd probably be too busy to go to class tomorrow..yeah that would turn out well with his teachers. "Cool, It's all set then."
He shook his head "nah, you can keep the watch and ill go get started on the robots." He said rolling up the blueprints on the table and putting them away. He waved in Tim's direction again before he hurried off to his room to get started. It wasn't the first time that he had said a quick goodbye to his friend and the hurried off on some nerdscpade.

Things were all set: Tim nodded along with that. It definitely sounded as though they had a gameplan, a blueprint, and they could definitely expand from there.
"Sure thing: I'm sure it won't blow up my hand or anything," Tim said almost too causally, adding a dismissive sort of wave before raising the hand with the wrist and bobbing it a few times. He moved to help Karsen get the last few things away, mostly to make sure that Karsen didn't end up shoving them in some random spot.
Though Tim was almost tempted to immediately follow: he did sort of want to see what the stalker bots ended up looking like. But he had his own part to take care of. he checked the super-watch and flicked it a few times till it ended up blaring out the time at him.
After flinching almost to the point of ducking under the table and jabbing at random buttons, Tim finally got that all taken care of. It was just a matter of nodding and going off for his own, much more minor, nerdspade.
