POWER:
Fear Illusions Noah has the ability to make people experience fake visions of there worse fear. Usually the strongest way he can do this is via touch and the illusions are around for all long as Noah can touch bare skin. However, over the years he has found that if he focuses totally on someone’s mind and maintain eye contact he can trigger this power, but this application takes quite a lot of energy out of Noah and total focus is require. The power is essential a form of advance mind reading. He lashes onto someone’s thoughts and pulls their biggest fears to the forefront of their mind. Though the visions may be quite intense and seem real to the person experiencing these hallucinations. The person is never in any real danger, like a person suffering from a bad drug trip the biggest danger is to themselves.

Limitations
Of course he can’t control how strong these visions are or how badly they might react to the visions, it all depends on how strong the fear is and how “Stable” the person is. He often uses this as a great tool for intimidation,

Usually Noah is able to control the power, it’s not like he can’t touch another living soul for fear of scaring them off, but when he gets angry he finds it hard to control.
The range of he’s ability (when he's not touching them for it to work) can go as far as 10 metres.
How long he can bring these visions up depends entirely on how well rested he is, and how mentally strong the person is. If the person has the mental strength to overcome and meet these fears straight on then they can break free. After all his power is used to inspire fear, if the subject feels no such fear then it’s more or less useless

He can only use his ability on three people at a time and he cannot create any real damage on anyone, since it's nothing more than an illusion. he can do this for 30 mins before his energy starts to drain and he suffers from headaches
People with mental shields (People who can block out certain mental abilities/attacks) are usually immune or highly resistant (All depending on their level of training) against his powers.


Side-Effects
Headaches that can develop into migraines when the mind is put under strain.
-Sometimes he gets some of the “Backlash” from his power meaning he sees visions of his own fear even if it is for brief time
-He can sometimes receive 



APPEARANCE SECTION: It’s hard to deny that Noah is quite a handsome man with particularly pale skin with a narrow face and dark green eyes that seems to flash and twinkle dangerously whenever he becomes angry he likes to keep his as clean shaven and well managed as possible, his hair is jetblack(Seems lighter coming in contact with direct sunlight) and is usually kept at longer then average length cutting off just at the tip of his ears and despite many attempts to slick it back or part it to the side it has an awful habit of sticking up ungainly In awkward places. His posture always forces him to stand at full height at all times with a straight back and he’s usually stand with his hands behind his back. After spending most of his life in Romania he speaks with a faint Romania accent.

His face a well defined and a somewhat boyish one that makes him appear several years younger then he actually is, beyond a smile collection of moles tightly grouped together on his left cheek his face is without blemishes and more often then not there’s a some form of artificial warmness to his face but one can’t help but noticed that his naturally lopsided grin never extents to his eyes which remains cold and calculating


MUST HAVE APPAREL:
You’ll never find Noah in anything taky, he would rather die first then be seen in some kind of Hawaiian shirt. He has a business to run and if you present yourself as a winner on the outside you’ll be a winner on the inside. Henceforth he almost never seen not wearing one of his many various stylist designer three piece suits. Red, white. Pinstriped Hanson isn’t picky. His favorite colors are Dark blue and white, he’s most commonly seen in highly polished Gucci shoes but now and again in his “Down time” he can be seem rocking his favorite pair of black and white sneakers. The uniting factors of Hanson’s attire is a gold Rolex wrist watch and a pair of sliver framed expensive looking glasses.


PERSONALITY SECTION: Let’s just say it isn’t hard to see where his daughter gets it.
Noah is a fundamentally cold, cold and hardened would be the main way to describe him, with then a little snobbyness about him Usually he's content to follow his own greed just to see where it gets him, often betraying his friends and allies in the process. In his view this is a pretty comfortable route; after all, he's good at finding opportunities and yet he also knows when it's best to admit defeat.
He’s not a man to cross: Personally screwing Noah over – perhaps by outsmarting or betraying him – is not a good idea, generally speaking. He can hold a grudge for an incredibly long time and very few things can prevent him from pursuing vengeance. In less serious circumstances he can be petty, though his definition of 'petty' apparently involves shoving the offending party into a life-or-death situation with the afterword of 'no hard feelings!'

He views loyalty and compassion as weaknesses; he instead looks to rationalism, logic, and pure selfishness to pave his paths. This philosophy only extends to himself, however; he's not going to complain if someone wants to blindly follow or protect him.

While an excellent judge of character, he's prone to overestimating the abilities of his allies, perhaps a subconscious response to the fact that most people underestimate him. That tends to work to his advantage so long as he gets over being annoyed that he's been assumed as 'harmless' in the first place. But to be fair, one can see how people get the impression that he can't be that dangerous – ninety-nine percent of the time, he's hanging back like a coward and letting do his dirty work.
While not physically intimidating in the slightest, Noah is a skilled emotional manipulator, utilizing various methods to get what he wants. When there's a world of information at your fingertips, you don't just leave it to gather dust. He's a good negotiator; his every word is confident and clear, his every sentence tailored for the situation at hand. He's also willing to bribe people, but he might need a little persuasion to part with the cash. Threats of physical violence are generally the best way to manipulate him; he'd rather not show his punier side if he can avoid it.

Noah is highly amoral – in his view, destructive actions are often a necessary means to an end. He is perfectly aware of the nature of his actions, and if people want to label them as 'despicable' or 'cruel', then so be it. However, he is not without empathy and he is definitely capable of love and affection, though he prefers to keep these more 'human' traits hidden under a cold facade.
Noah has built up massive emotional defenses, If a friend of his were to be brutally murdered tomorrow, he'd hardly bat an eyelid;

Though Noah considers himself highly intelligent – and he is, arguably – it's very easy to trip him up while he's getting carried away by his own arrogance. Despite this, he's not going to overestimate his own intellect if he feels you deserve the full picture, and very occasionally will he truthfully admit that he doesn't have all the answers.

He has very strong views about the relationship between mutants and humanity. It views those with powers as the next level of human evolution and of course like anything they don’t understand the human’s fear them. SPECTRE was just the beginning, Noah believes that within a few years (At the most) There will be out right war declared on Mutents…Unless mutant kind strikes first.
In short Noah is wolf in sheep’s clothes. Don’t let his airs and graces as a charmingly awkward nerd fool you. Beneath this persona lies the heart of a master manipulator, the ultimate con artist and a master in the art of deception, Willing to lie and trick and pull a few strings to get what he wants,and then of course there's that infamous temper of his...If there’s one thing he simply can’t abide, its incompetence from those he employs and if there one thing you don’t want to see is Noah when he’s mad…..


EXTRA QUIRK: QUIRK He’s quite a fan of opera and even more then of a fan of fine art work. The walls of his pent house is absolutely littered with various pieces that he always tries to take a moment to look at while enjoying a glass of his favorite wine. He is also quite fond of gum and commonly can be seen chewing on it as a habit

CHILDHOOD:Alexander Petrowski and Rosalind Petrowski welcomed their only child into the world in they could not have known what he was going to become. Alexander was a travelling business man who one day went to a performance of swan lake and he became almost instantly enchanted by the lead performer of the night. So much so, that the instant the show was over he went back to her dressing room with the intention of courting her. At first she was less then reception to his advances but after a few weeks of constantly trying to attract her interest, He eventually broke her down and she agreed to go on a date with him. Fast forward two years later and they were married awaiting their first child.
To all appearances, Noah was normal as normal can be. He grew up born and raised in his home land of Romania he went to school, he made friends, and he made good grades. Everything was perfectly normal and fine

….until the age of eleven at least...

It was then people began to notice something…different about him, he seemed to carry an aura about him, He didn’t really understand it himself, It would always follow the same pattern: He would be holding a conversation with someone as normal as could be, then out of the blue he would sense something pass between the two, he felt something and his minds eye threw forward strange fleeting images, …Fires, rats, monsters, or if he was talking to a school friend; Dead parents. After which the person would look uneasy for a moment before making some kind of excuse and leaving, people just seemed to be uneasy in his company, even his parents couldn’t quite look him in the eyes for the most part. About a week later pair of recruiters came to his house and informed him, he was special. that he had an ability that only a few people seemed to have and he needed to go to a place to harness it. 

In his short time in the school he was quickly seen as a easy candidate for abuse by the children at his new school, he ticked the all the right boxes. Small kid? Check. Shy and withdrawn? You better believe it. It didn’t help that Noah showed a natural gift for knowledge. While most children were struggling with age appropriate books and playing hopscotch at recess, Noah was reading books far above his age in the corner of the playground. The other kids were intimidated by the way he stuck out and thus became a target for bullying, especially from a boy named Paul Powers. For years Paul tortured young Noah constantly beating him up, calling him names and generally doing his best to make Noah life a living hell. Eventually, Noah was sick and tired of it all. Sick of the laughter, sick of the taunting, sick of the abuse…

There’s an age old law in the universe that decreed if you harass an animal for too long pretty soon it’ll start to bite



ADOLESCENCE:  Noah learned that he had a serve allergy to nuts, he kept this information to heart for a number of months waiting for the opportune moment to present it self and pretty soon it did. As part of a school trip Noah and Paul was made to sit together in a compartment on the train ride back home from a school tour. Halfway through the journey Noah pulled out a packet of what looked like chocolate and like he knew he would Paul swept them out of his hand before pored the content down his throat just to spite Noah, not knowing that Noah had placed peanuts in the bag instead of chocolate. Almost instantly Paul’s throat began to swell up and his face turned an almost comic shade of purple as he struggled to breath. Instantly he went for a pill for his emergency allergy kit he kept on his person at all times, but in his panic it fumbled from his hands and landed on the floor where Noah kicked just out of reach of Paul. Slowly but surely as every breath became more ragged, Noah looked on, not in fear or joy, but in cruel fascination, he would never forget the shade of blue he had turned or how helpless Paul looked as he just lay there. Desperate for air. His pleading eyes full of fear reaching out to Noah for help, but finding none. Thankfully one of the teachers found Paul just in time and he was instantly transported to the nearest medical facility, Noah (Who had no past history with violence) was assumed to have panicked after watching what happened and “Froze” hence why he didn’t help. After that Paul never bothered Noah again….But Noah never forget the feeling of watching someone that was once so dominate lie at his feet. After that incident Noah breezes through the educational system with little to no effort whatsoever, mastering his power quite effectively he was granted a scholarship into college and became receive a PhD in Psychology and Social sciences.

After Graduating soon Noah started travelling around the world, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America. After all he was in he was a young man, with strong view about Mutant-Human relationships. Intelligent, Handsome. Ambition with the world at his feet. Like anyone else he felt practically invincible and partook in every indulgent known to man.

ADULTHOOD: When Noah was about 18, he received a letter containing information about a bastard child, a daughter he had gotten with an estranged woman from his time as a youth. The child was 3 at the time, and due to not wanting this information to get out of hands, Noah decided to marry the woman and take custody of his bastard child.

 This grounded the ambitious Doctor nicely as he was forced to marry this girl and take a job working as the school’s head psychologist, Raising a child would prove difficult for Noah. He had lofty ideas, he dreamed of fame and fortune, not changing diapers..so he always had a strained relationship with her, but in terms of keeping her in line his power always proved handy. Given the circumstances the family unit was stable. Was it happy? Not exactly but it wasn't a mad house, until one faithful day Lana contracted a brain  hemorrhage and died suddenly leaving Noah and Elena to fend for themselves And they bonded. A very strange, yet powerful bond. Filled with respect and loyalty.

Along with his daughter Noah came as the facility representative of St. Cadou, but his goals looking to establish a positive relationship with himself and the school so he might establish a better relationship with himself and the school. The idea being if he remains on good terms with the school he can use that to get his ideas and belief’s out there. During his stay he met with several students, trying to gain and insight into what goes on in their mind compiling a list of as much of their fears as possible. He was playing the long game for want of a better word. However someone else wasn’t. Priya used her power to set the school on fire, causing the Bellefonte’s to stepped down. Ruining his plans. Once he discovered that she had used his own daughter to do this, in a rage he tracked her down and gave her a high dose of his power as punishment causing her to flee. He sees opportunity in this post-fire school choosing to stay on at the school as a sign of good faith
