P2: Security Squad Try-Outs

The members of the Security Squad played a key role in rescuing the kidnapped students while protecting the school during SPECTRE's attack. In result of the events, the school lost many lives as well as the damages caused to the Academy but after some time the school has been repaired and life on the BA Campus as returned back to normal activity. 

With the two new Headmistresses best wishes, the Security Squad has been called to reform under the leadership of Roxana Strix and Vera Marcello. The two have worked together to form a newly reformed Security Squad which will be split into two parts, called Security Squad Alpha (SSA) and Security Squad Beta (SSB). It will be starting fresh by inviting past member, extending a hand to possible new candidates, and bringing in younger mutants who would like to be apart of SSA when they are older. The Security Squad is also sending out an invitation to fellow mutants on the Kalispell police force who would like to assist the Security Squad in case of a high level emergency as well as to provide training in certain areas.

After signup are complete there will be IC tryouts that will be judged IC and those that make it onto the squad will be placed in SSA (Security Squad Alpha) or SSB (Security Squad Beta).

Name: Demi Smith
Age: 14
Position: Student- Freshman
Reason For Joining The Squad: To beat people up. Also maybe to find a more constructive outlet for her tendency to beat people up. And potentially to help others understand the Flow.
Name of Power: Beat People Up Terrakinesis
Power Description: lets her beat people up can manipulate earth using mind. Demi mostly uses her complex martial art to literally guide the various elements, and has a decided preference toward dust, sand, and small particles. Can shift and move larger materials, though it takes a good deal of her concentration and strength.

Name: Devyn Solway
Age: 17
Position: Student - Senior
Reason For Joining The Squad: It was recommended that I sign up and try out for the squad due to my recent events with the school. Plus it be a good pass time I figure.
Name of Power: Shadow Beast Form
Power Description: Devyn can pull shadows to her in order to manipulate them in a way that covers her body and causes her to take on a different form. That form being a wolf with two tails with a size varying from a little bigger then the average everyday wolf to that of a dire wolf. In this form she gains the advantages of a beast senses and a sort of shadow armor over her real body.

Age: 20
Position: College Student
Reason For Joining The Squad: After his sisters took over the school, when Abel was unable to do anything to help, he has been looking for a way to prove himself. He sees the Security Squad as the way to do this, and intends to place all of his dedication into proving himself and helping others, even without a purely offensive power.
Name of Power: Power Magnification and Suppression
Power Description: Abe can drastically increase the potential of another person's power through the sharing of his own energy. The person he is working on will suffer no side-effects during or after the use of his power. He is also currently training in how to decrease the power of others for a short period of time, either by making their power less effective, or altogether more difficult to use. Both abilities can only be used when he is within sight-range of the target.

[Jade D. Gawron]

Name: Jade Gawron
Age: 17
Position: BA Student
Reason For Joining The Squad: Jade feels as if it will allow her to be more active, and teach her how to work with others (surprise), seeing how she doesn't feel like her current sports are giving her as much as a challenge. She's also agile, good with obstacles, and getting to place and around people better than the average female.
Name of Power: Synapse Manipulation
Power Description: The ability to control and manipulate the nerve system of her own body and the bodies of other people. This allows JD to be able to alter, change and manipulate each nerve in the body, allowing her to control the the signals that transmit between the brain and the body, which controls the voluntary and involuntary actions of the body. It allows her to either, start, stop, increase or decrease senses. The stopping of nerve impulses can cause others to go temporarily blind, paralyze body parts. Or numb, paralyze, or decrease the intensity of physical pain by shutting off the nerves in a specific part of the body. The altering of nerves can cause a person to not be able to feel, see, hear or taste, or in reverse, make it feel as if someone is touching you. Increasing the impulses can also cause said person to feel pain or increase the feel of a current pain.

[Lydia Faust]

Name: Lydia Faust
Age: 17
Position: Student, Senior
Reason For Joining The Squad: Lydia is a relatively recent student to the academy, comparatively speaking with the other students her age, because of how late her power bloomed. The Squad would give her something to channel her energy and time into, she has excellent reflexes, doesn't hesitate often and it would both give her an opportunity to do something good with her power and also incentive to get a higher degree of control over it. She also has a very advanced skill set in computer tech and software, especially for her age which could come in handy.
Power Description: Lydia is an Electromancer, taking in ambient energy from her surroundings constantly, her body converting it into energy for herself and powering a constant electric field around her which can vary in intensity and form greatly, allowing her to discharge it in bursts, or aim it in blasts. This can range in intensity from a small spark to a concentrated beam of electricty powerful enough to detonate large vehicals. She would be able to use this like a taser to stop people in their tracks relatively unharmed if needed, she isn't advanced enough in control to not occasionally have accidental lapses of control, and nowhere near advanced enough to interact with electromagnetic fields.
