Crossfade a song by the name of Cold was playing in Devyn’s headphones as she headed towards where she knew she would find the dorm monitor at this hour. Guy had told her that she had to talk to the dorm monitor and that she was supposed to talk to Security; along with a few other people, in regards to her leaving campus and just in general the issue with what happened at the library. She had already cleaned up most of the damage that she had done in the library and she had completed all of the paper work that she was supposed to do but there were still a few other things that she had to take care of. For now she was focusing on talking with one of the dorm monitors, not even sure if she was supposed to treat this like a counselor or if she was just supposed to be checking in with Tamara to let the women know about the event.
Guy probably told her or at least someone probably had told her already so Devyn really was not sure. At least Tamara would not have to worry about dealing with Devyn’s drama since Devyn didn’t really plan on saying much. This song is hitting to close to the home. Devyn thought to herself as she listened to the lyrics on her walk, knocking on the door and sliding her hands into her pockets. Leave it to shuffle to know what songs to play in order to fit what was going on your life at the moment. It was like the iPod knew which was creepy since it often happened. Devyn had seen Tamara around before and the woman was hot so that at least made this a little less painful. Devyn still didn’t feel like wasting Tamara’s time with any of this but at least if she did it she could say that it was done and Guy could not scold her about it.
“Take your time, I promise I’m not like bleeding or anything dramatic like that.” Devyn called out as she waited after knocking on the door. She really didn’t want Tamara to rush to the door and it would be all the better if Tamara was not even here.
