Sierra grabbed the rope as it hit the ground, and then drug it away so that Tim wouldn't somehow manage to get himself tangled up in it once he too was on the ground. She laughed to herself at the thought. Just from meeting him for these few minutes he seemed like the type of guy who might end up in a situation like that. Look at the one he was in now.
Getting down from where he was now should be simple enough. It was just a matter of landing without hurting himself. Sierra considered using the 'Break a leg' line, but that might not be so funny in this context.
Sierra nodded up at him, showing her approval that his landing area was now clear. "You're good to go." Instead of putting any pressure on him by watching, she turned to take his belongings out of her bag. With his phone and such in hand, she turned back, ready to hand over his precious items.

Tim watched as Sierra got the rope out of the way. He paid attention and all, but he also made certain to get into a halfway decent position for the whole jumping thing. Tim felt some bark and what not scrape off the tree, and was thankful that it wasn't scraping any parts of him off. He briefly toyed with the idea of "releasing" his power, but deciding that being lighter and slightly glidey would be better for him overall. Less chance of his ending up hurting himself. Chance was still there, of course.
Sierra lowered it considerably by helping. Cleared an area and everything, even giving him the all clear. Tim nodded, then slid off. He actually seemed to glide slightly as he came to the ground, though he lost his balance and had to windmill to make sure that he didn't completely collapse. Tim righted himself more or less, pausing to adjust his glasses and nodding.
"Right, well, that worked," he said, before turning back to Sierra. Tim took his items, smiling his gratitude at the girl. "Hey, thanks a bunch for helping with this. I don't think it would've been all that possible without you around or something. Definitely owe you," Tim saluted her with his phone before putting it back into its safe little pocket.
