"Sure, heat stroke," said Beau, hiding his rolling eyes behind the tugged off shirt. Soon he was laying shirtless in his bed, which really wasn't a first for him. He didn't normally get too hot, seeing as this was Montana and he was from the South, but he'd at least gotten warm enough to shed a layer or two before now. The odd part was having Liz stare at him, lapping up every inch of his now bared chest. He blinked at her, not quite sure what to make of it. Okay, some girls had seen him shirtless before, and his lifestyle did leave him looking fit and all, but this was, well, different, on account of it being Liz.
Speaking of, hadn't she seen him shirtless before. "You do recall we've been swimmin' an' all?" he had to point out, starting to feel slightly embarrassed at the wowing and all. Okay, yeah, so he knew he was good looking he almost never stopped flirting. That was different then, well, this.
A push then, and Beau was left chuckling a little. "You might wanna--dang, girl!" this came out as she actually began nibbling on his neck. He shifted, not entirely sure what he should be doing. His hands went to pull her closer to him, since that felt right, but, well, it wasn't easy to kiss someone back when they were going at your throat like a starved vampire or something. At least he wasn't a complete novice at this, else he'd feel even more overwhelmed then he already did. And you'd think he would've realized how very physically... affectionate Liz was gonna be.

Chuckling lightly, she just let her eyes roam his body. It really was a sight for sore eyes. His reminder did nothing to assuage her stares though but she quickly realised she was bordering on creepy so she blinked rapidly and looked up at his face.
"I wasn't looking at you in that way. Or at least I wasn't trying to. But now..." the blonde shrugged and took another peek at him before settling on top of him.
The nibbling didn't seem to get the effect she had thought it would so she moved her face to look at him. "Am I doing it wrong? You don't like it?" She asked as she pushed all her hair to the other side of her face before trailing her lips down his jawline.
Her fingers danced down his body, taking her time to feel out the smooth contours of his lean physique. It was definitely a trip but she was definitely enjoying it. She did forget to see if he did too.

"Seriously?" was all Beau could manage as Liz claimed she hadn't been looking at him that way. Part of him almost felt hurt by that but... well, part of him was actually pleased. nice to know that he hadn't been eye candy for Liz, at least not until now. Now she looked at him like he was the world's biggest piece of chocolate and she'd magically turned into Frank Cox overnight.
"Wha? No, I, uh," he stammered, suddenly feeling out of his depth despite his earlier confidence. Okay, he could totally handle this. Wasn't like he hadn't made out with girls before. Lots of times. They just... weren't Liz is all. Totally different in a lot of ways. Her lips moved down his jaw, her hands going down his body and Beau felt, well almost inadequate for some reason. Like he should be the one doing the touching or something. Plus his, uh, pants were beginning to feel a little tight.
Okay, he could do something about the whole not doing something thing. He shifted, moving to place a gentle finger beneath Liz's chin. "I jus' get nervous when I ain't contributin', that's all," he said, before drawing her lips up to his. He kissed her gently, sure, but there was most certainly a passion to that. She had been working her way down his body. He felt his hands go around her as well, moving to her waist and sort of working up. his fingers hesitated though, suddenly quite aware that she was, in fact, still wearing her shirt and that they were, in fact, about two layers away from something else. He still trailed his hands along her body though just, well, outside of things. His hands eventually went up to her hair, fingers running through it, marveling at the soft touch of it as it glided across him. Yeah, definitely Liz, and that alone threatened to turn his brain to mush.
which he kept telling himself was most definitely not fair to her.

Beau's surprise had her shrugging, pursing her lips to stop herself from smiling too widely. "You just weren't hot enough then." She teased, knowing that that was far from the truth.
His stammering made her smile against his skin as she continued to kiss him. That was until Beau stopped her and pulled her face up. She gave him a smile before accepting his kiss. She couldn't help but sigh into the kiss as she climbed on top of him, careful of his wound.
"We all can't be as hot as you," drawled Beau, grinning up at Liz, loving that she'd teased him in response. Soon they'd kissed again, she accepting him, he accepting her. He felt her shifting again, moving atop him, probably to get into the best position. As she did though, he let out a sigh, sliding his lips off hers to look up at her, his eyebrows raised.
"It's jus' a scar now," he reminded her. "You don't gotta be shy 'round it or anythin'. I know that you gotta weigh a bit, what with all those frosties you keep tossin' back," he teased, poking her stomach again. He ended up rubbing it soon enough though, before leaning forward to lightly kiss her chin again. "I'm fine, really. You gotta know I'm made of sterner stuff than that, right?"

"Ohoho but you come quite close. I suppose. Man, being your girlfriend means I need to be nice to you, don't it?" She scrunched her nose up cutely before sticking her tongue out.
His reassurance made her wince and she grinned sheepishly before tossing back a laugh at his tease. She squeaked at the poke before giggling at the rub. "You're going to have to deal with it if my metabolism decides to deteriorate, you realise that right?" Not that it was possible. At least not for a really, really, really long time.
The chin kiss made her sigh softly. It was always going to be the small stuff that got to her, wasn't it? It wasn't the big old sweeping gestures or declarations of undying love or anything like that. It was going to be the chin kisses, the funny texts, the little teases, the occasional brushing up of skin...
"Yeah yeah. My big bad handsome hero." She rubbed her nose up against his and kissed him on the lips.

"I do recall sayin' that we don't need to change none," said Beau. He soon grinned though. "Though I reckon that we've already changed a bit, what with the kissin' an' all."
As for her metabolism, Beau just shrugged. As horrible as it sounded, he'd seen his share of old Southern beauties had had faded in their later years. "Don't reckon that any of the life is gonna drain outta ya," he paused to kiss her, "an' that's the part I love the best."
Okay, loving a part was obviously different then loving the person as a whole. Obviously.
A few more gentle touches, smiles exchanged, and even an Eskimo kiss thrown in there. All wrapped up in another nice little kiss on the lips. It occurred to Beau that he could probably do this forever, just lay here and keep kissing Liz. Perhaps not forever, as he reckoned that at some point they'd need to eat, but he didn't see no reason to rush that. Just lay there a while longer, exchanging a few soft kisses.
"Should I be lookin' for some scars too?" asked Beau after a few more, teasingly running his hands along Liz's torso. He wouldn't dare attempt to even tease lifting her shirt; that would be wholly ungentlemanly.

Nodding with a small smile, Elizabeth scooted a bit lower so she could rest her head on his chest. But she moved when he started speaking again.
Chuckling lightly at his vaguely sweet statement, Elizabeth kissed him back. Yeah, she was definitely not going to get over this. For sure.
Being in his arms like this, it was seriously just a very comforting gesture. For someone who adores physical contact, it really did make sense that she just wanted to be close to him all the time. And now that she could do it without anybody [including herself] thinking twice about it, it was a blessing.
Accidentally snorting into Beau's face when his hand tickled her stomach, Elizabeth rolled off him in a fit of giggles. "I'm so sorry I snorted in your face." She said in between giggles.
One would think that by now Beau would've picked up on the fact that Liz thoroughly enjoyed physical contact. It didn't bother him; he certainly enjoyed touching and being touched by Liz. It was just that he had those pesky morals eating away at the back of his mind, those uptight Southern ideals that insisted that he be all gentlemanly and essentially uptight about it. He didn't plan on bringing any of that up now, instead preferring to lay shirtless on his bed while his newly minted girlfriend lounged on top of him like he was some kind of moderately sweaty pillow.
And then she snorted in his face. Beau jerked his head back, blinking several times. "Did I do somethin' to... ah," he soon realized that she was giggling. "Forgot you were ticklish. Well, in that case:"
and he began tickling in earnest. He'd mostly just been teasingly touching, after all, wanting to feel her curves. Now though, now his fingers danced like spiders who'd taken tap classes, flicking and darting all over Liz. He moved quickly too, darting about, lingering for just long enough for Liz to start jerking that direction before practically flying somewhere else. The only spots that appeared to be safe were right in the middle of Liz's chest, though there was a very serious chance that they could become collateral damage, depending on how much squirming was involved.

His response made her start squealing. "No!" she laughed, trying hard to get out of the way of his tickling fingers. "Beau~!" She gasped, trying her hardest to hit his hand away so he would stop.
Her stomach was starting to tighten up from laughing too much but like hell was she going to let it stop her from enjoying this.
She was slipping and sliding every which way, causing her tank top to ride up her stomach as her shorts started rolling up her thighs even more.
"Baby please stop! I call uncle. I call uncle." She squeaked.

Of course Beau felt the initial hit. Didn't exactly stop him from continuing though, demonstrating quite an advanced skill at tickling. Came from having several younger brothers, as well as being a musician with fingers that were quite used to plucking at various... instruments. He could feel Liz's stomach tightening and tried to make sure not to tickle any spot too long. Pain wouldn't help matters, after all.
"Alright, if you're sure," he said when she called uncle, pulling back. He scooted a bit too, his eyes looking her over. breathless, grinning, and looking as attractive as ever. Those little squeals and coos had been awesome too, and Beau made a mental note to try and coax them out of her every now and then.
"Jus' remember that I've got those skills tucked away. Comes from a lifetime of bein' one of the youngest in a big family," he winked before settling in again. he'd mentioned his family to Liz before, after all. How he had four older brothers and a kid sister. She'd probably met one or two when they'd come up for visits, their being best friends and all. Of course, now Beau was thinking about how Liz was just the kind of girl you'd want to bring home to your mother...

Whining at the stitches in her stomach when he finally stopped, Elizabeth tried to catch her breath, though her laughter was making it much harder than it needed to be.
Beau's warning made her turn to him, her cheeks flushed from the heat and him looking at her and the tickling session all combined. "Yeah? And what exactly are you going to use it for, LaRoux?" She asked. The mention of family had Elizabeth missing hers immediately.
"I do wish I had sustained a thick skin given I come from a family of six older brothers who tickled me all the damn time. But no. I just got their thick-headed tendencies. And their ability to clear a buffet table in five bites." She chuckled, her fingers finding his.
"Man, Beau...you really twisted my insides, man." She rubbed at her torso, laughing good-naturedly as she did so.
"Who knows? Might write up a scientific report on it," drawled Beau. He chuckled at the thought. Though just mentioning writing had him thinking about songs, and considering that they'd already been talking about family, well, his mind went to the various songs he'd written about them.
Seemed like Liz's mind had taken the same path, not surprisingly. Beau turned to her as she explained about her brothers, and Beau did some math. Six older brothers, and then... oh God, he wasn't dating his kid sister, was he? Nah, Liz and AnnaMarie were totally different. Not at all similar. Plus, that didn't quite sound like his family.
"Want me to kiss it an' make it better?" asked Beau, arching a brow. He ducked down then, moving to kiss Liz's stomach through the shirt, giving it a few pats while looking up at her. "Jus' lemme know when your insides are all melted goo," he teased, giving her stomach another light kiss through her shirt. He actually did notice that she'd sweat a bit, and her shirt didn't exactly have the best flavor in the world, but it was all just part of Liz, so...

"That just seems very time-consuming. Especially considering you could spend all that time actually paying attention to me." She smirked as she ruffled his hair.
His offer to kiss her insides was met with a snort and when he did kiss her stomach, her fingers curled into the sheets under her as she tried not to move too much. He was way too close down there and that part was way too ticklish. She had to breathe rapidly through her nose as she bit her lower lip to stop herself from squealing.
"Get up here LaRoux." Her voice thick and practically gravelly, she tugged at his arm to pull him up and when he would pull up, she would kiss him square on the lips, tilting her head to deepen the kiss, with her fingers buried in his hair.
Hair ruffling, though Beau was used to that; Liz had done it even before this became a "thing." However, he was not quite as used to watching her fingers curl, and he wasn't entirely certain if he was tickling her worse or having an entirely different reaction altogether. The two did have a tendency to look pretty damn similar after all, complete with heavy breathing and lip biting.
However, Beau did know how to read Liz, and he did finally figure that this was less "this is so hawt" and more "OMG, if you keep that up, I'm going to giggle." The raspy voice did confuse that conclusion though. Beau obeyed regardless, moving back up. Kissing Liz on the lips far outweighed kissing her stomach anyway, especially as she moved to deepen it. He matched, his arms winding about hers, cradling her against him. His lips dashed against hers, months of pent out passion again finding an outlet, even though they'd been doing this for what seemed like forever now. As far as Beau was concerned, they could be locked like this till Judgement Day. He'd just have to bashfully explain to Jesus that he'd been making out with one of the finest creations for all that time.
They did need air though, so eventually Beau would pull back. "Damn, girl," he said, swallowing. "If I'd known this was how it was gonna be, I'd have made us official months ago," he licked his lips, wondering if she'd sucked all the moisture out of him yet. They were still, after all, quite hot.
