[Roxana Strix]

"I was not trying to hide this time." Roxana pointed out with a small smirk spreading across her face. She didn't commit on the last bit about being too cocky to be one of the idiots here. Roxana was not really supposed to give away such information after all and since Demi could not read her mind, the chances of her finding anything out were small and Rox planned to keep it that way. Maybe with time if Demi did settle and didn't have such a disdain for Roxana, then she might tell her things. Things that would be her attempt to get the girl to join Roxana's organization at some point. Demi was still young, clearly having gone through some form of braining washing, but she was still young. Young meant that her mind was still able to be persuaded to think differently. Roxana just had to study and figure the little girl out some more before she could get to work on trying to mold this young brain to think differently, or at least contacting someone that could do a better job at it then she could.

Her mind had been molded after all and she accepted it and saw it as necessary, probably only questioning it from time to time because she was a teenager and was dealing with the standard hormones that they had to deal with. In time she sure she would settle and rise to prove her worth to her company and maybe end up on the same level as her older siblings. She was simply called a weirdo to which she gave a small shrug to. Demi seemed to be losing interest, which was fine. Roxana was not planning n leaving just yet, needing and wanting to watch the younger girl a little bit longer. Seeing her still working on covering herself with mud, Roxana could only imagine how dirty the shower must have been when Demi would actually get a shower. If Demi did get a shower. Roxana was pretty sure that someone would at least force the girl to get a little clean or toss her into the lake.

"Fine." Roxana said, understanding not wanting to go to the infirmary, which meant that Roxana was going to have to check the wounds. She wanted to see how they looked after having dirt all in them and if it was actually helping Demi. Demi fell into the mud, sending it splashing, some of it getting on Roxana which had her squinting at the younger girl for a moment. As if a little mud was a big deal after Demi was basically a little golem on top of her. Roxana waited until Demi looked nice and comfortable before moving to try and quickly grab Demi's arm and move the mud away to get a look at one of her cuts. Ready to block or take any hits that would most likely be coming.

At this point, Demi was all but wallowing like a pig. She didn't actually heal from being covered with earth or anything, but it certainly made her feel a lot better. Her body had been designed to handle earth and guide it, after all, which left her feeling far more comfortable saturated with dirt than she normally would. She usually opted for dust and regular dirt as opposed to the mud though, since mud had water and water could be... difficult to work with. Still, this totally would work.

Until Rox did the whole touching thing.

"Hey!" said Demi, shooting upright. She flung the arm Rox hadn't grabbed up, splattering Rox with mud. That actually wasn't so much a power as a general flail from the girl: the mud did pretty well saturate her. instead, Demi worked on shoving the mud back as Rox tried to wipe it off her. "Don't touch me!" she hissed, squirming again. Demi remembered her training though and twisted, moving to get her legs positioned to start pummeling Rox if she wouldn't let go. She could twist and slide too, and was already working on getting mud underneath Rox's fingers. See her hold onto Demi when all she could grab was the slick mud.

Wonder if anyone out there would get a crush on her at her current age. Roxana thought to herself over seeing Demi all in in the mud. She could not say that it was attractive at all, but maybe when Demi was older, grew into her body some more, then it would be like a hot babe mud wrestling or something. Right now it just looked like a boy who just enjoyed their mud way too much. To each their own; even if wallowing in the mud didn't look like it was actually all that fun. It must have kept Demi pretty cool on the really hot days that would roll around from time to time. Still this might not have been seen as useful information but it just allowed Roxana to learn more about the girl, see her habits and that would just make her all the easier to track. If she had a keen nose she probably could all but track down a girl who smelled like the earth because how many kids around here smelled like dirt besides those with a power similar to Demi's.

Roxana managed to grab a hold of Demi's wrist, but as soon as she did she got the reaction she had been expecting. Still mainly focusing to get a look at the cut as Demi yelled at her and splattered more mud. Oh joy, she was going to have to end up doing laundry and shower right after this. Being told to not touch her and demi covering up the cut once Roxana had actually managed to move it out of the way a little to get a look at the cut, that didn't seem that deep but it was hard to tell because of the mud and Demi quickly covering it. Demi was moving and Roxana figured now was the time to leave the girl alone, at least for now. Letting the wrist go that she would not have been able to hold do to it starting to feel slippery. Getting up to move away after receiving a few kicks that of course didn't feel good but she would live. "Alright, alright. I'm done." Roxana said holding up her hands in front of her and started to back up and give Demi her space.

Demi rolled and slipped away from Rox as the other girl finally released her. The mud slid underneath her sandals, causing her to slide back a bit and windmill. Demi landed hard in the mud, but that didn't seem to bother her. Her chest still quivered with rage, her fists clenched. She threw an arm up, letting out a groan of frustration and flinging mud at Rox, a good mix of her powers and just being a pretty strong girl covered in mud.

"Don't touch me again!" she hissed, scrambling back up. "You crazy person! Stupid!" she let out another squeal of frustration, kicking slightly this time, the mud sliding about her, moving at her will but not quite sure what precisely that was. Demi glared at Rox for several more seconds, mud dripping from her, but the hurt and frustration at it definitely at the forefront. She let out one more grunt before flinging more mud at Rox.

while the mud still flew, Demi turned, moving remarkably smoothly for someone covered in slick mud. She shouted over her shoulder after a few feet: "And don't follow me!" though she didn't stop or even slow as she stomped and hurried off, determined to get back to somewhere she could be alone.

Demi slipped on her own mud and Roxana had half reached out to catch the girl and keep her falling but decided against it. Demi didn't liked to be touched after all so trying to help her out would have caused touching and no doubt result more mud on Roxana. Either way that had not stop Demi from throwing more mud at Roxana as the younger girl was clearly still upset with probably pretty much everything from the moment Roxana had started to follow her. This mud fling had power behind it that had Roxana stepping back a little bit and at least wiping at her face. Roxana was grumbling something to herself about the mud and how it was just so funny that she had to deal with a mud flinger. Sarcasm in there of course as she did let out a heavy sigh at how sore her body felt now that the adrenaline was dying down.

Sadly she only had a shower in her dorm room so there would be no hot baths, just a hot shower. Probably two of them with how much mud she was now covered in. Demi was yelling at her then, telling her to not touch her again, calling Roxana a crazy person and stupid. Yeah, Demi was for sure a kid. A well trained kid, but she was still a kid. "Got it. I'll try and not touch you again." Roxana said, only saying try cause she could not promise she would not touch Demi again, she had a job to do after all. That job involving touching when it would require it. There were more cold glares from the younger girl, a grunt and then oh look more mud being thrown at her. Roxana was for sure going to have to put down in her report that this girl really liked to fling mud. Roxana wiped at her face again, watching Demi turn with ease and then heading off with an order to not follow her. Roxana figured she had enough for at least a small report on Demi so would leave the girl alone for now.

It was kind of cute to see Demi sort of stop off. She would be checking in on the younger girl very soon but for now she was going to get back to her dorm and get cleaned up. Possibly tend to some bruises she no doubt had.
