If the man noticed anything wrong he didn’t let on about it, a lack of questioning to which Andrew felt- he wasn’t sure- relieved? Yeah, definitely, but also, to be honest, a very small part of him seemed almost… disappointed. It was a cowardly thought, though it was none the less his own, vaguely having hoped to tell someone- well- anything. The dreams, how he couldn't bare the loss of control, pain in transforming, his stutter, and the list went on and on.
Finally though, Andrew nodded back, saying “t- thanks again” then pushed open the door and walked out. In the silent hall he let out a breath and cracked a smile as he remembered running carefree around as a Labrador, jumping onto the chair, tail wagging away, gnawing a putridly pink chew toy, and paws flying beneath him.
As worried, scared, even terrified Andrew was, he still had to admit it. That had to have been the most interesting class yet.
