ERIN ALICE MCALLISTER
21//FEMALE//BISEXUAL//HALLUCINOGENIC PROPERTIES//LOCAL//EMMY RAPPE
POWER INFO: Hallucinogenic skin particles (or 'Dust')
Erin's chemical compound in her body is that very close to LSD, or acid as the street name would go. It is mainly found in her saliva and skin, which sheds at a faster rate then most individuals. Her body is continually producing her skin, which causes the top layer of dermis to flake off or be rubbed off easily. She can cause someone to hallucinate as if they inhale, consume, or inject her substance into their bodies. Depending on how they do this, it can have varying effects. Inhaling any of the byproduct of her body, can cause dizziness and a feeling that the individual has discovered the ultimate 'high', though side effects are seeing things in various forms. Each person can see different things, though most are that of bright colours, seeing the world in a new light. Consuming the flakes in baking or other ways, has the individual feeling a body high, that is more relaxed, but can easily be triggered into anxiety of the body and mind. The strongest way for her dust to be consumed as a drug would be through injection, which would leave the individual high for several hours, and in large doses, catatonic to the world around them, not caring anymore what happened, or feeling very much at all.
Saliva is completely different. Whether it be in a kiss, or even sharing a glass with an individual, they experience euphoria, and heightened sexuality. Almost like a 'Love Drug'.
The crashes after the drug come hard, and often leave the individual who experienced it, in a strong desire for more, and willing to do almost anything to get it again.
Erin's draw backs is that she has to be very careful who she touches, if touching them at all. Often having to layer of her clothes, to avoid infecting those around her, she tends to lead a solo life because of this. With the chemical compound in her body, she often finds that she is actually allergic to most metals, unable to stand them against her skin or near her body. If she has say iron against her skin, it can bubble up like a burn, causing extreme pain, and her low threshold for pain makes it easy for anyone to decide to 'take' more of her natural drug. So far, the only metal she has found that does not cause a reaction is sterling silver, in it's purest form.

"Ouch!"
"What 'appened love?"
"I dunah know Mum... It 'urts like 'ell though!"
She was twelve when it happened... when she went to pick up a fork to set the table, and cried out in pain, dropping the fork onto the floor with a clatter. It burned... it felt like fire, and it made Erin have tears spring to her eyes. Opening her hand, the welts of skin bubbling up showed the angry burn, one that would scar her for life. Running to the sink, she turned the knob to pour cool water over her hand. Crying out again, she saw her fingers blister, fear in her eyes.
"Mum.... I'm scared!"
It took them less then two hours. Two hours to show up in her countryside home, hiding, wrapped in a blanket with cold clothes wrapped around her hands. Two hours, huddled with her mother, who was searching through books, and the internet, trying to see what was wrong with her child. It was her great aunt, sitting across from her, that glared at her hatefully, who spat out the word like it was venom in her mouth. "Fae."
No matter what the strangers said, her Great Aunt Tess would shriek and tell them that they should never bring her back, that she was a changeling and a Fae and not allowed in the house anymore. Two hours, and Erin was torn to shreds, terrified that her aunt was correct. Two hours, until she never saw her mother again. Brought to the European school, it soon became evident that there was a second aspect to her mutation. It appeared as though her own family had been immune due to their shared biological signature. But when they unwrapped her from her blanket, a school nurse going to treat her burns, the kind old man became dazed and stared off into space with a half smile on his face. Those that got too close suffered the same. And it soon became a game with the other students to try and get a cheap thrill off of the girl. As soon as graduation came, Erin hid herself away under her coat, being careful not to get close to anyone, and let the continent.
"Miss... You dropped your bag. Miss...?"
A hand grabbed her bare wrist, causing Erin to pull back sharply, catching her breath as she turned.
"Miss, are you alright?" The young woman asked, genuine concern on her face. No... she was fine here. No one knew of her mutation, no one knew of her ability. No one would exploit her here. "Ah... Thank yeh." She said with a smile on her face.
"New to town?" The woman was awfully curious, but her intentions seemed pure.
"Aye... Time te start a new life."
