Groggy and disorientated is how Carleigh would describe herself this morning. She stuffed her hands into the pockets of her jacket, inhaling the cool morning air with a sleepy yawn. Coffee was absolutely necessary first thing in the morning, but she forgot that she used up the last of her coffee beans yesterday morning and didn't have the time or energy to go out and pick up some more. And for someone who was so reliant on the effects of caffeine in her system, she just didn't feel normal. The beginnings of a migraine were already forming behind her eyes.
She shut her eyes, hoping to alleviate some of the pressure. Soon, she'd be there. Carleigh continued walking until the familiar sign caught her attention. Cool Beans was the go-to; she'd be able to grab some beans for her apartment and something for right now. It wasn't too busy at the moment either. Carleigh's gaze flickered around the cafe, deciding whether or not she would stay here for a little bit before heading back to the apartment. She still had some time to decide.
A few minutes passed and the blonde reached the front of the line. She ordered herself a cappuccino and a bag of light roast coffee beans. Glancing behind her at the line, Carleigh turned her attention back to the barista at the counter.
"Whatever they want, too." Because she was in a good mood, and didn't have to pay rent this week. She was still a little tired but offered what she hoped was a gracious smile to the person in line behind her as she stepped aside to let them order.
