POWER INFO:Haemokinesis- Serena has the power to telekinetically manipulate up to 3 gallons of blood outside of the body, she can alter the shape, form and density of said blood and can move and throw it with a large amount of telekinetic force. As a passive side effect of her blood abilities, Serena's blood supply replenish's about 4 times faster than the average human's and also filters through some toxin's and illnesses faster due to this. It is also worth noting that when Serena activates her mutation her eyes begin to glow a deep blue, filling in her pupils, iris and the whites of her eyes completely.

Serena can only use her mutation for about 30 minutes about 2-3 times a day with having at least a 30 minute break between each use. If Serena pushes over this limit, her vision will blur and she will proceed to start coughing blood. She can also only manipulate blood which is OUTSIDE of the body.

Blood Elemental form: Serena can shift her entire body into a mass of blood, either taking her default form of a her usual body shape, but with out any defined features being her feminine figure and flowing liquid hair, she has glowing purple eyes and her voice comes out hollow.

If Serena is submerged with another liquid in this form, it will cause a rather painful reversion to her normal form, if she is also charged with electricity in this form she will suffer a painful reversion, also retaining burns depending on the severity of charge. She also has between 10 and 20 minutes to get whatever she needs to done, by which time she will revert and not be able to enter again for at least 3 hours, if she tries to force it she will faint. Serena is also much more easily influenced by her emotions in this form. An Extreme shift in temperature, 50 degrees either way, would also cause a painful reversion shift. It's also worth noting that Serena is not very good at controlling this form at all due to it's raw nature, she will need a lot more practice to get it under control.

Vampirism: (This section of Serena's mutation is unactivated as of now) Serena's mutation at it's core is about the interaction between sources of blood and her body, with this section of her gift she gains a hunger for the element to which she is aligned, this is due to the fact that as she uses her mutation more and gets older, her body requires more to remain functioning and using the mutation, it's more of a side effect than anything else. If Serena places her lips to an open wound, the blood which the person's body contains will be drawn to her, and any spilt blood in the area will form around her and be drawn into her mouth. The advantage to this is by doing it, she can substitute blood for food, and she can also heal any wounds she receives more rapidly, this means that a wound that would take 3 weeks to heal might take one, or a wound that would take a weak might only take a week, similar to blood transfusions only much much more efficient due to her bodies ties with blood.. This does NOT mean she can heal instantly.Also she can recover from toxins more rapidly. The downsides to this are that the hunger she feels amplifies certain emotions she feels, for example if she is feeling lust, it will be amplified, which can be a bad combination with hunger. Her eyes glow a deep red when she feels hunger.

GENERAL APPEARANCE: Serena is an extremely Elegant, Slender, British teenager. She has long, straight blonde hair down to the tips of her shoulder blades. She stands at 5'7" and has pretty sky blue eyes. She wears a variety of clothing, ranging from jeans and neat tops, to elegant summer dresses. She projects warmth and her body language is usually either very relaxed or open, or diplomatic if the situation calls for it.

MUST HAVE APPAREL:Serena has 2 pairs of hair pins which were both gifts at some point in her life from her late brother. She has a pair of pretty teal flower hair pins, and a pair of blood red hair pins, she is always wearing one of them.

PERSONALITY: Serena is a friendly, warm and open individual. She is extremely moral, believing that everyone in life deserves a chance and that you should never judge a book by it's cover. She is dedicated and hard working to the things which she feels are important and applies a similar philosophy to her friends, being incredibly loyal.

Serena is an elegant social butterfly, as opposed to her friend James, the polar opposite. She manages to bring a warm enchanting smile to almost any topic she is a part of.

She does sometimes tend to bottle her own personal concerns up inside, choosing to attempt to help her friend's with theirs instead. She also has a rather serious phobia of snakes which she does not tell anyone about.
Serena is also crazy about literature and Psychology, aspiring to one day teach it to a younger generation.

CHILDHOOD:Serena was born to Elizabeth Rivers and John Worthmore, unfortunately for her, Serena's birth caused complications ultimately leaving to her mothers death. This left Serena with her father, who payed her very little attention. For the first 2 years of her life, they lived in the River's mansion. And then after her father had secretly been having an affair with her mother's sister, they left for New York and lived their for the majority of her childhood.

ADOLESCENCE:A couple of months after Serena turned 13 her father died working as a police officer in New York. Her brother, who had qualified as an esteemed detective, then game to New York and looked after her. Serena and her older brother became extremely close as they got to know each other better.

Serena continued to work hard, tearing her way though school and enjoying her brother's company. That was until around her 16th Birthday. She had previously displayed signs of a possible mutation and her older brother had been contacted by the school about her possible enrollment. He signed an agreement that meant if anything happened to him, she would be sent to them for help.

A few weeks later, he died and her mutation became active. She was promptly taken in by the Bellefont school. Serena slowly learned the ins and outs of her mutation, eventually coming to meet another young British mutant named James. She quickly befriended him.

At some point during that year, her secondary mutation activated and she began to shift into her blood form on several occasions, it was a terrifying experience for her in some cases. She eventually managed to gain some degree of control over it.

ADULTHOOD:
Shortly after Serena turned 18, she met relatives she didn't know that she had in the form of her sister, Ariel and her Grandmother Victoria. She reacted badly to her grandmothers suggestions about using her as an arranged marriage.

SAMPLE:
Serena smiled as she tapped her fingers on the laptop's very small keyboard in the open lounge, her headphones were in, she was lightly bobbing her head to the music and people did not seem to mind this in the slightest, therefore she just carried on regardless, smiling at anything and everything.

Serena was writing poetry, which was one of her favourite past times.She was very into all kinds of literature, particularly British literature. As the rain began beating down on the roof and people moved to quieter areas, Serena removed her headphones, allowing the soothing sound of the rain to wash over her as she typed.

After a few more minutes she stood and yawned. She had been working for around 3 hours. She now felt like going and getting herself tea. Going to go and sort that out for herself.

Serena had a rather hectic senior year, filled with constant work and meeting new people, saying good bye to friends she had for a while. She also discovered by way of a meeting that she had an estranged sister she had never been told about, which needless to say caught her rather off guard, she didn't know what to do with or how to treat her sister, let alone how to look out for or after her.

Serena also gained a higher degree of control over her power, able to trigger her blood form via heightened emotional states now. She also helped out a younger blood manipulator and trained with several other students, keeping up a steady amount of exercise herself.

She received her results, getting straight A's, she received offers from Oxford, Cambridge, NYU among others, receiving scholarship offers for writing and literature courses. She ended up deciding to stay at Bellefonte academy however, taking advanced writing and literature courses there instead.

My life has changed so much over the last 3 years... Where to begin? I guess, to start with I can talk about how my direction has changed, spun around, and then got caught somewhere between two places. So just as when I started college a few years ago I've been doing Bio-chem, that's gotten much further, I'm specialised in genetics. Also still taking a lot of literature stuff, mostly out of interest and less out of need at this point though. 

Along that topic, writing. So I finally did it, I wrote a book. And do you know what? People liked it. It did very very well, I'm now working on my follow up part time. It was released under a Psyuedonym, after it got picked up and with AMA moving around and stirring people up, I thought it was for the best. I've not really told anyone, apart from my close friends and little sister, nobody really knows. 

I moved out too, I've got a small place at the moment, though I'd like to get a roommate and get a slightly bigger place, not that I couldn't afford it. I'd just rather have someone to live with. Seems to make life more fun.

Although, speaking of 'fun'... I've had a rather awkward little development with my power. I must have caught this weird SPRITE thing or something because... I now have to drink blood. It's horrible. It's repulsive, but if I don't get it in my system regularly I get very very weak and lets just say, I'm not dealing with it all too well so far. I'm struggling a little bit with it and I've not told too many people, other than officials at the academy, and even then I've tried to keep it quiet.
