Shit, he was falling. Falling faster and faster. The wind whipped at him as the ground kept coming closer. And then...then he woke up. He sat up in a cold sweat, the blanket sticking to his naked top-half. After a few moments he lay back down, attempting to get back to sleep. So he lay there for half an hour.
Fumbling for his glasses, the boy tumbled from his bed and gave a small yelp. After a few moments LDR slipped on his glasses and started to stumble towards his door, eye-sight still trying to adjust. He wandered through the door, bumping into the door frame and groaning quietly. He didn't take much notice of any lights which might have been on, or the fact he was only wandering around his dorm in a pair of boxers.
It wasn't until he heard someone's door open as he stood in the small kitchenette, waiting for the kettle to boil, that he fully took in his attire and started to have a minor breakdown.

It was a terrible habit she never was able to break, sleeping with a nightlight. Yet, it prevented the Boogeyman from getting to her, that’s all that mattered.
Ziggy tossed and turned, unable to get comfortable enough to fall asleep. Instead, she stared at the yellow light glowing next to her bed. Cottonmouth was the problem. Having attended her plants before going to bed, assisted with her powers, she needed something to drink, yet once she met her head to the pillow, she didn’t feel much like getting up.
Now, however, her thirst wouldn’t let her sleep. It wasn’t until she heard movement that Ziggy forced herself out of bed. At first, she was startled by the muffled sounds occurring in the late hours of the night, but her curiosity got the better of her. Having collected her robe and secured it around her, knowing that her exposed arms would be too cold without the coverage. She tiptoed to the door and cracked it open to see who was wandering around in the miniature kitchen space. Seeing it was LDR, her shoulders relaxed and she decided to join him. Quietly, she latched her door behind her so to make sure she didn’t wake up their other roommate, Alaska.
“Nice undies,” Ziggy said in a low voice, announcing her presence. She yawned as she walked passed to him get a glass. After filling it up with water from the tap, she pulled herself up on to the tabletop. She adjusted her robe to have the flaps evenly placed on her legs. She began to chug her drink, finishing half of the contents. Now, her throat lubricated, the grogginess of her voice lessened, “Making tea?” She asked, gesturing towards the kettle.

Alaska had been lying in bed for what had seemed like hours. She'd listened to her roommate, Ziggy, toss and turn for a while before she'd gotten up and quietly exited the room. It was really nice having a roommate who was very respectful to others. She figured a roommate who would always come in super loud would be pretty obnoxious, but Alaska never had to deal with that. Alaska had regretted forgetting to get some melatonin, because due to her mild insomnia, she always had trouble sleeping. It wasn't bad enough for super powerful medicine, so Alaska would normally just take a few pills and crash out every night.
Throwing the covers off, and swinging her legs over the edge of the bed, Alaska pulled herself out of bed and stood. Clad in yoshi onesie pajamas, she shuffled her way to the mini fridge. Alaska opened the lightless tiny fridge, and dug around inside of it for her large mountain dew bottle. Even though alcohol was against the rules within the dorms, she kept some vodka inside of the mountain dew bottle to help her sleep at night.
Taking a big swig of the almost full two liter, Alaska opened the door and stepped into the lit kitchenette. When her eyes finally adjusted, Alaska was able to make out Ziggy, and an almost naked LDR. Alaska's eyes pervertedly moved to LDR's boxers and she said aloud, "That's hot, LDR. Try'na show off to us, eh??" Winking at him, Alaska moved to the counter and sat next to Ziggy. "What's up, girl? You guy's can't sleep?" she inquired before taking another big swig of the what should have been mountain dew.

LDR flinched as he heard Ziggy behind him, he had spoken to the girl a couple times but mostly he still avoided his roommates. His face flushed as he glanced down at his outfit, arms gripping across his chest "Uhhh...ye-ye-yeah I-I-I-I wa-wa-wa-was making t-t-tea...ba-ba-bad dre-dre-..." The boy stopped himself and shrugged slightly "Y-Y-You wa-want some?"
His eyes flickered to register the sudden appearance of a 'energetic' Alaska. Feeling her eyes pool over him LDR gripped his arm across his body. He mumbled something about grabbing a hoodie before eyeing the bottle in Alaska's hand. Turning around to click of the kettle "Uhmmm...A-A-A-Ala-las-laska...wh-wh-what's i-in the bo-bo-bot..." he gestured towards the bottle in her hand.

Unintentionally, a soft laugh escaped Ziggy as LDR grew flustered. Her eyes fell down to her cup after he offered her some tea. With a nod, Ziggy looked back up at him and smiled, "Sure thing." She didn't notice that she had finished it all already. "Bad dream, you said?"
In Alaska's entrance to the scene, Ziggy divided her attention between the two. She lifted her hand, giving a lazy wave. Unable to stifle a laugh, she couldn't help but chuckle at Alaska's greeting. She flashed LDR a sympathetic grin as he nervously mentioned covering up with a sweatshirt. Rolling her eyes at the notation, Ziggy gingerly shook her head, "It's a little late now, don't you think?" She then removed her robe in hopes it would make him a little more comfortable. Her pajamas weren't scandalous, just a tank top and athletic shorts.
Automatically, as Alaska joined her, she moved over slightly so they both had enough room to swing their legs if one or both had the desire. "How'd you guess?" She joked, causally bumping her shoulder into the other girl. Watching Alaska take the swig, she held her hand out for the bottle, waiting for the owner to meet her halfway. She knew well enough that the proper contents had long ago been replaced. It, in all honesty, surprised her to see Alaska taking the burn so well, knowing that Alaska had a distaste for alcohol.
Ziggy turned her head to look at LDR when he questioned the drink. Her eyes lowered and she looked back to Alaska, waiting for her to give an answer.

Alaska chuckled at LDR's comment of bad dreams. She hadn't had a dream in what felt like forever. A sort of curse that came along with her manifestation. "You should let me in on your dream sometime, bud. I'll get rid of whatever's plaguing them. I actually can't dream anymore, ever since I got my powers. So it's really interesting when other people dream," she told him, flicking her hair over her shoulders and watching Ziggy un-robe. "Jeeze, Zig, now you're making moves on me?" Alaska laughed.
Acknowledging Ziggy's hand for the bottle, Alaska handed the still really full bottle to her. "It's actually vodka, LDR. I actually hate drinking to get drunk, but it helps me sleep at night. I forgot my melatonin at home. You can have some if you want it. There's no way I'm gonna drink all of this," Alaska stated matter-of-factly. Beginning to swing her legs, she started to feel a buzz come on and giggled slightly.
Alaska slid herself off of the counter and made her way to the fridge, opening and peering inside. There weren't a whole lot of contents that belonged to her, so she just reached in and grabbed one of the few Peace Tea's that sat in the crisper waiting to be consumed. Returning to the counter top, she placed her hand on Ziggy's thigh for support while hoisting herself back up. "This stuff is the best," Alaska told them as she shook the can and cracked it open. Pulling her phone out of her yoshi onesie, she put on some Twenty One Pilots and looked up at the ceiling.

His face flushed redder as Ziggy laughed. Why did people always laugh when he felt uncomfortable? After a few moments of him trying to cover himself with his arms the boy gave up and accepted the fact he'd have no chance to get changed. Still, the lack of clothing around these girls made his face burn brightly.
LDR glanced at the two girls, quickly avoiding Ziggy's eyes as she took off her robe. "Uhmmm...Ma-Ma-Maybe...i-i-if you wa-wa-want..." The boy spent a few moments looking at Ziggy before drawing his attention back to the kettle. He shook his head, pouring the boiling water into the two cups "I-I-I-I do-do-don't dri-dri-drink...it ta-tastes vi-vile..." Plus alcohol had nearly zero effect on him. LDR pushed one of the cups towards Ziggy and held the other in his hands.

Ziggy felt a pang of guilt in her gut in seeing LDR's reaction to her laugh. It wasn't done in malice, yet she still had an overwhelming feeling of shame. Thankful for Alaska's proposal to enter his dreams distracting LDR, the regret she felt disintegrated.
She had just barely got a glimpse at LDR avert his eyes while she shed her robe. Never had she really noticed just how quickly and easily he was embarrassed. Hearing Alaska's comment, Ziggy rolled her eyes, laughing softly. Angling her head to look at Alaska, "What can I say, you're irresistible." She winked, followed by a shaking her head gingerly.
After taking off her robe, goosebumps covered her arms, as she knew would happen. The warmth from the alcohol would help a small amount. Gathering the bottle from Alaska, Ziggy first took a sip to prepare her senses for the burn. Even with the precautions, she took a swig and her nose crinkled. Before handing it back to the other girl, she took another gulp of the vodka. "Thanks," she hummed as she returned the soda bottle to its owner. As Alaska starting swinging her legs, Ziggy couldn't help but pick up a similar rhyme by bouncing her own legs.
It wasn't hard to tell that the alcohol was already taking affect on Alaska. Swinging of her legs, digging through the fridge, all were dead giveaways of early signs of mild intoxication. Ziggy steadied her leg as Alaska used it to prop herself back up.
Catching LDR looking at her, she grinned at him. Ziggy raised an eyebrow and asked, "you okay, LDR?" She thanked him as he handed her the cup. Waiting for his answer, she blew gently on the hot liquid.

Alaska looked from LDR to Ziggy and then back to LDR. She giggled again before taking another large swig of her tea. "You guys wanna play some Super Smash Bros?? I have my WiiU in my room that we could hook up out here," Alaska asked the group before going back to her tea. She'd always been a fast drinker. She pretty much chugged everything which made her an awful drinker, which thankfully, she didn't do often. Realizing her hand was still on Ziggy's leg, Alaska removed her hand slightly flushed before slipping off of the counter again to grab another tea. On her way to the fridge, she crushed the can and tossed it into the garbage for a three pointer. Alaska reached into the fridge to grab a half tea, half lemonade Peace Tea. These were, to say the least, one of her guilty pleasures. "What do you guys say? I play a mean Yoshi," Alaska told them.
