Brooke had to give it to Kalispell, Montana. The Little City That Could had proven to be far more interesting and entertaining than she had originally given it credit for. There was a great deal of dirt to dig up on the residents and she'd even managed to find herself a new best friend in the process of getting adjusted to her new life away from the Big Apple. The culture in Montana was a startling shift from the sprawling city she'd just made her way from but Brooke was fitting in quite nicely with the influx of fresh residents who also seemed to bring along their influence from places that were decidedly NOT Montana. A glossy, new veneer had been laid out over the formerly sleepy, logging town causing a bustling nightlife to sprout up. And it was this nightlife that Brooke had officially made her bitch.
The night found Brooke already more than a few drinks into her stay at the club. Even though many of the patrons though themselves adept at playing the game, few had experienced a city such as New York for as long as Brooke. With a number of rounds already behind her and a fresh drink in hand to go along with a pair of shots of expensive tequila that had just been laid on the bar in front of her, Brooke had yet to pay a dime for any of it. She may not have been the prettiest girl at the club but Brooke certainly knew how to work it.
Offering the guy (who had no chance in hell) who'd bought the shots a sweet smile that carried just the right amount of lustful allure (all an act), she beckoned for him to pick up the glasses and follow. She even went so far as to lead him through the crowded club by his tie until she spotted a booth that was sorely lacking in people sitting in the far corner. A sly grin touched her lips as she moved, gliding across the floor with a deceptive grace. "Thank you." Brooke turned and faced the guy as she set her glass on the tabletop, seemingly oblivious to the older man who was already sitting in the booth. She took each of the shot glasses in turn and placed them behind her on the table before waving a hand dismissively. "Okay. You can leave now." She said curtly, eyes rolling in disdain before she released the guy's tie and moved to slip into the booth opposite Tobias Croft . She smiled sweetly to the Academy teacher before a frown emerged and her brow furrowed. "Go." She said, looking up to the guy who was standing nearby. "Shoo." She even made the little motion with her hand to send him away.
With a satisfied sigh, the smile came to Brooke's ruby red lips once more as she was able to turn her attention back to Toby. "Hi." She said sweetly. "I'm Brooke." She slid one of the tequila shots across the table to him. "Shot?"
