MISC: Gabby has tattoos on various locations on her body. They include a large depiction of Miss Piggy along her right forearm, a Menagerie of random things on her left forearm. Various cameo images of comic like faces, one realistic face on an upper arm, and other various brightly colored, comic and comical tattoos on her calves and thighs. Basically she gets a tattoo whenever something strikes her, and it generally doesn't have anything to do with the other tattoos on her body. The only piercings she has are her ears, and one single loop at the center of her nose in the cartilage.
PERSONALITY:One can take a hint of her personality by the way she walks into a room, dresses herself, and carries herself. If one didn't, of course, one would the second she opened her mouth. Not only is Gabby confident in her appearance, she is confident in all aspects. She can be loud, and she never hesitates to say what is on her mind. When insulted about her weight, which is something she's lived with her entire life, she, quite often, will laugh, grin, and literally ignore the blows. They do nothing at all to her ego, and have long since ceased causing her any sort of internal pain.
Gabriella Mongomry is a force to be reckoned with. She is fiercely loyal to her friends, and since she grew up without a true family, can be the type of person whom adopts anyone into her own homemade family. Those she considers close are under her protection, and though she has no mutated powers like some of the others in Kalispell, she will not hesitate to stand up to them, against them, and for her friends and family. Rarely does gabby feel actual fear, and when she does it creates an adrenaline rush that can often boost her confidently through some serious trouble.
Though Gabby can be loud, and in your face, and has a tendency to say what is on her mind at any given time, she's also an extremely sensitive individual. Kind, caring, and with an enormous heart, she has always been the type of woman to stop and help anyone, or anything, that needs it. She would give the shirt off her back for a struggling friend, and her last dollar to feed a stranger. Bullying in any form can be one of the more serious ways to incite her anger, and though she won't leap to violence, she will give you an earful of your own medicine.
SECRET(S): No. Gabby is, generally speaking, a wide open book to everyone around her. Even her past tends to be easily ascertained from her in conversation.
FATHER: Deceased
MOTHER: Deceased
SIBLINGS: There are eight of them wandering around the world somewhere. She doesn't know their names, as she was an infant at the time of their separation.
WORTHY MENTIONS: Any pets? Any important people?
CHILDHOOD: Gabriella grew up in the system. A ward of the state due to her, and her eight siblings, being removed from her negligent drug addicted mothers care. Without hesitation they broke the family up, slowly divvying the children between foster and group homes, depending on their age range. An infant at the time, Gabby required extra care, due being born a drug addicted child. Often her high pitched screams would cause the parents to call the social worker, and, again, she would be moved. Eventually she was placed in the care of the doctor whom saw her on a regular basis.
For the first four years of her life she lived with the doctor and his family. It is a time she barely remembers, as she was so young. She does remember the last year, however. The doctors wife had been caught in an affair, a sordid public thing that had been put in the local newspaper since she had been sleeping with the candidate for senator in their local area. The break up and divorce had been a messy ordeal, in which he ended up having to give his wife nearly everything he had, leaving him with a four year old girl, no home, and no clue where to go from there.
As the depression sunk into the older male, he succumbed to the alcohol induced need to shut it all off, and took his own life. Hanging himself from the shower head with the four year old in the next room of the hotel room, it was nearly two days before anyone came looking, and, by that time, Gabby had long since found the body. Found curled in a corner, dirty and hungry, Gabby was, once more, placed into the system.
ADOLESCENCE: From there, however, life became a series of homes, families, and experiences. Depression was something she struggled with heavily through her adolescent and teenage years, and, with it, her weight rose. As her weight rose, bullying in every school she was forced to begin and end, reared its ugly head. For many years she simply kept her head down, bore through it, and moved on.
At the age of seventeen she was dumped into a group home to live out the last year she would have as the states ward. Forgotten, and nearly out in the streets, something clicked in the young woman. She had lived her entire life bouncing around, with no direction, bullied and pushed around, beaten up for the way she looked, and she had had enough. Though confidence took its time coming to her, she did trudge forward. Instead of living the last year in a depressed state, Gabby took life by the balls.
Taking an interest in mechanics and shop, she began to skip school on the hunt for a local garage she could find a space at. With no actual experience, and no training, none of the high end brand name garages would touch her. However, when Brady heard her story, the old Hells Angel didn't hesitate to take her under his wing.
ADULTHOOD: Living with Brady had been a god send. The man was harsh around the edges, strong, confident, and rough, and everything she needed in a mentor. He taught her the finer points of working on the bikes that came in and out of the shop, taught her about engines, and, when the state dumped her out on her ears, took her into his home.
When she turned twenty years old, the men at the garage surprised her with a fund they had been obsessively putting money into for the last three years. Enough money to put her through school, so she could get an actual degree and open her own garage one day. Teary eyed and grateful, Gabby took the fund and put herself through the program.
When the news began spilling stories about mutants in Kalispell Montana, Gabriella paid close attention to it. At first it seemed ludicrous, but as a group of people rose above and began to work against these mutants and this school, she opposed it fiercely. Impressed by her fire and passion against this group of people, Brady pushed her to pick up her life and move to the town, where he insisted she show her support in person. Urged forward by the mans he had known as her father for only a few years, Gabriella agreed, picked up everything she had made, and moved herself to Kalispell.
Though Gabby has yet to open her own garage, she has her sight set on it. Working two jobs to save up for what she feels is the inevitable, she has set to making a true home for herself there..
SAMPLE: She couldn't help but express some disappointment when the dance was over, and the music glided to an ending. Losing herself, her mind, in her dance, in the way the music made her feel, was one of the only secure ways to cease the confusing splay of thoughts that often spilled through her head. The room was crowded, as ever, but she couldn't keep herself from a drink. After all, the door was securely closed for now, and a single drink or two couldn't possibly harm to much, before she went home to her cat, and closed the door on the world for yet another night.
Pulling a tank top over her head, and tugging her shorts up and over her hips, Annalise gave a taut smile to the other female as she took to the stage. They knew her by name now, though she'd been there a relatively short time. However, they knew next to nothing about her, and this was how she intended to keep it. At her taut smile the female wearily skirted around her, and skittered on stage, to which Anna gave a slow roll of her eyes, inhaled slowly, and exhaled on a very low sigh.
Instead of over thinking it, she turned and left the dressing area, her slender fingers tugging the mass of white curls back from her face, gathering it all up at the highest point of the back of her head. She had just slid into a seat, the elastic band about her wrist drawn over the length of hair, when the male behind the bar spoke up.
Now, Annalise Jackson spent most of her time pretending the world didn't exist around her, so focused on being something more normal, that she rarely noticed small things. Take for instance, she hadn't even realized the bartender was there when she'd taken her seat. Of course, when she turned her head and brought those pale blue hues upwards for a face to the voice, she found herself literally craning her neck to do so.
"God...damn..." She muttered it under her breath, instead of actually replying to what he'd said. She blinked up at him, wrapped the elastic one more time around the length of pale tresses, and dropped her hands to the bar in order to adjust her seated position to further face the guy. "You're seriously fuckin' tall."
That was it, of course, no actual response to what he had said, more likely because she hadn't actual heard a word of it. More like a light mumble beneath the constant hum that was ever present, even with the mental door closed.
