Dear Ms. Ellen Banks
As per our discussion, I have put together several ideas for possible investment opportunities. I've put in some of the research needed to figure out if these are all good investments. I think it would be best if we started by having a fair balance between different enterprises and even some charity work. Because part of the idea is to set up a really good image and nothing will do that like starting up with that in mind.
First, I think it would be a good idea to set up a Paint Ball company. These are really popular with the high school and college crowd, and the turnover rate is pretty good. Plus, we're in Montana, where there's nothing but trees and stuff all around to use. If we can get this up soon, we can even have a holiday themed paintball event where we have people volunteer to be zombies or something.
Second, I still think we should look into maybe an internet cafe or something like that. These are more popular in the east, but when you put together the whole idea of a trendy eatery with the internet, you can really get people in the door. Cool Beans would obviously be the major competitor, but we could totally counter them by being all sleek or something.
Third, we should look into having a soup kitchen or something along those lines. There's some homeless in Kalispell and there's tons of volunteer organizations. If we can get something like this started, we can essentially run it with, like, volunteers and one or two people in charge. The good will would totally be worth the pretty cheap cost of running it.
I'm also open to any ideas you might have. We probably don't want to start with more, than about three or so though.
Thanking You,
Sincerely,
