Step Away From The Computer

"Erin Marie Hackett..." The mixed mutant pulled down her lower face mask as she shone the light that her Flashlight App produced from her phone onto the clipboard. It had been pretty dark in the forest near the school seeing how the sun was still setting as the night approached. "I see others call you L33tHack in your world but unfortunately we're not on your turf... we're on mine." Vera flashing the girl a smile before looking back down at the clipboard in hand. "Nineteen years old. Your ability is Concealment and I also hear you have quite the skills when in front of a computer or console."

She looked down seeing if there was something else she needed to remember. Oh right. "A few reasons as to why you weren't automatically picked: You pretty much stated you weren't doing this by choice. We could sense a lack of confidence and you don't exactly have the experience. But there's something either you see in yourself that we don't see, or we see in you that you don't see. Either way, we're going to change that because," She shrugged. "Well, you're here and you agreed to go along with this test."

When Erin agreed on a follow up after the roster for the Security Squad had been announced, Vera asked if she could come to the test in an all black outfit, something move-able. Something that would make her feel more like... a ninja and she had a reason for that. Vera plopped her clipboard on the ground next to the bag she brought, pulling out two similar belt contraptions out. She wrapped one around her stomach, attaching it securely at the velcro at the back. The front of the stretchy belt had a circle in the front, "For your test, we're gonna play something like Ninja Tag." Talking as she moved towards Erin, putting the stretchy belt around the girl's mid stomach area and attaching it at the velcro behind. She pressed Erin's button, it flashed purple and made a noise.

She took a step back, pressing the large circle button on her belt, it flashed purple and also made a "action" noise. "As you can see it's getting dark, I had you wear black ninja-esque gear because I knew you'd appreciate the reference." She smirked, "And because you're also going against me. For you to get through this test, you have to press my button three times. Which means you'd have to use your powers to catch me off guard, but if I end up pressing your button three times before you press mine, the test is over and you'd fail." 

"And don't worry, you're not being timed. And while I may pull a few quick stunts to get away, I won't attack you. You, however, can attack me, use your powers or do whatever it is necessary to either get away or press my button but just make sure you do it." While Vera was still tired from being up early for Lister's test, she'd try her best to keep the energy up through this one. Now she wished she had her girlfriend's nocturnal behavior. 

Her smile faded as she pulled her mask back up until it stopped at the bridge of her nose. Her purple locks were put back into a tight ponytail. "Any questions?

Why did she have to end up with the really sexy leader in order to prove that she did actually want to try and be on the squad? Well, both of them were actually pretty attractive and Erin would not have minded kissing either of them but Roxana seemed like she would hurt her if she even said hi to her. Vera actually gave off that same vibe so the problem overall was that both the leaders were too incredibly attractive women and she had to go up again Vera Marcello to she was capable of. She didn't get why she had to show what she could do yet again since her ability was a pretty simple on to understand in her opinion. Not that she was going to argue with the dressed in black sex goddess before her. Nope.

She had been told to wear all black so Erin did her best to try and get close enough to that clothing requirement. Which meant that she literally busted out her authentic ninja outfit and was currently wearing that now. She was tempted to point out that she could not see in the dark and that with her power that it was just going to make this a real challenge for Vera. Perhaps that was what the other girl wanted. Fuck she has a good body. Her girlfriend must be slipping with her every day. She goes out with someone that made Beta if my info is correct. Even all covered up you can make out her form and how it hugs her sharply body. Erin thought to herself missing a bit of what Vera was saying.

By a bit, a large chunk but she was good at still being able to respond with little to go off of. She had checked back in when Vera started to talk about why she had not made it and then was checking back out again when Vera moved and allowed Erin a real good look at the girl's physical features. She looked good in black; even if she was literally mostly covered up. Hot damn. Oh no, Vera was talking to her again, and Erin made sure to pay close attention to the instruction being given to her. Yet again she felt like this was going to be a cake walk considering her ability and the fact that was dressed to basically vanish in the night at well. There were two glaring problems at the moment that Erin was not certain that she was going to be able to overcome.

The first was the expectation that she was supposed to be running around and being physical. The second; and arguable the most important one, was that she actually had to get close to Vera. Did the other girl not know how gay Erin was and how very much getting close to another girl was asking for some difficulty. Any questions? Yeah, how do you expect me to be able to get close to that sexy body of yours? Erin asked herself, happy that she was not dealing with a mind reader. "Uh...n-no. I just...uh, just say g-go." Erin said as she was already stepping back away from the other girl and as soon as she would hear the word go, she would use her power. The problem was still one being bold enough to get close to Vera and two not being touched by the other girl while out of sight or she would come back into sight.
