She'd gotten the information needed to send an email and/or text to the members of the school radio and newspaper committee club. She wasn't a super good writer but she could take some damn good pictures (which is also why she'd recently joined the photography club), besides being on the paper could get her into places to take interviews or pictures of important people or meetings or sport events or dances or just ANYTHING and that was very exciting to Tessa. So now she was here in the meeting room for the club and was just waiting for more people to show up.
She wanted to plan, discuss, and meet the other members. Hell, she'd even rounded up some snacks for the meeting! So she sat on a chair, pulled up to a table with a few cookies in front of her. She'd take a bite, push back from the table, and twirl around in the chair (Yes, they were all twirly chairs) As people came in she grinned and waved to them. "Yay, hi! There's cookies, chips, soda and other such stuff over on the table to the far right. Get ya something to snack on, and join me in twirling until more people come," followed by a grin and giggle.

In actuality, Frank had nearly forgotten she was a member of the school radio and newspaper club. She wasn't entirely sure why she was a member, besides her desire to more or less be a member of ALL THE CLUBS at the Academy, except maybe chess. She really couldn't remember which ones she was an actual member of and which ones she just sort of showed up to meeting to with everyone nodding and say "okay Frank, now go sit in the corner and try not to put anything in your mouth," which was pretty much what people had been saying of Frank since she was five or so, but really took on a whole new meaning in light of her power.
Well, Frank was there now, and wearing what she thought was a newsboy cap of some kind. It was gray, it sort of slooped over her head, and it had a giant ticket looking thing that read NEWS sticking out of the top. she also had a pad of paper, a pen tucked behind her ear, and her phone in one hand. She was shooting off messages right up until she walked into the door.
Then she heard the swivel chair, and immediately: "OH MY GAWD, WE HAVE SWIVEL CHAIRS!" and lo, Frank had jumped upon a swivel chair and used that momentum to twirl about in circles for a while. "AND WE HAVE SNACKS!" she yelled. She then began wheeling her way toward the snack table, which involved a fair amount of flailing, which Frank mostly turned into looking like she was doing the breast stroke. She was getting close to the snacks though, and she'd started "singing" the theme to Jaws as she approached, making her intent all too obvious.
