Kaylyne Anne Graves
FACE CLAIM:Connie Talbot.
---------------------------------
AGE: Thirteen
GENDER: Female
ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
POSITION: Student
POWER: Ire State
She is able to tap into primal, unstoppable rage that allows her to perform in vastly increased capacity, taking and inflicting damage that they wouldn't in her normal state meaning increased agility, strength and endurance. In some cases her mind descends so far into the feral rage that, mentally, she is little more than animals. And nearly unable to be calmed down.
Physical changes from this ability, The best way to know when Kay is changing from normal to her Ire state is her eyes, once she becomes en-raged her eyes turn to a almost crimson hue.
Added benefit in Ire state, Healing factor only in ire state her body heals much faster, this works due to the changes in her bodies addrenaling levels, thus creating more white blood cells in which heal wounds much faster, as well as the fact her body becomes much harder to harm. much like a super thick hide, her Ire state is extremely resistant to things, such as bullets, rocks, debris and such. So this being said the best means of explaining her power quickly is think of a non green girl version of the Hulk.
how exactly this power works. When Kay becomes angry, scared or extremely nervous the adrenaline in her body raises, but unlike most humans her levels are triple that of any normal being. Thus causing her to become much stronger faster and even alert. Think of a person on a super speed high, mixed with super pain killers and steroids and then amplify it a whole lot and Kays Ire state is the result.
LIMITATIONS:
This power requires Kay to become extremely angry, meaning that something needs to bring the anger and rage out before her powers actually take any effect on her. Even in this state though her strength and such is not increased to superhuman levels, but only is a little above average human capacity.
SIDE-EFFECTS:
Muscle strain is the biggest, due to generally when in this state she is destructive, this also causes a lot of physical strain, as well as pain. Generally once calmed down she has no memory of what she did while in Ire state. And always has a throbbing headache after.
HEIGHT: 5'3'
HAIR COLOR: Dark Brown
EYE COLOR:Blue/green(not two different but a mix of the two)
MISC: No tattoo's has both ears pierced, generally a small silver stud. Birthmark on her left thigh in the shape of a triangle. Small scar over her right eye.
PERSONALITY: Kaylyne is the silent type, that girl who sort of just goes with the flow and seems to flow with things. Though she is not the type to be forced to do stuff, and she has no problem peaking her mind. She just tends to be more silent then others not having much reason to speak, that is of course unless she is singing then this little girl belts it out.
She finds music the best means of expression mainly since its about the only thing she is good at. And seems to be the only way for her to get others attention, so it has turned into something she treasures. She is a motivated young girl, with big dreams one she is not willing to sit back and watch float away. She works hard and is strong minded when it comes to what she wants, and not to mention the southern stubbornness.
But don't let her calm nature and gentle side fool you. She has a temper one in which is beyond ones average. Thus why she tends to stay clear of drama and situations that could possibly bring this side of her out.
SECRET(S): When she was nine she broke a family heirloom,(A glass doll) and blamed it on A break in. This issue caused police to search for the "Criminal"
FATHER: Jacob Graves
MOTHER: Sarah Graves
SIBLINGS: None
WORTHY MENTIONS: None
CHILDHOOD: To start this story, lets talk about the family. Mother and Father of course. A couple who met under a odd arrangement, and seemed worlds apart at first. Dad was a football player in school the kind who picked on kids, and was just a jock "AKA" a jerk. While Mom was the type to only desire a good education and worked hard to keep good grades.
The two met their senior year as partners for a math project, thats when the mom learned dad was not the normal jerk jock and was actually rather smart, and well the dad realized that mom was not just some nerd and was actually fun to be around. And well that's how it started. The two talked and went out a few times, until they both grew fond of each other and then the next step was a few years later while in college the moved in together (To save money)
Well as time went on and the college years came to a end the two got married one year after mom graduated. And four months later she became with-child. And that explains in as much detail as needed how I was created.
Now moving on to the little girl who was into everything, dancing, singing, cheerleading, gymnastics you name it. Her parents said it was a great way for her to develop and become properly social, so when school began she wouldn't be scared and awkward. So in the upcoming years of early childhood she was always busy, and pretty much the kind of kid that had no time to cause many issues, beside a tantrum or two here and their.
Her early years of school where fine, made a friend named Chloe, who remained best friends up till about fourth grade, and then she moved away. And funny thing was Kay moved the following year, to California the lovely busy city.
Kay remained busy trying to maintain school and other activities, but lost interest over time in them, all except dance and singing. she maintained those and continued learning in school with a good balance. Not to mention she had enough falling down and breaking fingers and such from gymnastics and cheerleading.
ADOLESCENCE: The lovely teen years the age in which things begin to change, and the world seems to change as well. Kay at the age of thirteen moved back home to her roots in Kansas, Back to the country life where she could get away from city life and enjoy her family back home again. She was pretty well and good about the idea. This meant that life could be less dramatic again. Well so she thought. Nothing can ever just be easy or simply a wrench always had to come flying in to change things up.
Well so It was all over a boy she had started dating six months after the return home. They where doing pretty well for a young couple, But when she and him decided that things where not going in the direction in which he wanted things to go him being fifteen and her thirteen his thoughts where a little more on the sexual sense then she wanted. And so since he was not getting it from her he went else where.
And we all know in a small town word goes around fast and when it caught her ears she just was willing to call it done. But when she confronted him about the whole thing. That was when things became a little more out of hand. First it was some yelling, and then things escalated, The young man upset and acting stupid then made a rather bad mistake one he would live to regret, his hand moved fast and the crack of hand against flesh filled the air. And then their was silence.
Kay stared at him for but a few second with a look that could kill, she felt something build inside herself unlike any thing she ever felt before in her life. Rage pure utter Ire and it consumed her entire being blacking our her sight and mind. When she came back to she saw the once proclaimed boy of her dreams on the ground knocked out and covered in blood as though he just fought a grown man and lost. Looking down at her hands covered in blood and feeling the swelling on her knuckles she knew she had blacked out. But the heap of the boy proved she had not simply beat him up like a girl her size might be able but more like that of an full grown rather fit person.
As police arrived and an ambulance as well the medics told her he had a concussion two broken ribs and his arm was fractured as though a vice grip clamped down around it. And all she could say was that she had no idea what happened.
She was escorted by two people in suits to a small car in which at first she thought was a police car or something, but once inside they mentioned some things about a school that would benefit her. And that they already had spoken with her family about it. That this was actually her second episode though the first she did not remember period. And that was the setting point for her being noticed by the staff members of the school. Bellefonte was the places name and well it was one long drive their. and school was just about to begin as well. So this year up to come was going to be a very unique year for the young girl.
SAMPLE: A busy, and tiring morning. And the day was only half over. It had started off with a long class in literature. She usually enjoyed that class, but today, it had been one long hour of listening to her teacher go on and on about how wonderful this guy's writing was. The objective of the class had been to learn about this guy's style of writing, which was apparently very unique, but her teacher had gotten a little caught up in describing all the positive traits of it. She had pretty much gushed about how amazing it was. Like she really wanted to listen to an hour of that.
The next class had been her usual least favorite. Editing. She sucked at it, hated the class, and wished she could have somehow avoided it. But unfortunately, it was one of the requirements for her. So she had struggled through editing a paper, and had gotten a lousy grade as usual. Later had been another lecture, during which she tried to get some work done for other classes, but between taking notes, and having to listen to the guy, she had gotten only a sentence down. It had been rather a relief to get to lunch.
She grabbed a sandwich from the cafeteria, and headed out to the courtyard. She desperately needed to get her essay finished, try and get her editing homework done, as well as write her article for the school newspaper. Oh, and she couldn't forget about that other paper that was due this afternoon. It was supposed to have been finished last night, but doing the last touch ups on it at 3 in the morning had not sounded appealing. Her sleep schedule was rather now that she was in school again.
With her books, and laptop in hand, she headed to the courtyard. Working outside was a nice change of pace from the library. To say the least she felt most comfortable outside The cafeteria was impossible to work in. She spotted another guy sitting in the shade with books and notes around him. "Mind if I sit here?" She asked, gesturing to a spot nearby
