Selina had been on her way to the go train when she’d seen a girl pulling some interesting tricks on a skateboard. She’d paused and watched with interest, as anything athletic had an automatic pull for her. Selina loved watching people who were genuinely skilled, and she had a high appreciation for those who were gifted in areas that she had no knowledge of. Skateboarding wasn’t something she was overly familiar with, though she’d certainly seen more here than she had in Santiago.
Selina watched in patient silence, not trying to disturb or distract the girl. She also didn’t want the girl to think she was being creepy though. Selina almost laughed at her own thoughts, but simultaneously she wondered if she should just leave the girl be. Selina wondered if the girl had had training in skateboarding similar to what she’d gone through with her Aikido, or if this was all self-taught.
It was certainly impressive either way.
