Jaylin was wondered why everything always seemed to happen when she did her nightly work out. It was way harder to be alone during the daytime and she didn't feel like running around people. She wasn't at fault because people were slow. A bunch of people had deicded to play a final game of soccer before they had to bed.
Why the choose the training field she didn't know. Instead of getting all upset she took her anger to the bleaches to see if she could somehow salavge her work out. She started lightly jogging up the steps of the bleachers, muttering about idiots and useless people.
It didn't occur to her that someone would want to use the area for sitting or whatever. That and she hadnt seen anybody there when she walked up.
Lounging against one of the benches, Oliver had his phone pulled up in front of him. One of his roommates had decided that playing loud music was a wonderful idea, which didn't leave much room for him to focus. Now, Oliver was great at focusing when he wanted to, but he'd much rather do so in an environment that didn't annoy him, such as loud, screeching music he couldn't care less about.
So, here he was, sitting on the bleachers with no sound around but the people milling about on the field below, which he honestly could care less about. It was easy enough to tune out. Though, he was slightly surprised when he noticed the young female glancing his way. He'd been too occupied by his own thoughts to even hear her come; she looked about as surprised as he did, to find someone else up here.
Pursing his lips, Oliver glanced down at his phone. "Need somethin'?" he asked. He didn't know if she was staring at him in surprise, or if she actually wanted something. Though, few people approached him like this, as few people even knew his name.

Jaylin hadn't meant to stare but she was visibly upset that the idiots had taken her work out spot. She was sure there was some other field they could play soccer at, or maybe scheduling their game earlier in the day. When the boy had said something she hadn't really been paying attention so it took awhile for her to register his words. Did she want something? Unless he was about to take his shirt off and work out with her she doubted he could help her any.
"No, the idiots playing soccer took my workout space so i'm gonna use the bleecher somehow" She refused to go to the gym to work out, she had done perfectly fine using the train fields for running and push up and stuff. She didn't understand why they thought they could have an actual good game before they had to go in for the night.
She sighed as she down to retire her shoes, she was trying to figure out exactly how she could use the bleachers with him sitting there. She either needed to get rid of him or see if he was okay with her using them since he was there first. She just want sure why she was being so considerate.

Oliver turned his gaze back towards the people playing soccer on the field below them. He nodded slowly, his lips pursing. "Ah," he said. "I see." He could understand the annoyance, but the field was free for all to use and unless one reserved it, it was basically free to be claimed by whomever got there first. Still though, he could see why the girl was so bothered. Not that he cared, of course. After all, why would he.
Leaning back against his seat, he pulled his phone back up and stared at it. He adjusted his glasses before tossing the girl another glance. She was tying her shoes now, so he supposed she was really using the bleachers. He didn't mind of course, as long as she didn't run into him or whatever on earth it was she was planning on doing.
The bleachers covered a large area, after all. It wasn't as if whatever she was planning on doing had to be right on top of him, though Oliver had met his far share of stupid people during his time. He supposed they wouldn't start surprising him now.
