It had been ten whole years for this reunion to roll around, and she felt like it was more so for the people that graduated high school before her, but it said the events was open to all Bellefonte Academy graduates. Regardless, Devyn did actually want to go and see how any of the people she knew were doing. Plus she and her wife discussed it and they both wanted to go back and check out how things were going at BA. Who was her wife? Vera Marcello, well Vera Solway now; the girl who she ended up hooking up with her Senior year after having a very horrible year after things ended badly with Zoe.
Yet, looking back it was probably all for the best because Devyn was happily married with two kids; who were also along for the ride. Dev had actually asked Vera to marry her a while back, and thankfully the other girl said yes. The two of them were both settled into their careers, had a nice house, and two kids that were genetically their own. The last bit was met with some challenges at first, but thanks to advances in science things worked out well and Devyn was 'father' to a son and daughter. Vera had been the one to pop both of them out; thankfully, and Devyn had made sure to make it up to her in every way she could. Her wife and her children; Landon and Ava who Dev would brag were the cutest kids in the world thanks to the dark hair they got from their parents along with the light eyes, were Devyn's world.
The only real downside of it all would be the fact what vehicle she was currently driving, a minivan. They were so uncool and while Devyn and Vera both had their own cars, the minivan was used the most, especially when they were on outings with the little ones. "Alright, we're here." Devyn said as she pulled the minivan into a parking spot and parked it. Dev was already starting to wonder who they would run into and if the school had changed at all over the years. That and she was excited to show her kids the school that they would likely end up going to one day as well.
It was a good thing she had made sure to have the night club that she owned closed for the night, allowing her the whole day and night with the family. "Psst, babe. Our little princess made a really bad number two. Your turn." Devyn whispered to her wife as she chuckled a little. She could easily smell the stinker thanks to her power and her eyes were about to start watering even up in the front seat.
