Frank stared up at the doorway. More specifically, a wet Frank, fully saturated with water, stared up at where a bucket had previously been balanced on the doorway. She reached up and swiveled the door slightly, listening, knowing that if she'd been on alert, she'd totally have noticed that. Frank usually did, and she usually just plowed right into the pranks anyway. Sometimes she even set pranks specifically to hit herself, which was always lots of fun.
"This isn't mine though," Frank said, looking up at it. She bent down and picked up the bucket. "Hmm," she held it up, eyes narrowing as she shifted it, studying it closely. Then she brought it up and took a bite out of it. "Doesn't have any familiar taste..." she said before turning and spitting the bucket into the trash can.
"But someone around here must be responsible..." she reasoned, looking around the room. She eventually saw someone looking her way and she hurried forward. "You there, cute looking blonde boy who looks," Frank tilted her head. "Kind of familiar, have we met before?"
They'd at least seen each other in passing, seeing as Frank had at one point been invited over to Benjamin Banks's house for Christmas, but right now, Frank's brain was having trouble putting the face to a name, and she definitely didn't immediately think of her bestest best friend.

Ben was sitting on the arm of the couch kicking his legs, not that he needed to because he legs reach the floor. He was not short, he was just recently starting puberty. He would grow and then he'd be taller. He was also totally not in a sour mood because some older jerk had called him shorty. He was also not plotting revenge on said jerk, which resulted in him putting a bucket of mysterious liquid(water) in the doorway. It was a familiar prank and a noob one at that, but it helped him get his creative juices flowing. Only the girl he had hit, was one he was meaning to talk too.
"Uh yeah, you follow around my sister...came over christmas...I'm Ben...Ben Banks" He said slowly as if he was talking to a confused child. Because he was unforgettable...one of kind and totally older than the last time she had saw him...kind of. He was way too busy with his life than actually hang out with his sister's friends. He wanted to make his own...even if he didn't technically have any friends.
"Anyways...I heard you like pranks?" Not even caring that he had kind of been the reason that she was wet. He was a businessman and he didn't see any reason to beat around the bush. They could totally plan a massive prank and subject the school to mayhem. If this was a movie, the evil music would playing in background, the lightening would've been cued and he would've laughed evilly. But instead, he just waited for her to say something.

"Christmas?" Frank repeated, tilting her head to the side. She furrowed her brow, trying to determine what exact Christmas he happened to be talking about. He'd given a name not soon after: Ben... Ben... Banks?
"Are you Ellen's brother!?" Frank asked, practically hopping up and down again. "I so knew I'd seen you! You seem taller,' She narrowed her eyes and held her hand up, trying to adjust it so that it best matched the height of the guy standing in front of her. "And why am I all of a sudden meeting all the brothers?" She wondered aloud. Surely Erika and Ellen had had brothers for some time. Weird that Frank was just now meeting them. Weird, but something she could certainly handle.
Like pranks: "Ah, not like, love," she repeated, gesturing slightly with her hands as though to stretch the words out. "But yeah, definitely. Though, like, I like," she gestured again, "pranks that don't really hurt anyone though. Like glitter bombs. And running underwear up a flag pole. And breaking into people's rooms and leaving friendship baskets. That's how I met your sister!" Frank finished with a clap, tilting her head to the side. She didn't even seem to be noticing the whole wetness thing any more.

"Yeah, I was younger than" Ben said nodding his head, he was starting to wonder if that was how he acted around people. If so, he was awesome and they should just go along with anything he said. She was obviously incredibly adorable, not that he was developing a crush but seriously she was pretty and liked pranks. Correction she was HOT and she LOVED pranks, obviously two things everyone woman should have going for them.
Pushing the thoughts out of his he smiled up at the girl and wondered exactly who's brothers she'd been meeting. Not that it was any of his business because he had things to plan, like and epic prank that he had to get her to agree to help with. Like how awesome would it be if they joined forces? Her emergey alone could be the driving force and his evil genius they'd be unstoppable. He also realized, that a lot of his plans and inner monologues seemed like the start of world domination plots.
"You met my sister that way?" He asked laughing, this was definitely someone he needed to hang around more. Especially since she didn't seem to be afraid of his sister. "So do you wanna help me plan something really epic? I was think of Massive scale prank?"

"We were all younger then," Frank replied, adding a sigh. She wasn't even sure if she was referencing something or trying to sound mysterious or anything along those lines. It just felt like something that should be said about now. though they should, of course, immediately switch over to talking about pranks, because that was both more important and infinitely more interesting.
Though first: head bobbing. "Oh yeah, totally," she said. "Though that was planned, because your sister---did you say massive prank!?" Frank again hopped up and down, which unfortunately meant a little sloshing but, again, she didn't seem to mind overmuch. She came around to sit near him, leaning over conspiratorially.

Ben was immensely more interested in the pranks than her trying to remember him when he was young. Even though it was only like a four year difference, not that he was trying to rationalize any train of thought besides the whole prank thing. Even if he was lying to himself because he had to stick to business. Which was kind of hard with her being all close and wet and stuff. Like didn't she know she was wet. he reached into his bag and grabbed his towel "Here...you'll get sick or something" He said shaking his hair out of his face.
"actually I was thinking about it when you walked in but got distracted, I don't really have anything planned. Do you have any ideas?" He asked looking at her. Obviously they had to do something epic and unforgettable because it was him. He had to be awesome at all times and pulling a stupid prank would be lame. Although he probably would just go along with whatever she said because she didn't have to help after all.

"Pfft, I don't get sick easy," Frank insisted. She took the offered towel anyway, since it was kind of a sweet gesture and she didn't exactly like the idea of getting all wet or anything like that. She sort of thwapped it around her body as opposed to actually putting forth any effort into drying, thanks in no small part to Benny's continued ideas.
"Hmm, well, there was this whole filling the gymnasium with cotton candy... i already put bubble stuff into the school fountain, and blowing up the kitchen's not quite as fun any more..." Frank mused aloud, hitting herself a few more times with the towel as she did. "Maybe something involving fireworks? I've got a whole bunch leftover from the trip to Mexico. Oh, and at least three pinatas, but those are to be handled with care. Make that a law for yourself, young grasshopper."
Frank pointed at Benny, her expression deadly serious. "Treat pinatas with respect. Never forget to feed your llama. And gum is not fun in people's hair."

Ben shrugged his shoulders, that was his good deed of the day. It wasn't his problem if she got sick he had tried to warn her. He was more interested in her ideas for the most part, considering she was talking about Cotton Candy and fireworks. He was pretty sure they should've met sooner but he was way too busy to be checking up on all his sister's friends.
"We can do both, the cotton idea and the fireworks It's a big school." He was thinking of what they could do with the fireworks when she said something about a llama. Ben loved animals, all kinds of animals and he currently had three. Even though he knew there was no way his dad would let him keep them all. Still the possibility of a llama was really exciting to him, like really really exciting.
"Oh you have a llama? We should use that too, and I'm still in the process of painting Ellen's horse bright yellow or pink..I haven't decided." Ben was considering the fact that Frank was a hippie prankster. Her pranks were less harmless than the ones he normally liked to pull. Still they needed to do something with the fireworks.

"It is a big school," Frank agreed, nodding. "That's why I end up pranking everyone just about everywhere!" Frank held her arms out wide, grinning as wide as possible. She did a little spin for a bit, only to snap back as Benny started talking about the llama.
"Oh, yeah, totally. Drama's just always up for the pranking and---waaaaaait, waitwaitwaitwait," Frank shook her head and waved her arms. "Her horse? Dude, seriously: you can't mess with Neptune. You didn't, like, actually start painting, did you?" Frank was already starting to gather up her towel and walk toward the door. "You can't mess with Neptune! Neptune's off limits! Your sister loves her! Like, seriously, don't you watch cartoons?" Frank turned to face Benny, still walking toward the door.
