Cade was on spring break. Therefore, he didn't have to worry so much about uniforms. A fact he was very happy about, but he still couldn't help but wear a white shirt. White shirts looked good on him, after all. He put a fedora on besides, and then walked to be near the pool. He laid on one of the lounges in wait.
He was, of course, waiting for the right person to walk through that door so he could rope them into the magnificent prank he was planning to set up.
Cade snuck to the place where they kept the filtration system for the pool. Then he took two small packets out of his jeans pocket. They were integral to his plan. One would be for shock value, and the other would be to make it look just a little more whimsical.
He did look horribly suspicious crouched near the pool filter for now though.

Felix had been on a number of cruise ships before. The form of vacation was his family's preference, at it generally eluded to privacy and an all round elegant atmosphere; The Bellefonte spring break cruise and stop off in Mexico howwever, seemed as though it was going to be a far more wild affair. Not that Felix minded; It was the perfect excuse to let off a little steam, which he personally felt was exactly what most of the students and staff alike needed right about now.
Felix, clad in a casual white t shirt and dark blue shorts combination, stepped out onto the top deck with a wide grin, raising a hand to whip off his sunglasses, giving the area a quick appreciative overlook. Bellefonte had gone above and beyond, with most of the deck chairs surrounding the pool already having students and staff take up residence on them, a pool of considerable size and a bar just beyond it. Felix glanced upwards as he slipped his sunglasses back onto the bridge of his nose, the clear blue sky providing no relief from the heat of the sun; Again, not that he much cared. He was very much a summer weather kind of man. Deciding that this was the perfect time for his first dip into a drink of the day, Felix put his hands into his short pockets, walking out across the deck towards the welcoming bar. He however paused a moment, raising an eyebrow at the guy who appeared to be fiddling with the pool's filter. What was he doing exactly...?
Felix tilted his head to one side, before he recognised the guy as being his roommate. Felix hadn't known him previously, but he'd seemed pleasant enough when they first got on board and were given their room keys. "Hey, Cade, was it?" He grinned brightly. "What's up? Lost something?"

Cade heard the voice and looked up.
"Oh...hey roomie..." Felix. That was it. Hmm...now that the guy had seen him, he couldn't get away from the scene of the crime as cleanly...unless...that was it! Cade grinned.
"I'm planning something and you look like just the sort of guy who would love to help me. Am I right? Of course I'm right. I have a packet of red dye that is super potent and will make the pool look like blood. And then I have a large packet of confetti shaped like cards. Like, deck of cards. A gambling pool, get it?" He chuckled.
"You're in. It doesn't matter your answer. You're in. Got anything genius to add to these hijinks?"

To be honest, it was quite an unusual sight. The only thing that made sense for the guy to be messing with the filter was that he'd lost something in the pool, and when the answer came that didn't exactly fit that Felix raised a brow. His roommate was planning on pretty much turning the pool's waters scarlet and adding in card shaped confetti. It wasn't quite the answer he'd expected, although he had to admire the man's creativity in his pranking endeavour. It had taken some thought. Felix opened his mouth to express a reply to the guy questioning if he was in or not, but before he could was seemingly already roped in as a partner in crime. "Woah, so now I'm an accomplice?" He chuckled, holding his hands up defensively before grinning. "I didn't sign up for this." He however was quite intrigued by his roommate's almost child like glee at putting his well thought out prank into practise; Despite the fact he'd likely get into some sort of trouble later on with the staff. Well, the ship's crew weren't exactly going to be too happy either.
"... Have you considered using high quantities of soap?" Felix spoke up, nodding towards the filter. "Putting it into the filter should result in a large amount of foam. Foam party." Perhaps he shouldn't be encouraging this. It was very childish. But at the same time, the idea of a pool full of foam was bringing him the same child like joy he guessed Cade was feeling. At the very least, he was curious to how far this would go.

"Yes you're an accomplice. You know now. If you weren't an accomplice I'd have to kill you." He smirked.
"I'd prefer to only simulate blood in the pool." The guy suggested soap and Cade's eyes snapped open, his eyes darting to a large bottle of liquid soap the pool guy had left while he'd gone to check up on a problem Cade just so happened to have created himself. There was no leaving these things to chance. He picked up the bottle of soap, glancing around him before offering it to Felix.
"It was your idea. A good one. You get to pour it in. Only fair since you came up with it."

"I'm an accomplice?" Felix spoke with a small laugh, before folding his arms. "I'll have you know I'm an A star student at Bellefonte, and here you are attempting to tarnish my good name!" The grin on the radio host's face however eluded to this comment being a joke. Felix wasn't exactly a perfect student, but then again he didn't exactly normally go out of his way to break the rules without good reason. These pranking antics asfar as e was aware weren't against any exact rule... A "don't put soap in the pool filter" rule wasn't instructed to the students by the Bellefonte staff before coming onboard, so overall he supposed it was fair game; Although he doubted the ship's staff would take too kindly to it. Felix blinked as he was offered the bottle of soap, taking a moment to glance over his shoulder and in each direction; No sign of any ship staff or nearby Academy staff... When he came to think of it, how damaging could soap in water be anyway? Cleaner water wouldn't exactly do any harm.
"... If we're caught and interrogated I'm turning you over without a second thought," He grinned, taking the bottle and crouching down beside Cade. "I'll spin them a tale of how this terrible man led me astray." He laughed again, before raising an eyebrow at the filter, trying to work out visually where exactly the soap needed to be poured into.

"Fair enough. If you spin a terrible enough tale, it will make it that much more believable when I tell them that while I executed it, it was your idea first." Cade shrugged and grinned. Then he opened the dye packet and dumped it into the filter. Partially. He spilled a little towards Felix.
"There. We're in it together because there's no way in hell they'll believe you if you have matching dye on you. I think ahead, man."

Felix raised an eyebrow at his partner in crime. "Oh really? I'll have you know that my reputation would proceed me!" He grinned, although the humor was evident in his voice. He turned his attention bac kto the filter, quickly emptying the contents of the soap packet into it, before placing it down. Perhaps he'd used too much... It was already starting to bubble and froth. "... You know, I might have used-" He then flinched and snapped a look to Cade as he felt the dye hit him, red staining his skin and splattering across his shirt. "HEY!" He then quickly stood up, looking himself over. "... Well now I'm practically red handed." He folded his arms and mock glared at Cade, raising an eyebrow. "I hope you're happy, this was my favourite shirt." He then grinned, and playfully lightly bumped the guy in the shoulder. "I'm still blaming you." Felix hadn't known much about Cade before meeting him when they received their room keys, but the guy honestly seemed like a decent sort, despite the clear prankster aspect of his nature.
Felix then flinched as a faint gurgle came from the filter, and he glanced down. Scarlet red foam was already overflowing from the filter and seeping into the pool, a stark contrast to the clear water. Perhaps this hadn't been such a good idea...

"More like a red shirt. I know enough Star Trek references to say that just isn't good, man." Cade grinned. It meant expendable, therefore carrying on the joke. But maybe Felix didn't know that, which would make the joke all that more fun. He chuckled when it started to gurgle and look serious. He fought the urge to clap like a gleeful little kid.
"Let's go hide in the pool shed and watch. Hmm...on second thought, if someone discovered us we would have no way to cover that up. After all, it isn't like I can pull the 'kids making out' excuse. That only works when I prank with girls...yet another reason to try to rope Frank into that firecracker prank I guess. But got any better hiding places?"
