It had been a little while since Devyn had been able to hang out with and properly bother Ellen Banks, the one she called Banky. There just had been a lot of test to take and Devyn had to make sure that she pulled up her grades. She did of course pull them all up to a passing standard without too much difficulty but she was still debating if she just wanted to fail the school year or not to be stuck at Bellefonte Academy. There were pluses to staying at the school; mainly in terms of a lot of stuff being paid for her. One of the major negatives was just all the bad emotions and feelings she had from her years of staying at the school.
Still, she didn't really think she had any talent that would be good out in the real world and still didn’t know what she wanted to do with her life. She could have gone to college, but was there really a point to that? Who was she still sticking around for? Most of her friends were gone or dealing with their own drama and Devyn didn't want to be a bother. Ellen was still here but she was a college student now and likely had even less time to deal with Devyn. Either way Devyn headed over to Ellen's dorm room to pay the slightly older girl a visit. "I'm sorry." Devyn muttered a quick apology to some blonde girl she ran into.
The tall blonde simply said that it was alright and gave Ellen a farewell and that she would be back a little later. In that small amount of time before the blonde left Devyn was able to get a good look at the other girl. The blonde was similar in build to Devyn herself, but a few features here and there that really did set them apart. What had really caught Devyn's attention was that she could have sworn she saw a certain kind of look coming from Ellen. She didn't say anything however and waited for the blonde to be out of sight before look to Ellen and practically barging into the room.
"Who was that? Your roommate, right?" Devyn asked, figuring she was right, but she wanted to be sure. Several thought were already floating around her head about the blonde if they were in fact not Ellen's roommate.
