Sebastian was dragging his feet as he walked down the hall to the guidance counselor's office, he didn't see the point of talking to some stranger about his emotions. How would that help with controling his powers anyway?
With his next step he found himself on a busy street corner, the passing people too busy to notice that he just appeared there out of the blue, except one toddler who's shocked face gave Sebastian a Smile as he held his finger to his lips and winked at the kid. The toddler tried to no avail to tell his mother who was walking briskly holding her sons hand as she went down the street.
He watched them go and felt a twinge of pain in his heart, why couldn't he have known the love of a mother with the warm of someone holding his hand. He was lucky to known someone for a month before he was teleported away to a new locale. We walked down the street lost in his own thoughts, unaware that each step was in a new city. Snapping out of his haze when he realized it was in some where that was night out, he cursed under his breath, he couldn't even make a simple trip to a guidance counselor or a walk on down a street without making it a world tour. With a sigh he thought about the academy and within a instant he appeared back on the school grounds.
He hurried to the guidance counselor's office knowing he must be late, but not knowing by how much since he didn't wear a watch. Watches were pointless to him having never stayed in one time zone for a whole day since childhood. Reaching the door of the office, he had to take a second to make sure his mind was on the here and now so he wouldn't be teleported away again. When he felt ready he knocked on the door only once, hoping that maybe she wouldn't be there or wouldn't hear the feeble knock if she was. He waited quietly for a response hoping not to get one.
