NAME: Chloe Rin
NICKNAME: DesertWolf, Rin
AGE: Fifteen
GENDER: Female
ORIENTATION: UnDeclaired
POSITION: Student/Local
FACE CLAIM: Sammi Hanratty
POWER:
SHAPESHIFTING
ShapeShifting- Chloe can shift into an medium sized grey wolf, with doing so she obtains the senses of the wolf, speed, smell pack like instincts, keen hearing and a hunger to hunt.
Limitations
She can only shift completely into a wolf or not at all, meaning she can not shift her ears, a tail, claws and so forth. She may also only remain in the wolf form for a few hours at max four before becoming lost, and it being close to impossible for her to change back. She is not able to change gender, so when she shifts she is a female wolf just as she is a female Human. Her power does not permit her to change any of her DNA, or attributes, meaning she does not gain ability to hide her identity or cover up anything along the lines of her true self. This power does not carry over while in human form as well, meaning she does not hold the same senses in a human form as she does in wolf form, such as smell and hearing. If she comes to a state of being unconscious her body forces the change to return her to human form as well.
Side-Effects
The change is extremely painful, a feeling as though every bone is breaking, while the skin is being peeled from the bone and stretched.
Remaining in the form or taking it to many times removes parts of her humanity, making her more wolf and feral then human.
A strange desire to always hunt at night, and sleep in the woods.
Distance from human interaction.
Dominate personality, a feeling of being alpha over others.
APPEARANCE SECTION:Short in stature, well developed in size, She is the kind of girl who takes pride in how she appears, and enjoys having a nice formed body. She works out to stay in tone, and keep the right places tight and in shape. Her natural hair color is a light blond, although most the time she dyes it a blackish hue, preferring the dark color to a light one.She has no markings such as tattoo's or piercings mainly because she is to young, and cant get parental permission since she does not have any. She has one blue and one brown eye though most the time colored contacts are worn so both match as brown.
So as one may guess she is a country girl, she fits the persona and dress attire, her clothes match her attitude. Chloe is petite, short in stature at just barely over five foot, and weighs maybe a buck ten when soaking wet. Her hair is always kept long and she rarely bothers to do anything special with it. Now if you where to ever look at her hands and feet you would see alot of small scars from playing in the woods, and running around barefoot.
MUST HAVE APPAREL: This is the kind of girl who is fine with torn jeans and a t-shirt. Matching and dressing girly are not her type of thing. She is country and prefers boots and jeans to heals and dresses. She don't do jewelry its just not her kind of thing. After all when it comes down to it she is a tomboy.
PERSONALITY SECTION: Stubborn, yeah lets let this be known, when she wants something or has decided something its going to be that way.. She will not give up on it and will not change her mind. When it comes down to it she is a brick wall and will never budge from how she feels or change away from how she does things. Its not in her nature.
She is also very blunt, if its on her mind expect it to be said. She dont hold back and always speaks whats on her mind, when people hear it most the time they think she is just mean and bitchy but in truth she is just very honest with people.
Dominate is another little thing she has going for her, she is a leader not the kind to fall in line and follow trend. She pushes people around and wants control over everything around her. In her own mind she is the alpha.
Loner she is a lone wolf in more then one sense, she does not enjoy large groups or having lots of friends she prefers things to be with only herself, and not being bothered by others. She see's most people as being annoying and just a distraction.
EXTRA QUIRK: She likes to bite.

CHILDHOOD: Chloe was born into a family of shapeshifters, not the kind though that rarely changed, but ones who preferred their second form over being human. Her family was a pack unlike what humans normally did, they lived in the forest and kept their lives secret, When they where younger they had attended a school close by for their own kind, and though they enjoyed the school and the life they held at it, knew that their more primal instincts where far more enjoyable and that life in towns and cities was not the life they wanted. And so they moved to the forest and created a home in the woods, using tents and basics to survive, and upon the birth of Chloe her mother passed away during labor. And that left her family to care for her with out a mother.
She was raised in the forest, and taught lessons the average child would learn in school, such as basic math studies history and English. She was also taught from a young age to live from the forest, they hunted for food and rarely went into towns. While she knew her families secrets of being able to shift, she could not. But at the age of six years old while her family was out hunting in wolf form, they where killed by hunters, and she spent several days alone in the forest.
When she came to know they where not coming back, she paniced at first, but instead of crying and starving she decided she had to adapt if she wanted to live, she lived off the food in her families camp for a few weeks, And once that supply ran out she decided it was time to use the skills her family taught her about hunting and survival skills from the forest to move on and survive. Small game like rabbits and birds was easy with simple traps.
She spent the next six years of her life living a life style many would believe would kill some one, and she strived, She worked out all the time and taught herself basics in math and other studies. She even learned to shoot while living on her own, But of course with the steeling of bigger items came more attention.
She was arrested once while trying to steal from a local store, and when they tried to find information on her learned she did not exist in any records. They asked her to stay in a small room while they talked with some officers. Of course they did not mention they wanted to learn more about her and find out just who she was. It took almost three hours before represtatives from the state showed up, and tried to explain to her that they where there to take her in and put her into a system for children with no homes.
That of course did not work out as planned, She went with them until they reached the car, and was not longer under the eyes of multiple police. Shoving the female case working to her left side into the car as hard as she could, she bolted towards the next block, and turned down a small ally way and ran all the way back to the forest.
ADOLESCENCE: On her thirteenth birthday was the burning memory she would never forget though. Pain moved through her body like fire, and her body made sounds worse then any she had ever heard. The pain was beyond anything she could ever explain. But it only lasted a short time. But when it subsided she was changed, No longer did she see the same but things where enhanced. She took things in from a new view. And as she came to a small pond knew now what it was like to be just like her parents where. It was magical and amazing, all at once.
But what she did not expect was to be found, not by police or hunter but a group of two males in their twenties, They spoke of a unique school a place where children could go and be safe while they learned to understand the way the gifts they had worked. It had been only two weeks since she found out what she could do and these people where already here and had found her. Even with having run from the police only months before and having stayed far enough away from towns to not be found. She was always on the move and yet here they where.
At first she argued with them, and tried to deny the help they where offering. But that was not what was going to happen, and she learned fast that they where not the kind of people to take no as an answer. So she wanted to fight back, it was in her nature and her way of life that they wanted to change. She shifted enduring the pain as best as she could and decided to fight for her way of life.
Soon as she shifted and made an attempt she was shown that she was not in a place to fight this and before she knew what was going on was pinned down restrained and then a sleep. The sleep was not bad though just unexpected, and as she awoke she was in a car looking up towards a male who seemed to smile, and he told her that they did not want a fight but she needed to follow the rules and go to this school.
It was lame in her opinion but after that last little tift she decided it would not be a smart idea to try and argue with these people. The drive was short and when they arrived she took everything in, it was huge and beautiful but for some reason felt like a prison in her mind.
At first she fell in line attended her classes and did as asked. She wanted to bid her time best as possible here so she could leave. Classes where nice, but she really did not understand most of them. And as for a social life she held none she did not try and make friends or anything but instead avoided every one and pushed people away.
At the middle of her school break from classes she tried to make the attempt to leave the place, it lasted a entire day before she was found and made to return. This place just was not taking the hint she did not want to be here. After that though she seemed to always have some one watching her. And they even tried assigning her a mentor for her to train her powers for the upcoming year. But none the less she had no desire to take that offer.
As school break ended and classes began once more she gave in a little more and gave more effort, but still pushed people away and steered clear from meeting the other students. Friends where just not in her interest. Though she had to admit that some of the boys where getting a lot more cute.
Now she has decided to be a bit more trouble for the school, playing pranks being her favorite such as making chalk bombs in teachers seats that would explode when they sat down. So much entertainment. And as for making friends she has decided maybe now would be a okay time to at least have one or two. And as for the classes she has decided to work with music more, finding it something she actually enjoys. But lessons for training her power is something she is still wanting to avoid.

SAMPLE: Chloe had had a busy, and tiring morning. And the day was only half over. It had started off with a long class in literature. She usually enjoyed that class, but today, it had been one long hour of listening to her teacher go on and on about how wonderful this guy's writing was. The objective of the class had been to learn about this guy's style of writing, which was apparently very unique, but her teacher had gotten a little caught up in describing all the positive traits of it. She had pretty much gushed about how amazing it was. Like she really wanted to listen to an hour of that.
The next class had been her usual least favorite. Editing. She sucked at it, hated the class, and wished she could have somehow avoided it. But unfortunately, it was one of the requirements for her. So she had struggled through editing a paper, and had gotten a lousy grade as usual. Later had been another lecture, during which she tried to get some work done for other classes, but between taking notes, and having to listen to the guy, she had gotten only a sentence down. It had been rather a relief to get to lunch.
She grabbed a sandwich from the cafeteria, and headed out to the courtyard. She desperately needed to get her essay finished, try and get her editing homework done, as well as write her article for the school newspaper. Oh, and she couldn't forget about that other paper that was due this afternoon. It was supposed to have been finished last night, but doing the last touch ups on it at 3 in the morning had not sounded appealing. Her sleep schedule was rather now that she was in school again.
With her books, and laptop in hand, she headed to the courtyard. Working outside was a nice change of pace from the library. To say the least she felt most comfortable outside The cafeteria was impossible to work in. She spotted another guy sitting in the shade with books and notes around him. "Mind if I sit here?" She asked, gesturing to a spot nearby. "I'm Chloe by the way.
