Excitement! When she had learned that Cyril had been at this school she couldn't contain the thought that she would get a chance to see someone she called a friend! She was literally hopping in her shoes! She had learned that he worked at the stables and as soon as she had the chance to pull away, she did. She quickly made her way from the school and was practically running down towards the stables. She had made time to change, wanting to be as comfortable as possible when she found him. With her skinny jeans, her simple fitted t-shirt and her kicks she was skidding across the dirt path and coming to the stable doors. She stopped a moment as she grabbed onto the handle and suddenly, she was hopping around on her feet and twirling excitedly.

She stopped, brushed her hands down the front of her shirt to try and compose herself before she pushed the door open finally. "KING!" God, she hadn't remembered the last time she had been able to call him that. He was always so busy with sports and the girls chasing him she didn't see him as much as she had wanted to back in school. Though, she knew his real name. Don't get her wrong, she just had this habit of giving people she cared about a nickname, and King fit him. Besides, it was part of his last name anyways! She wiggled her hips as bit as she entered the stables.

Her ice blue eyes looked around, taking the view of what was in front of her. Oh, it smelled like a stable but it didn't bother her. She rather enjoyed it. She also enjoyed the animals as she grinned. She moved through now, walking in slowly. "Kingy...KingKing....Oh where oh where can my precious King beeee!" She said, her French accent showing as she sung a slight tune.

Cyril was hard at work with the school year getting into full swing that meant he had a lot of planning and overall just making sure the horses were all okay. The club would be back to meeting on a regular basis instead of it being just an option. Over the summer he was responsible for it all for those who didn't stick to taking care of their horse. The British blonde was just happy that it was not a super-hot day today like it was yester. It would soon start to cool down a lot and before he knew it there would end up being snow. He was already working on making sure that the stable was in good condition to make sure the warmth stayed inside and the cold stayed outside. There was a lose board in one of the stalls and Cyril was currently working on replacing it.

Wearing his tan boots with a pair of light blue jeans that clung to his waist just enough that they were not going to fall. Certainly when he would stretch or bend a little bit of his red boxers would show but he doubted that would be a problem since he was currently the only one down at the stables. He was also shirtless, having gotten pretty warm from removing the board and now hammering in a few nails as he made sure everything was aligned just right that none of the weather from outside would get in. "Oh bullocks, I forgot the paint." Cyril groaned a little as he wiped his forehead with the back of his hand. There was a special kind of paint that was used to keep the wood in good condition and also made it easy to clean in case the horse ever made a mess on the wall.

He preferred to do it before he put the board up but had forgotten and now had to find the paint and do it now and let it dry before he could bring the horse back into its stall. Just as he was working on putting his tools away he heard a word; King. It was familiar but it was not his exact name and it took a moment for him to register it all. Not peeking out of the stall until he heard the nickname used several more times and that familiar voice going alone with it. "Bellerose! It's been..." Cyril practically leapt out of the stall when his brain recalled the voice with the nickname being used. It had been so long since he heard it but when the person the voice belonged to was now in his view, he was deeply confused. Who was this? This...this certainly was not his friend Bellerose...was it? He could not even bring himself to speak as his blue eyes looked over the women and just trying to figure out who she might have been. He had always been bad at remembering faces, even more so when it was a face he had not seen in a long time.

She squinted. She had heard movement and the faint sound of a familiar voice. She now looked around, creeping a bit as she twirled on her heels as if she was trying to focus on where it was coming from. She narrowed the search down to a set of stalls. "Kiiiinnnnggggg...." She said his name again and waited. She watched as she heard movement again and the sound of his voice saying her name. Hurray! He remembered her name! She threw her hands up and for a moment did a rather excited victory dance as she twirled on her heels.

She paused, turning her attention now to the man coming out of the stall and instantly she remembered him. He hadn't changed to much. Sure he matured, grown from a boy to a man but he still had the same facial features he always had and she barely even registered he was sweaty and shirtless because, well, for the moment she was more excited to see him. Her eyes opened wide and she hopped on her toes. "Mon ami!" She said upon seeing him. "King! It has been to long!" She said and she moved, fast, skipping to close the distance between the two of them as she pounced him with a hug, not at all caring he was dirty.

"You have changed! Your taller! But you were always tall!" She said in a excited tone as she wiggled around excitedly and let him go. Her excitement causing the aroma of candy apples to thicken around her like a signature calling card. "I would have been here sooner had I know you were working here as well!" She said and clapped her hands together. "What...What is wrong?" She asked suddenly noticing his dumbfounded sort of look and she cocked her head to the side. "But...Don't you remember me?" She frowned now, her ice blue eyes becoming said as her bottom lip popped out a bit. "Mon dieu...Its Bella....Bellerose Leon...From over seas...We were in school together...." She said with pouted lips.

Cyril was amazed to see how easily Bellerose moved around, but then again she had always been pretty good on her feet. He remembered playing soccer with her a few times and how she had been pretty good at it from time to time. At least if this was in fact Bellerose, and then he certainly had some pretty good memories from back when they were younger. Playing soccer and the occasional stupid thing the young boys did along with their tomboy friends. That was what Bellerose was, a tomboy. Not this...babe. Not that Cyril had a problem with it at all; no he was most certainly pleased with the women now moving closer to him. It was just making his brain have a hard time putting this woman with the girl he knew back in school. She did look familiar even if she no longer looked like some young tomboy and her voice most certainly had the whole hint of familiarity to it.

The woman was practically dancing as she made her way over to him, on her toes one moment and then skipping to close the distance between them the next. Yes, all of this was most certainly reminding him of Bellerose. It was when she pounced him in a hug that he was getting the feeling that this was in fact the girl he knew from back when he was in school over in the UK. Not school as in college but the mutant school that he had gone to when he came into his powers all those years ago. His arms moved around her to hug her back, the familiar scent of candy apples pretty much confirming who she was. A smile already quickly spreading across Cyril's face now that he was sure this was the girl he knew back in school. Well...girl grown up and a very beautiful women at that. It's always the tomboys that end up looking really pretty when they girl up...that is not a word. Cyril thought to himself but left the subject for now, not concerned about it all that much.

"I changed? Look at you!" Cyril said as he gestured to pretty much all of her, his mind still picturing her back when they were younger and comparing it to now. It just proved that you never really knew who was going to end up looking like a super model when they got older and all their hormones settled in. Cyril was just personally thankful that he had looked like a charmer when he was young and still kept those good looks now that he was older. "I'm so sorry love. It has just been so long and you look so different that I was not fully sure. I remember you now Little Leon." Cyril said using one of the many nicknames that he had given the other girl. He had a lot of nicknames for Bellerose back when they were young. Rose, Candy Apple, Bell, Belle, Little Leon; and when he was being a little brat, French-frie but that was rare and he would say sorry after saying that.

She blinked at him with a rather confused expression. She had changed? She then looked down at herself. She was rather oblivious to the fact that in fact, she did change. She had changed a lot from the tomboy that Cyril had once before played various spots with. The girl who had laughed with him, chased him and often gave him a challenge in the field but that was simply because she was having fun. She didn't feel as if she had changed. What had changed. She touched her hair in thought and twirled the end of it around her finger. Her hair had grown. She remembered she used to keep it cut short, always back in a ponytail and sometimes hidden under a baseball cap. She knew she had also changed her choice of clothing. Having left behind the thought of sticking to something such as large t-shirts and baggy pants but that was simply because she could not work in those clothing.

She had to have a professional look, and no self respecting French woman would work lie that. So, yes she changed her clothing but her? She didn't think she changed? Was this a bad change? Her face frowned. "Wait..I changed?" She said and raised a brow. "Mon dieu...Is this a bad change?" She looked at him. "I figure my hair grew longer...and I changed my clothing but....Is something wrong with me?" She was a bit nervous. Was something wrong? Maybe something was and that terrified her because what if she didn't fit the image for the school? What if this put her in jeopardy for her only job? She didn't think she be able to find work anywhere else seeing what she was and she didn't want to fly back to Europe. She liked it here already.

She took in a panicked breath and it made a shaky sound as she inhaled. She looked at him when he called her that nickname and she gave him a nervous chuckle. "I have not heard that since the day we waved goodbye." She said sadly to him and nodded. "I did so miss it..." She said and looked around. "So...This is where King has placed himself..I would have expected to have seen you shirtless running in a sports field and not in a barn." She mused with a giggle. "But, the look suits you I can only image the trouble you must have with the girls much as you did in school." She mused, teasing him now just a little.

What had changed about Bellerose Leon? A lot as far as Cyril was concerned as he looked over the older women who had been a tomboy back when they were growing up. Her hair was a lot longer and she was wearing it out. His blue eyes looked over where all the stands fell on the women's body and appreciate how the dark color really brought out her skin tone. The style of clothing she wore had gone from being 'for boys' to well a grown women. A touch of feminine to her clothing and no longer the baggy shirts and jeans that Cyril often saw her sporting. He even recalled a time when they were both wearing the same outfit down to the make of jeans and their favorite futbol teams of the time when they were allowed to wear a jersey representing their favorite team to class one day. It had been hilarious and just gave them something more to talk about with one another and overall it was just a good memory.

So yes, Bellerose had change. She was a grown woman now and Cyril had no problem with the changes to his friend from school. "Of course it’s not a bad change Candy Apple." Cyril said with a grin on his face, his mind pretty much planning on going through all of his nicknames that he had for the girl...women over the years. It was still taking a moment for him to actually click that this was Bellerose from his childhood, but he was one hundred percent sure that it was her. Cyril shook his head no and could not help but to chuckle a little at Bellerose's questions about herself. That part of her didn't change, always asking question and being worried. Cyril figured she would have had a little more confidence or less care about what other people thought of her, but it could have been that she was just worried because they knew each other when they were younger. "You worry too much dear." Cyril pointed out as he moved to give her another hug, just so happy to see her again and was looking forward to seeing her around the school.

Cyril pouted for a moment at the memory and then was smiling as he could not help but to move to put her in a headlock. It was something he did a lot back when she would end up scoring a goal on him or any time that she beat him at a sport. He never hurt her but he always ended up putting her in a headlock and going to try to tickle her. "Oh, opps. Went all kid modes there on you Little Leon." Cyril said with a chuckle as he went to release her and pat his chest a little. Should not have done that. Such a ungentlemanly move. Cyril thought to himself figuring that he would need to curve that habit that he didn't think he had anymore. "Well, if they didn't have horses here then I probably would have been a coach of some sort but I actually only got a job here because of my little sister." Cyril pointed out, and now that his sister would probably be moving he didn't know if he was going to stick around forever, but he did not want to outright leave.

"I actually have not had any girls flirting with me since getting a job here. Well, not students wise. It's like I'm not attractive anymore." Cyril said as he started to pout just thinking about how he had yet to be hit on by a student or even to see a girl have any signs of having a crush on him. Not that he would act on such things, but having been a ladies man growing up and not even getting double looks hurt a man’s self-esteem when it was pointed out. "I'm sure you are getting a lot of high school boys flirting with you now. What is your job over here?" Cyril asked, not having checked the staff roster recently.
